Had my car towed in to have brake lines fixed, and when I went to pick it up I noticed that the front fender was not in alignment with the door and there was paint chipped off the door and fender. I brought it to their attention and nobody knew anything, the tech said he put wooden blocks to take up the extra room needed for the ground effects, but apparently he did that after he had already damaged the fender and ground effects.took no accountability for it.

They do real good work. I would highly recommend especially if you have an older car like mine. They worked around all the rust and corrosion and fixed everything.

I recommended someone to go here for a tire. Mind you I got 4 tires done myself at the time with excellent service and no problems. When the person I recommended went they gave her a slashed up rigged up tire and it instantly deflated on her upon arriving home! We went to get money back and was returned money but they have a no return policy so they knew what they did was wrong! Do not recommend!

This company was fixing me and my husband vehicle and while doing so the vehicle was stolen from this shop. We were never notified that the vehicle was stolen we only found out because we went up there to check on the progress of the vehicle being fixed and the owner was unable to locate it. So We then asked for the company s insurance information to file a claim and owners daughter (Danita) has been nothing but rude, nasty and ghetto. I have been noting but polite and respectful to her but she has hung up on me more then once spoken very disrespectful and treated me as if I have done something wrong to her she is also refusing to give the insurance information as if that is not why they pay for it. You would think this place of business they would want to handle things the proper, professional way but of course she chooses to do things the hard way. I guess we will see you and your father in court. Now have a nice day.

South Central Tire & Auto is the only place I trust to have my car worked on. The mechanics are thorough and efficient. I am never upsold on parts I don t need and I always leave that day with the problem fixed.The owner Denita is super kind and respectful. She treats you like family the first time you meet her which is why I continue to bring my vehicle back. I think it s important now more than ever to support small businesses like this one.If you are in the Warren area and in need of a honest mechanic this is where I would go every time.

We took a car down there cause there was problems with the rear end asked them to look at it and tell us what's wrong with it a couple hours later they gave us a huge list of so called issues with the front end including all the parts we bought brand new and replaced. They gave us a quote of 3300 dollars to do "what needed replaced" but told us nothing about what we asked them to look at!!! We also took a different vehicle there to fix multiple problems including a leak which is now way worse then before we took it there . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Fast courteous service! A family member's truck broke down on the Ohio turnpike and they repaired it quickly and perfectly. Thank heavens for family owned businesses! Thank you Denita for your help!

Worst experience that my fiance had. She took her car here to have the brake pads rotors power steering headlights replaced and an oil change. She got there at 9 am on sat. And waited 2 hours for the SO called manager to show. She left the car there for a week so they could get all the work done. The manager informed her that there was only one mechanic there that day and she would have him do the headlights and oil change because he was not competent enough to do the brakes and power steering( not sure he's certified) The other mechanic did the brakes and power steering at the cost of 1500.00. She picked up the car the following Sat. And PAID by check. She had wrote a check from an account that was compromised and closed. I called the next day and advised the manager of the account bring closed and that she would be down to pay with a different check. She took down 400 check and the manager accepted a payment plan. About 3 WEEKS later I received court notice stating I was being sued for the balance of 1053.00 and have a court date hearing set. After she had picked up the car and set up payments on threat to work the oil pan bolt fell out on the highway at 60 miles per hour. She pulled over and noticed all the engine oil was drained out of the engine. This ruined the engine and it was towed home. The entire bill has been paid in full through 4 payments. The manager had informed that the case would not be dropped in till she pays all the court fees. As of now Good Year South Central owes her a new engine...1800.00...labor the install new engine...1000.00...1600.00 for rental car cost...and lost wages for the court date. Her case will be filed with the warren municipal court the day of court date. What I don't understand is that the manager was told about the bad checking acct. She sent the check anyway and agreed to payments then filed a case against her. Also I got the court notice and signed it to appear on the stated court date set. I spoke to the manager on 7-29-2019. She advised me the my fiance has to pay the court fees and the case would be dropped. I don't know why there trying to sue me for the 1033.35 balance..I don't even own a 1997 cutlass..the vehicle that was worked on. I didn't own any car taken there for repair. I guess we will go to court on the stated date and tell our side. Not sure what kinda scam they are running. We will explain all the details to the judge on the court date. And also file a lawsuit against south central tire in warren in the sum of 5000.00 and we are very confident we will get the compisation we ask for. See you in court.

Clean and the checkup on my car gave me piece of mind. Polite curteous. The place is clean didn't smell like gas and oil like other dirty places I've been to before. I'll go there again. Very happy.

First the snacks and drinks are out of date and they just said sorry. I had my engine replaced and they took almost two weeks longer than they said and kept changing pick up date. This was a huge problem for other people who have to work. I came back two times after that for new pieces and it never got fixed either of the times! They do what they want even if you tell then otherwise. My main problem the first time I went in to get it fixed was the reason I had to scrap it two trips to then later. They never fixed it and charged me more than what it was worth all three times. I will never go back and if you go to them, beware! But what do you expect from Warren?? They ruined my car and charged to do it! Everyone there had an aditude and wasnt nice to talk to at all. Your screwed if you go to them.. Don't do it!! Took tools from car. I figured they'd have their own.

I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for honest and good reliable service. They are very friendly and do tremendous work. I will continue to use them and tell my family and friends to go there. They are like family and treat you like family. We will continue to go back

I called yesterday and asked if they had the tires I needed which are a standard tire. I was told yes and quoted the price and I went down to get them at 8 AM. When I got to the business , I was met by a mechanic with who I asked about the tires. Now this man never looked in a computer nor did he go in the back and look at anything... he said we don t have that size in stock nor will any other tire shop carry that size. So I called 4 shops whom ALL had that tire in stock... and here I am sitting at WHOLESALE TIRE where these guys are awesome and got my car in the back immediately... GOODYEAR lost a customer ... tried speaking to the owners daughter and she is nothing like her parents... rude and ignorant woman.... needs a lesson in customer service

I took my van there it wouldn't start but instead of them running a diagnostic test to see what was really wrong they took my word on what I guessed after I googled it. They fixed the same problem twice and my van still isn't running now they finally want to put it on the machine and charge me $145 on top of the $374 that I paid for something that wasn't even the problem to begin with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!!!! Also the manager made appointments wirh me and never showed up to discuss a compromising solution. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

Had some issues under my durango and they took the tires off, when they put them back on the one tire they didn't put the lugs on correctly. A week later I noticed some handling issues, so I took it to a friend of mine. Of the 5 lugs 3 where on completely wrong and it destroyed the studs they screw onto. Very costly repair! For being all about tires I would think they would know how to put them on!

I waited a hour and a half no one was there so I left there sign even says 8 am and Google's says 8 am so around 930 I left to flyns tires in niles and was headed home around 1015 1020ish I recommend those guys over this place
