Will not go back was quoted one price got there , they changed me another price. Still decided to go ahead and get it fix they lady again said one price when she called to tell me to pick up my car it was the wrong price again. Paid over $55 then what I was told, and she was sick with the flu no mask coughing everywhere

They are amazing. They will be straight up front with you on your car problems and won't give you the run around. And they don't push you to get other stuff done on your car unless you want it done. I been going here for 6yrs now and I don't go anywhere else with my cars.

Update as of 9/20/22: They gave me a 100% refund.I went here because they had great ratings and were close. I needed a front wheel alignment so I dropped the car off the day before. They called me about 10am the next day and said it was ready. I pick the car up pay $100 and the cars alignment didn't change. Needless to say they took my money and did zero work on the alignment.I took it to major league tire in cortland and could not believe how far off it still was afyer spending $100. Major League charged $77 and it drives perfectly staright an i also get a paper showinh where my alignment was off, sir wrench did not provide that information.I'll never go here again! Lazy business that overcharges!

BEWARE!! SCAMMERS!!Took my car in for an alignment and they came back and said they wouldn't do it because it needed new A arms, ball joints, and tie rod ends....etc.So, I take it to get a second opinion...what do you know, none of the "bad" parts were actually bad!!He tried to scam me for over $800 worth of repairs that weren't necessary...

This is the only place I feel comfortable taking my cars. They are always super kind and honest. I usually get in pretty quickly. They have GREAT prices and are VERY professional. Steve is always a pleasure to do business with. They run a very thorough diagnostic to find exactly what the issue is. They explain the issue and how it works. I will always reccomend Sir Wrench to anyone needing help with their cars. They are all very polite, honest and friendly. If I could give more stars, I would! Thanks Sir Wrench for many years of amazing service!

called about 9 am today told the young lady my problem with my colorado she said she had a opening today replaced both front hub ,rotors and pads very pleased with everything and was surprised it was done today thanks again . Place is on trash, first I took my avenger in to be fixed paid over 1000 dollars in work just for issue to keep coming back and them to tell me to take it to a dealer after paying all that, and then the reject repairs on mytruck a whim, not a good shop do not recommend they just take ur money and leave u with issuesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenanceServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Steve is very knowledgeable and is an expert in his field! I felt very comfortable leaving him with my car while he installed some performance upgrades. He took alot of time out of his day to explain the process and what benefits I would have after the installation. Very professional and courteous!

I called and asked for a quote to put 355 gears in the axle of my mustang. Was quoted a outrageous price of $900 and thats me buying the parts. Called a place in Salem and 2 other places to compare pricing and no other place quoted me over $350. Think this place is broke and trying to get rich quickly or something. I don't know but not happening to this guy. I read online before deciding on re gearing my car that if anyone prices over 400 walk away. 900 is ridiculous absolutely unreal. Make sure you shop around this place is clearly a rip off.

I went there to figure out why my car wouldn t start, so I told one of the guys that I wanted to get my ignition switch replaced because from the evidence I collected, that was the problem, and the guy I was talking to gave me terrible attitude for asking to have the part I wanted to replaced, replaced. He came at me saying so your doing your doing your own diagnostics now? And was just being a jerk to me. Then after about 2 hours of just trying to get him to agree to replace the part, he calls me back and says he no longer wants to work on my car. Haha 30 years of working on cars. Just go to hood oil, they fixed it for me for $80. I also forgot to mention they tried charging me $500 for parts I didn t need, so that was also cool.

Well, charged me for a diagnostic, but didn't diagnose anything. They said they ran tests and components were fine, but upon my own research found that they were not fine. I figured all the Bible quotes they have in their sign would mean they're honest... Way to make Bible thumpers look bad.

Sirwrench s prices are right in line with Pepboys! As we know Pepboys is over priced when it comes to their prices and their cost for labor. I had my car towed to their garage and I had already had it diagnosed at Autozone and they said I need a new alternator. So sirwrench decides they need to charge the battery and see what the problem is charging me for diagnostic testing? Well I needed a new alternator! They call and tell me the price after they claim they paid for the tow. It turned out to be just $2 short of what Pepboys would have charged, but I was already stuck b/c my car was already there. So I had to get it done at Sirwrench. Don t get me wrong they do good work, but their prices are the worst!!!!!

I take the cars im looking to buy there! 20 bucks per inspection and they tell you if its worth buying or not! Real straight shooters! Advises you what you need not what they want to sell you.

First time ever visiting Sir Wrench I had my car towed there and was told I needed a new motor. I had a new motor delivered to them within a few hours and they had me on the road in less than a week. I haven't had to go back for any problems A+ service and quality. Thanks Sir Wrench!

Very nice but..took car in for oil change and heat sensor said could be thermostat great put it in when leaving engine light on whole experience $500 now defroster not working what a nightmare
