Besides the fact that they stated I might need a new engine, $7000, for a well maintained 2017 Ford Edge with 68,000 miles on it, all was good. They did a good job a month ago putting in a new heater core for 2,000. Frustrated with Ford right now for not doing a recall on this known engine problem.

When my car broke down the service team really helped me out. They told me how to get my car towed to them, got me a loaner vehicle, and kept me informed about the repair process. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I would have liked more action on their part to provide information. If you have a Ford, go to Klaben. They will get you done right.

Always professional! I love Klaben Ford! They are always quick to get me in & out whenever I'm getting my car serviced. The service guys are always polite and engaging. The sales team at Klaben are the Best! I'll Never forget that they gave me the opportunity to own a new car when other deals didn't and for that I will remain loyal to them. Since then i have purchased 4 different cars from this dealership and have never been disappointed! As a single mom who had to stick within my budget they made sure they did that for me while giving me a brand new car. Other dealers wanted to put me in a used car with high miles and a higher car payment. Thank you Klaben Ford for being my dealer for 10 years. Special thanks to Michael Klaben Sr. & Jr., Chuck from sales and John from the service dept. The four people i mentioned have always treated me so good and that means alot!

Great place to work with when looking for a vehicle, very helpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted, the process was very quick compared to other dealerships I've purchased vehicles from! I spent maybe 2 hours total from finding the truck I wanted to signing paperwork and driving off the lot. (I guess it helps speed up the process when you know exactly what youre looking for) I wanted a specific color and features ,Micheal Klaben Jr. Was very quick to find that spefic truck as they did not have one in stock on the lot. They had it on the lot for me the next day. Very impressed with everyone that I dealt with at this dealership, very friendly, and Not "pushy" like I've experienced other places in the past. They got me the best deal in my price range. I went to 3 other dealerships and nobody was able to beat Klabens price, and my payments were right were I needed it to be! I Just wish they had Donuts for the customers when you go in the mornings ..Service: Oil change

Always top quality service at Kalben Ford of Warren. Super friendly, quick oil changes and they always let me know if there is a problem with my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyway for their Works Package oil change.

Other than having to wait fo the part that was backordered the service department was great. Really liked John that handled my car things were handled in a very efficient manner

Gary of course got me exactly what I wanted. This is now the 3rd car I ve financed through klaben and I never plan on going anywhere else. John also gives the best advice and will go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is secure and good to go!

Stopped in for an Oil Change service and was in/out in less than 45 mins. They never try and upsell you on stuff that you don't really needed. I really ppreciate that about them.

This is the first time I wasn't too happy with my visit. I had brought my car in for service previously and was hoping to have a problem fixed but was told I had to make a separate appointment to have that specific problem resolved. When I brought it back they didn't have the part to fix the problem so now I have to bring it in a third time. My experience at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren was again, absolutely wonderful! Mike Urbania is amazing, with his knowledge and his professionalism, excellent service is always reliable. Truly appreciate that Mike takes the time to figure out what is the best vehicle for me and what do I love the most about driving. Mike knows how to get the right features for me.The service technicians are fantastic and courteous and helpful and always on top of things. Scott and the boys in the shop did an excellent repair on our 2019 Ford F-150. It was mostly warranty work but still paid very good attention to getting it right the first time!

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the service we received during our last service appointment. The service tech had our car for two days and none of the issues were resolved when we received the vehicle back. All we were told by the service writer is a system update was done and we were good to go . Within hours of getting our vehicle back, the tire sensory light went off and it is still leaking oil. The problem was clearly not resolved after a just system update. After two days of with our vehicle and none of the problems getting resolved; this treatment is unacceptable. This poor customer service makes us very hesitant to return or recommend family to the service department.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This service department is top notch. They do not take appointments for routine oil changes, check ups etc. That being said, the wait time is very reasonable, in a comfortable relaxed lounge.The technicians are consistently and extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable.It is worth the 30 minute drive for me. And the car wash is an added bonus!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Brought in for tire pressure sensor failure and noise in front end that was deemed due to a bad brake rotor that had created a groove in the brake pad. Informed I need new lug nuts and had them replaced.
