I couldn t be happier with the fast and friendly service I received yesterday. I am a truck driver and needed my rather large windshield replaced ASAP to get home to my family. My company called around to all the shops in the area and Red s was the only one that was able to do it. When I got there, they said they actually have this windshield in stock! I told them I was from Canada, and needed to get home to my family. They got me out of there in 90 minutes. This kind of fast friendly service is quite rare These days, most companies would ve told me to wait , which would have held me up for another day. Thank you. Red s auto glass for doing such a great job. They even cleaned up the bits of shattered glass inside my truck.

If there was an option for zero stars I'd choose that. Frank is extremely unprofessional. I called reds spoke to a nice secretary who helped me acquire a quote and when I went to get the work done Frank got on the phone and would not honor the same quote they gave me then proceeds to hang up on me. Go anywhere else but here, very rude. I was hoping to work together quite frequently, I get 2-3 windshields a month that I've been replacing myself. This time instead of doing it myself I wanted to find someone to work with locally and ended up being screwed so now just another one I have to do myself. What a shame of unprofessionalism in this world.

Never have a problem and never have an issue. Absolutely. One of the best places I've been going to since I grew up. Why changed something if you never have a problem. Definitely my rated number one place for windshield

Very friendly and fast and detailed in the work got a rear windshield replaced the same day they even helped out picking up the car for just the rear windshield on a 2024 outlander was only 250 out of pocket! So it s worth it!

This Red's Auto Glass place is wonderful. They have been in business it seems like 100 years & I've always been a happy customer. Had a new Windshield installed on a Cadillac & I was worried, but they made me feel at ease & everyyhing went fine. Don't go anywhere else for your glass needs. Red's will get the job done for you, the girls that work there are terrific. You can count on Red's. It's worth the trip.

Place is amazing 2nd time I have used them was shaken by window being busted and was anxious nervous unsettled, when they picked me up next day to get my car back Frank was amazing, when I thanked the office help and apologized for behaviour day before they said comforting words. Truly both times great experience.

Great customer service. Trust worthy company. On my Ford Escape a factory default had a windshield crack. This company was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was very competitive and the price matched another company. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Will only deal with Reds from here on out. Thanks The Warner Family

The lady that answered the phone was more than rude, she was down right horrible. Definitely some profiling going on here. If you spend your money here your a fool. Seriously, pay more for better service..The has to stop...

If safe light won t touch it , bring your car on over to reds! They were very friendly and super helpful. After I was very rudely talked to by safe light I was recommended to check with reds they were $30 cheaper and got it done the next day after coming in to have them look at it! PLEASE IF YOUR HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING ANY GLASS REPAIR ON YOUR CAR CALL THEM!!Obviously would recommend Steven PostlethwaitService: Auto windshield replacement

I called for a quote to replace windshield on a 2008 Honda Civic. Price was spectacular. I dropped the car off on a Monday at 8:30 am and picked it up at 1 pm. Perfect!!! Nice people, great to do business with.

They got my car in the day i called them and i was able to pick it up before they closed! Awesome service with a great price! They did it for $100+ cheaper then safelite. This is the place to go if you need glass work!!

Wanted new mirror put in frame. After waiting 13 days I called to check on it. Was told to come get my money back if I didn t want to wait! When I went to get mirror 15 minutes later , the mirror was done. Small jobs turn into big jobs but I ll be going elsewhere.

Needed glass replaced for an excavator windshield! I brought the frame with broken glass for them to measure and cut a new piece of glass! I was told a few days, got a call next afternoon and it was done! Very good service and friendly too!

I wasn't sure how my insurance and deductible worked. When I walked in, the girls explained everything to me. They were helpful and pleasant. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and I walked out confident about my car. THANK YOU Red's and girls for the laughs!!

Always our go to for glass and automotive glass.They got me a windshield for my 55 F100 in one day, cheaper than online vendors, plus saved the freight. Always helpful and friendly when calling. Willing to look up the correct numbers for vintage cars.

These people pulled a big piece of the paint off of my roof when I had my windshield replaced and then had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because the paint was bad on my van. They refused to pay anything on the repair, I had to go through my insurance to get it fixed. I wouldn't use them if they were the last place on earth. Horrible service and the manager was the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Asked about a part for a window regulator. Was told the part doesn t exist and that I d have to order an entire new regulator. A simple google search after learning what the part was called determined that was a lie. I don t do business with people who lie. Neither should you.
