Please be COMPLETELY aware of any As-Is vehicles this dealership sells. If you re not local to this dealership for a deal they may be offering on a vehicle just go to another dealership. A truck I purchased couldn t even make it back to Columbus as the tire blew off and I now have to completely replace my axel and brake system. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle just get it towed from their lot cause they can t guarantee safety. In my past experience with purchasing As-Is vehicles the dealership AT LEAST performed a service check. This dealership completed no servicing checks on this vehicle to at least ensure it s safe to drive. Lastly, don t keep the phone too close to your ear when talking to the sales Manager John, he ll talk over you and try to mansplain policies lol. Not even Mario & Luigi would give RD Banks Chevrolet a star for this so I m disappointed they got 1 from me lol.

I arrived at 5 pm thinking that they were open until at least 6 pm but they weren t. Brody elected to stay behind and indulge me. He heard me and answered all my questions. The team followed up the next day at my request. I had the car and agreement I want the next day. I m impressed

Every interaction I have at R.D Banks Chevrolet is excellent. From Sales to Service, everyone there takes the time to treat people with courtesy and respect. We had a recall on our passenger side airbags. I was prepared to sit for at least a couple hours to have it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when it was done in less than an hour! I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else! Love the people in the service department, Ron,Bill and everyone else! My salesperson Tom, it's always a pleasure to visit when I'm in for service!

After having my car towed in and describing a noise and hesitation it made every time i reached 40mph, one $1,200 break job later, and I found that they never fixed the original problem. To their credit, they picked up the car for the second shot at fixing it (I wasn't going to pay to have it towed AGAIN and I wanted them to actually drive the car so they would see what it was doing.) So it was then a $4,630 transmission job. If I had known that the total would be over $5,800 before they did the breaks, I might have made a different decision about the car. I miss the people you used to have working there. At the very LEAST they should have offered me a couple of free oil changes after they missed the diagnosis. It makes me wonder if I want mechanics who don't check out all the possibilities when there is a problem and just assume the first thing they find is the only thing wrong. I had it towed in the first time because I was afraid to drive it like that, not because it wouldn't drive. They should have taken it for a test drive, if not before, then after they thought they fixed it the first time. I used to trust the repair shop, now, not so much.

We absolutely love the service team! They always work with us and make us feel cared about. They always make sure we are informed and confident in any decision we make when it comes to repairs! So grateful for our last visit and all the help we were given. Truly felt like they care about us as people and not just dollar signs.

My wife and I took her car in for winter service. We dropped it off the night before. They called the next day and said it was ready. Everyone was very nice and professional. The bill was low. I didn't think it needed much, but wanted to be sure. Everything was perfect. We'll see them for our next service. In case you're interested, this was for a 2015 Volt.

Ron, Dave, and other service reps are knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They don't upsell me services not needed, but recommend services needed to keep my Chevy running right and safe. I've trusted them for years, and have not once been let down.

Ron in the service department got me in and had one of his text you a quick diagnosis on my truck without any scheduled appointment. They are very busy but yet they took the time to do this. I and a truck driver and do not have a schedule so for them to do this when I was actually home and available meant a lot to me.

This dealership goes above and beyond to help their customers find their perfect car. My salesperson Tom Huff was very helpful from calling me and letting me know a car had arrived so I didn t have to order one .The process went very smoothly and picked up my new car 2 days later . My husband and I got stranded across the street when our motorcycle's battery went dead...we asked them if they could help us out and without hesitation they agreed and brought over some tools and jumped us to get back on the road...all they would accept was a thank you...very professional and genuinely good people. The brakes went out on my truck. I called on Tuesday and they said they didn t have an appointment until the next Monday but I could bring it in and they d try to get to it earlier. I brought it by Wednesday morning and got my truck back that day! The price was fair, they looked over a couple other things on the truck and gave me a quote. This kind of service is how you earn customer loyalty!
