HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm not at all satisfied. I'm very annoyed that I was contacted and told that work (the starter) had been completed BEFORE the shop was giving approval to go ahead and do the job by me first. Nor did they contact the warranty company to verify it was cover before doing the work. That is very unprofessional. Not something ive ever had happen at a shop before. I'm annoyed that I explained there was a banging in the front right and I feel due diligence was not done in finding the issue causing it. It was not until i came and had to pay that i drove the car and had the mechanic get in the car to show him the noise and then they got it back up on the rack and found it within minutes. Overall, I was not called and told any diagnosis of anything allowing me to make a judgment call on if I wanted this shop to do the work. Rather, I was called and told work was completed which forced me to use this shop. Now I have to go to another shop and start this process all over again and pay another deductible through my warranty company. On top of all this. I picked the car up Friday and just noticed that there is damage to my vehicle which was not there prior to me bringing this to them. I see the front end of my car every day. I know if this was broken or not. Which they denied and said it was like this when I brought it.

Had the best experience with these guys I had some break work done by another mechanic and he really screwed my breaks up they not only fixed them but wasn't costly thank you for taking the time to fix them correctly will be back to get other work doneService: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

I have used Parkman Automotive several times over the past couple years and have never had an experience that was less than great. Last week I took my car in for a brake job, oil change, and to have them look at a couple other random things that I was concerned about. They checked over everything and were honest enough to not take advantage of every little concern I had by charging me to do something I didn't need done. At the end of the day I only needed to have my brakes, pads, and rotors replaced and an oil change (all of which I assumed needed done to begin with). It's been a few days now of frequent driving and I have had ZERO problems. Additionally, the price I was charged for the work on my car was literally hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted for the exact same work from one of their competitors on Elm Rd. Parkman Automotive will remain my go to shop for all of my automotive repair needs, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto shop.Also, Julie in the office is awesome and extremely pleasant to deal with. Mario (I believe), the mechanic I spoke with prior to taking my car in to the shop, and also one that ended up working on my car, did a great job with addressing my concerns and not making me feel like a bother or as if I was dumb when it came to cars simply because I'm a woman. That isn't something you get in most shops. I certainly appreciate that kind of customer service.

Not bad. Good work was done but they broke the air filter and I had to go back after a week to get the same thing fixed. But prices were fair and the work was done in a timely manner.

Awesome group of folks. Mechanics are honest and do great work! This is the repair shop that is trustworthy.

The warranty they offer holds up just as good as the Levees during Hurricane Katrina. I went with a female friend and I do all my own car repairs. The manager told her that he was going t charge top dollar no matter what, and claimed the work they did wasn t the reason the car was having issues. And guess what?!? I m replacing the same gasket they put in. You guys really suck. I ve told so many people about how bad this place is.

I had brake issues and wasnt sure about how to set in the new brakes I got here, so they took the extra time to drive with me to make sure the new brakes were working properly. I appreciate the extra mile they went!

I went here a half hour before closing to get 4 tires I bought online installed. I figured they would politely decline but to my surprise not only did they get the job done in half an hour, they did it at probably the best price in the area.

I visited this place on the recommendation of one of their customers and I was not dissapointed. After being misguided by Auto repair giants such as Midas, Firestone and Flynn's this humble establishment was able to solve the issues with my car.The place is owne dby three friends; Mario, Tyler and Stephen and they are all very helpful. They will answer all the questions you have regarding your car and would help you get the cheapest but the most reliable solution. They don't overcharge you for parts or labor, infact they're always willing to help you get parts for cheaper prices through their connections.I personally have trouble making it to the shop during the normal working hours due to my work and twice these guys have stayed back and helped me fix my car. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

They've been great for minor things which is the reason for a 2stars I dropped my car off for an oil change& what I thought was a broken strut on my passenger back wheel they informed me they did oil change& needed a compressor for my back strut they called around& couldn't find one 2weeks later I take it 2Firestone& they inform me I have shocks on back wheels& struts in front& they were all good which concludes 2me they did oil change& nothing further smh I needed a sway bar& had a broken wheel baring on passenger front tire I won't come back for anything firestone is expensive but they tell u the truth I could be dead

They try to get over on females I took my car here to get fixed when I picked my car up the same day it broke down from what they claimed to fix and charged me the same price to fix what they was pose to fix in the 1st place .... take a male with you if you go here they will try to get over if they can
