I first called this company, and spoke with Howard on March 21, 2022 seeking to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get my four car trailer refurbished. I email Howard videos of my trailer detailing specifically what I would like to have done. Every time that I called to follow up, I had to describe again what I would like done. Today is now 10 days later, and Howard still has to be reminded of what I would like done when I call, and still proceeds to tell me that it will take multiple day s for someone to call me back, and keeps insisting that I should look elsewhere. As a business owner I fully understand that business can become busy, but I deem it unprofessional that I didn t receive not one call back within 10 day s, and had to keep on repeating what I wanted done like a video was never sent. Overall, no sense of urgency was shown, and true customer care was not experienced. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place to get quality welding and fabrication service at a reasonable price.Very friendly, family owned business that treat you well to keep you coming back. Service turn around time is usually pretty quick. Many small jobs I've brought to them were done same day. Been going here for over 10 years always leave satisfied.

Don't let anybody fool you these guys are the best steel workers in welders when it comes to car hauling equipment in the entire country

This person has "never" been a customer to Ohio Trailer Company! We do refurbish work on car carriers and do not deal in car sales, car hauling or any titles what so ever.

Bad company bad service they took my father's charger and they stole his title and car key .... and there are so rude and they speak dirty with a customer
