I was having car trouble tonight...was unsure what was going on with my car due to the different issues I was having. I went to this store and was working with two guys. Eric was one on the mens name and i dont know the other guys name sadly because i would love to give him credit as well.I have little to no understanding about cars and their issues but the guys that were working took their time in trying to identify the issue and provided me with possible solutions and assistance to my car troubles. Even a customer was super helpful in providing me with their discount for my new battery! Not only will I be back but will tell my friends and family to come here also!! Thanks again to all the people who helped me in some way today!

Have dealt with O'Reilly's for a while now but more particularly Jim the manager that works there is an amazing person to deal with just in general. Always willing to go above and beyond for me anytime I needed anything. People like that or in my business every time and my loyalty.

The manager of this store helped me with an air filter issue I was having. He went above and beyond when he didn't have too. I will now only shop at this store due to his assisting me. Thanks soo much.

They usually have everything you need in stock and if they don't, they are happy to order for you to ensure you get it within a timely manner. No appointments needed so you can just bring your vehicle in and be back on the road quickly. Reasonable prices and Shelby is awesome!

They made sure that I got it a good deal but the part I bought I was having issues with so I had to go somewhere else and get that part but other than that good customer service

Didn't have the 3" exhaust donut that I needed, but they tried hard to find me one. Clean with well stocked shelves

Had a very easy shopping experience. When I entered the store, an employee there by the name of Todd, directed me kindly to the power steering fluid. He then also knew what kind of headlight my car needed without looking it up! And he installed it in -5 degree weather and didn't complain, not even once. Everyone should go to Oreilly's on 422. Nice people, very respectful guys and they care about the customers.

They always have what I want or need. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I can shop and look around for an hour or be in and out in 15 minutes. Great store, always my first choice.

Great customer service. I called ahead and my parts were waiting on the counter when I arrived. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Also they are the only local store that carries parts for my Saab in stock.

Ive made many visits here. And of those times they have either been very knowledgeable about the issue in question or they were patient and helped to find the solution to the problem at hand. Even more so, a solution within my budget even if it ment referring me to a different store.

Prices are reasonable, service is great especially if you are a woman. They go out of their way to help you and give you the best advice and price. The Manager Andrew goes way beyond what is required.
