This was, by far, the smoothest experience at a car dealership ever! Stacey Dennis is outstanding! She will cover all bases! Stacey helped me set up all the features on my Bronco so that when I left, I felt that there wasn't any 'transition period' from my old vehicle to the new one!!

Mike Urbania was very professional and was quick at finding me my perfect car. The dealership itself was very appealing and easy to access. As soon as you walk in you re greeted with friendly faces and smiles. I look forward to my future of buy more cars from Klaben Ford. Highly recommend that if your looking for a car to stop down.

Always a great experience, We've gotten several cars, trucks and suvs from Michael Jr. @ Klaben Warren, This last time he delivered our truck right to us and took the trade in back with him 60 miles away by the way!. This was a breeze. Great family run operation. We always feel like we're getting the best value for our money, I'm happy to say I've never felt like our money wasn't well spent.

I started my search with the dealer I bought my previous truck with. When they were less than helpful I went to Autotrader to look for a truck with the features I was interested in (Powerboost Lariat or XLT w/302a package and a moonroof). Carter reached out to me first thing the next morning and was extremely easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and even ran multiple financing scenarios for me. The next morning we met and the finance manager, Pappy made the paperwork process quick and painless. I d highly recommend working with Klaben Ford of Warren!

My husband and I recently leased a new Ford Escape from Chuck at Klaben Ford. Let me tell you that Chuck made this buying experience painless. He listened when I told him the specifics of what we wanted and he delivered! I would recommend him again easily and the dealership as well. All top notch in my book and we have found our place to shop for any vehicle!

I have been dealing with Klaben Ford for many years. My husband and I have been completely satisfied with every new car that we have purchased from Mr Klaben. The 2024 Edge Titaniium that we just leased is , by far, our dream car. We will be buying this car at the end of the lease. Our adult children have also followed in our footsteps becoming part of the Klaben family of customers. Thank you Klaben Ford and Mr Klaben for all your kindness and time.

I seen a used Ford F-150 on the website but it happened to be sold by the time I got there. Although the other buyer backed out of the deal I was emailed immediately to let me know that it was available. I am very pleased with the deal I got and the salesman Chuck was excellent.

Jim Maloney is the greatest. We had ordered a Maverick in August and had not gotten it yet. Jim called and said he had a similar one, did we want to see it. We saw it and bought it. He has a Maverick himself and was so helpful with all of our questions. Just having had it a few weeks we have had to make several trips to Cleveland Clinic and just love the vehicle. So far so good. It has been a pleasure dealing with Klaben. Thanks Jim

Mike Klaben Jr was able to help me out when I was in a real tight spot. My credit is admittedly not the best, but he was able to get me approved for a new vehicle regardless. Afterward, Chuck took over and helped me finalize everything and taught me the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Lastly, Nick was awesome and got my paperwork situated and explained in detail about my warranties and answered any questions I had.I can't recommend them enough for your next vehicle. This is the only place I'll be purchasing vehicles from moving forward.

I bought this truck online from Klaben Ford in Ohio I m in NY, Jim Maloney was my contact and help me get what I needed, evaluating my trade-in, setting up a date for me to come down. everything went really smooth, Jim made me very comfortable. Explain to me everything about the truck it is loaded with accessory s. I had a great 200+ mile ride home. Want to add Klaben filled the 36 gallon gas tank up. Jim Maloney has called since I ve been home to see how everything is going and has answered a few questions for me since.

This was the best vehicle shopping experience both my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. The salesperson was very professional and friendly. He had great knowledge about the SUV and was not overbearing with any sales tactics. The Ford SUV was an excellent choice for us and we will be shopping at Klaben in the near future for a second vehicle. :)

I bought a ford transit van from this dealership. I m located in Texas but I flew into CLE and picked up my vehicle. Extremely happy with Klaben Ford of Warren. They offered me a great price with a great service plan. Also, their sales rep Gilbert was great to work with, he always kept up with me during the sales process with all my questions. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I highly suggest Klaben Ford!

I had an excellent experience with Klabens Ford of Warren. I bought Lincoln Corsair 2023. And I love it . The salesman Michael Awadalla was very professional and helpful. He is new but did an awesome jobI usually don't like going to car dealerships, but I had an amazing experience and paperwork done in timely manner, and got a very good deal on my car.I will definitely use them from now on and telling all my friends about them.

I don't usually give out good reviews to car dealers as it is usually a painful game and process but Klaben Ford of Warren were great. Michael (Klaben), Gilbert and Gary were very professional, nice people, straightforward and I got a good deal and trade in on a sought after vehicle. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

Many thanks Gilbert! What a fantastic buying experience. I am 100% thrilled with my new vehicle!! I met Gilbert Perrin on a prior visit to Klaben Ford. When I was ready to make a purchase I asked for him. He is very personable, easy going and friendly. No pressure at all and was patient with me as I was trying to make a decision. Gilbert made sure I had answers to all my questions and took time to go over every feature of my vehicle with me. He even contacted me the next day to see how my drive home was and if I needed anything.I have been going to Klaben for some time now. The administrative, sales, service and finance staff as well as Mr. Klaben are all first class people. This was not the first purchase for me or my family from this dealership and it will not be our last either!

I am extremely happy about the customer service provided to me during my recent purchase.From my Salesperson Stacey Dennis to the gentleman that helped me with my trade in and decide which warranty that would fit my life best. They answered all my questions. Stacey took her time going over the vehicles features with me and made sure I left happy and knowledgeable about me purchase. I love my Bronco! Gilbert was excellent. He made the process fast and easy. Great communication. This was the best car purchase experience I have had hands down. I was able to do everything via phone without several hours at the car lot. He had everything set up for the final paperwork. 10 min process and he helped deliver the car and provided a bow to surprise my wife. Gilbert 5 star service
