My car was involved in an accident and was totaled. From family doing business with Kings this who I decided to do business with. I was not driving car so I didn't see it. Was informed from Kings I could see car after work next day. They said it wasn't there, waited all weekend called back Monday morning was told insurance company just took it an hour earlier. Found out insurance company never got it till 5 days later. So whose responsible for my belongings? Where are my belongings? Whose paying the storage fee? This was so unprofessional.

Gene, Larry, office ladies are awesome! Had a deer hit my car and Gene helped me get the claim going through my insurance. Honest person. They help me with every step of the way through this process. I will come back again for more future repairs.

Recently purchased a Wrangler. It had damage below the driver's side tail light. They were quick to fix it & it looks great. They went above & beyond & detailed it too. Staff was friendly. Would definitely go there again.

I had high expectations for this establishment, but the communication and lack of concern for their customer is sub par. I had to call and check on the repair status of my vehicle multiple times, as I received zero calls from them. The front desk never had any answers for me and I constantly had to be transferred to Gene . Despite being friendly, Gene was supposed to get back to me on numerous occasions and it never happened. Also, I feel it is completely unacceptable for my car to sit in your lot for a week to repair a tiny chip in my windshield when the insurance approved the repair on Monday. And they had to call in a glass guy on top of that. I would never have thought that a collision repair shop wouldn t have an in house glass tech. The golf ball size dent that was repaired also took a week to fix, but I will give credit to them because they did do a great job on that. If you don t mind waiting forever for small repairs and don t expect updates about your vehicle, this might be the place for you.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto glass repair

We had a hit and run situation with our vehicle and King's made the experience about as good it could get (no one wants a smashed vehicle)- they were professional, extremely kind and helpful, very efficient and the vehicle looks brand new. I don't understand the bad reviews I see here. I was treated as quickly and professionally by everyone from the receptionist to the estimator, the work was perfect when finished and they cleaned the car inside and out before returning the car. They were recommended by the car dealership and I see why.I returned today to see about having a minor scratch repaired and they fixed it and two others I didn't ask about, and get this, they did it free!I would like to add five more stars if I could.

Tried to schedule to have a quote done to have my hood repaired, the guy on the phone made it sound as if it were a risk to work with me since my car is financed and we have to work with the insurance. He got pretty unprofessional, took my business elsewhere

I would highly recommend anyone to come to this business for anybody work. They are punctual with getting stuff done on time, very professional. The car looked brand new after they fixed it. They went above and beyond by washing the car, putting tire shine on the tires and rims, cleaning the windshield. I wish I would ve went to Kings collision when I had my accident.

I hit two deer on rt 80 (by Grove City, PA) 2 weeks ago today. The front end and driver side doors were messed up bad on my Chevy Cruze. The hood was buckled up and the front bumper was torn to shreds. I was devastated when this happened. I love my car and just knew I screwed it up forever. After calling the cops and getting the car back home (Niles, Ohio)My husband called our insurance company Erie Ins and they recommended Kings Collision so we went with them. I took the car down to them that afternoon they were very nice and explained the process to us. I was called by my insurance company and by Kings explaining the repairs would take 21-22 days. I got my car back today (14 days later) and it looks great! I can t believe what an amazing job they did. I will recommend them every time I get a chance. Awesome job Kings Collision! Erie Insurance and Kings made this such a smooth process.

One of the worst places I have ever been from a management standpoint. They took forever to fix my truck. Every time I called I got the same story. When I went to finally pick it up the office staff was very rude. I wanted to see my truck before I signed everything and she would not give me the keys so I could see it. When I did finally get my key after signing everything I opened my door and the rocker panel was all scuffed up. Looked like they dragged and air hose all over it. They took so long I didn t even want them to fix it. I then got on the highway and it shook like crazy. They never even checked my tires before they finished . Their detailing job was terrible also. Dust in my carpet and in the doors. The only nice thing I can say about them is that the actual body technician (technicians) who did the work did a pretty good job. Other than that I would not recommend you them to anyone. There are much, much better repair shops in the area. Stay clear of King Collision!!!!!

I am helping someone I work with deal with King Collision. When I tell you they take care of the customer, THEY TAKE AMAZING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! Tony has been a godsent during a terrible situation and has made the process easier then we could have imagined. Thank you King Collision!

Just got my car back after being rear-ended and sandwiched. Car looks better than it did before the accident. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. Even provided a loaner so I could get to and from work. I highly recommend their services.

I had to take my car there for an insurance claim. They were very timely on getting me in for my estimate, and were very timely in the repair work. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. It was fixed, washed, waxed, and the insides were all cleaned out. It was wonderful. Thank you for the great work Kings.

Overall the body shop/technicians do a great job but unfortunately it is the rest of the business that was a huge let down. In April/May of 2018 I had my car repaired after an accident and based on that service alone I would have provided a much greater rating. When we again needed a repair in November, we selected King Collision. Unfortunately, this time was a very different story. We had a different advisor that we dealt with than the first time. Communication was practically non-existent requiring me to call several times a week and play phone tag to get the status of my car. Deadlines were continually changed without letting me know. I understand delays happen and sometimes it is out of your control, but to not communicate that to the customer is just unacceptable. My wife indicated that she was growing inpatient with this shop on her private facebook page. Somehow that information was shared with the shop and she was falsely accused of slandering them and she was treated horribly and talked to in a way that no professional shop should EVER speak to a customer. Maybe when you see a customer is agitated or has any concern maybe you actually call that customer to see what is going on and what you can do to help. Saying you re growing inpatient is NOT slander and maybe if you actually communicated with us all the way through out this would have never happened. Kudos to the technicians (who I ve never met or spoken to) but the people that you actually have to deal with were very unprofessional and calling them rude doesn t begin to describe our experience.

Very disappointed in this shady place. I was in an accident and it took them about a month to get back with me just to tell me my car's damage exceeded the overall value of the car. They blamed the long wait on computers. All that waiting for nothing. So I ended up taking the total loss agreement. They're so over priced, its no doubt they probably profited off of my car because it wasn't totaled. Not to mention they charge like $30 a day for the car just to sit in their parking lot. Do many other body shops charge this too? If so, I've never heard of such a rip off. If I ever have to have body work on a vehicle in the future I'll take it to a more reputable body shop. Very crooked business.

My repairs were done in a timely manner I took it on Thursday morning picked up by Friday afternoon!! Best customer service! Would highly recommend king collision! They even swept my inside and washed my car!

Recently my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder was damaged on the right front nose piece. I can't say enough for the fantastic job King's did, not to mention the excellent detailing job to clean it up after they finished. They are well worth the money even if you get a quote for $50 to $150 less. I hope they are here for as long as I might need auto body work done.Service: Body & Trim

I used King Collision to repair my car in a front end accident. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they kept me well informed and stood behind their work. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Would not recommend. They said they inspect the car and do repairs including but not limited to auto body, a/c, engine, etc. my fianc� hit a coyote in her car and took it to them expecting the car to be repaired. They fixed the bumper corner light and that s about it. The did not repair her broken intercooler piping (factory turbo, nothing aftermarket) and they completely overlooked the cracked a/c condenser. Either these guys don t actually take care of their customers or their not sure what their doing. Either way, I m sure there is plenty of other service shops to go to that will ACTUALLY FIX your car when you re in an accident, and do it correctly.

took my Honda their after someone hit it. It looked brand new when we picked it up. they detailed the inside. they had the car less than a week. The front end had been smashed. can not even tell. the paint matched perfectly. would use them again and again. even though the other people's ins paid was surprised how low the bill was. Have been trying to get my 2022 Civic fixed for a few months, they said they ordered and have received the parts but can't even get a date to get it fixed. Insurance recommended them, but Id go somewhere else

My truck was taken there by Sims Buick / GMC for warranty work. (They are just as bad) What a mistake. They had my truck for a month and when I got it back it was dirty inside and damaged. My tonneau was damaged, they put a ding in the tailgate and used touch-up paint to fix and when they took my rear seat out, it appears they scraped it across the concrete and scratched the plastic all up. I took it back and they had it for 6 hours and fixed nothing. Said they received the wrong parts. That was three weeks ago and they never called back with new parts. I will never take anything there to have them work on.

After a tree branch fell on my Mercury Mountaineer, denting the hood, King Collision did an amazing job making it look brand new again, even a perfect match on the white-chocolate paint. They also detailed the inside. I'm impressed !!

I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox that was in a front end damage accident. It had only 700 mi.King Collision did an amazing job on the repair. I would go back if needed again.

So far so good. For now, the communication has been only on the phone and via email, but I'm satisfied so far. I will update when the bodywork happens.
