The last time I was there, I swore never to return for several reasons, but due to the fact that I have the Firestone card with 6 months interest free, I decided to try them again as this was a fairly expensive repair and included a new set of tires.I was happy to see that most of not all of the staff had changed and this visit was a marked improvement over the last visit.The staff was attentive and personable, they kept me informed of any issues, and repaired the vehicle promptly.I was very happy with my experience.

I liked that the wait time was minimal for my oil change.... however, they did not replace the mileage sticker that goes in the window or reset the oil level indicator, which renders the service incomplete !

Great service, just extremely overpriced, as per company policy. If I didn't have a Firestone credit card, probably would find somewhere cheaper. They do a great job, very thorough and careful with vehicles, it's just corporate pricing you can't really get around.

This is the worst place ever. They were supposed to have done an oil change and tire rotation on my car. My car was due for another oil change at 68,000 miles. My light comes on at 64,000 saying it needs oil, I check it and I have NO oil in my car. And my tires are all chopped, I noticed my back rims look different. This place ruined my car. Besides that they did not fix my wheel bearing and I had to take it back for them to do it....do not bring your car to them. I have to take my car to dealer to repair everything they screwed up.Service: Oil change

They are great. They do quick and quality work with a respectful and informative staff. My boss recommended them when I needed a strut replaced, and they are right around the corner from my house, so I went there for convenience. I'm so satisfied with their work that I'm switching to Firestone for all future repairs. Nothing against my previous mechanic, I just really like this place and the way they do business. Fair prices too.

Brought my car in just to get it looked at. When I told the mechanic I was going to take it somewhere else for repairs he dropped my car so hard from the metal lift it had worse issues leaving the garage than going in. Made a very loud sound. It was obviously intentional and that guy shouldn t have a job. Over priced and scam artists. Thousands of dollars for repairs that should at the most cost hundreds.

I've had both my wife's and my car in here for alignments. Opted for the lifetime because 1> paying $110 for a one-time alignment is insane (should be around $70,) and 2> we keep our cars for many years. Now when I do front-end repairs, they align it at no additional cost. They've done decent work, but I've had to bring cars back because the wheel wasn't perfectly level and was throwing computer errors. Isn't that what the test drive is for?If you make an appointment, call in because the online version doesn't take into account manpower and can often overbook a time slot.Everyone I've talked to there has been very nice, except the female manager that got irritated with me when I had to bring a Cruze back 3 times for them to get it right. Treat them nice, be patient and they are generally nice in return. If you have a wait, walk over to The Mocha House and enjoy what they have.Service: Wheel alignment

I went to get a tire plugged, and the guy at the counter with the throat tattoo looked at the tire and said, "erm, we can't fix that, bud." I took it to an honest gentleman that begged to differ, and he plugged the tire for $10 dollars. He didn't feel like working. Or he was trying to sell me a tire. Either way, it's absolutely unprofessional, to say the least.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment online March 6th for 8am on March 11th, 5 days ahead of time. Appointments at Firestone have to be approved before they are official, and my appointment was approved so I had no concern about getting the work done.When I arrived I told the worker that I had an 8am appointment and she confirmed. Then she immediately asks me if my car has radar based cruise control / lane keep assist, which it does. She immediately tells me that they don t have the proper equipment to align cars with those systems and I have to take it to the dealership.I m just baffled at how this question wasn t asked prior to approving the appointment.Also, if this is true they must not be able to align a lot of newer cars as this technology is fairly standard now.The strange part about this is I had another car with similar technology aligned at the Boardman location a few years ago with no problem.So thank you Firestone for not taking my time into consideration when approving this appointment. I went there on 10-29-22 because of a nail in my tire which was completely flat & I was charged $32! I was definitely charged way to much for that service probably because I m a female and the customer service was bad I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while ppl walked by and just went about their business so I walked into the actual shop to finally get noticed because I saw a woman & her young daughter walk in there through the big doors and the guy who waited on my said she was the manager there ummm ok why didn t she say hey you have a customer waiting at the counter? I won t be going back there again for anything! Oh and the guy who finally waited on me said I wasn t aloud in there but the bosses 5 yr old daughter is aloud & can potentially get seriously injured. Ok then .. And if the owner of the shop has to keep apologizing for his employees bad service to customers then you should maybe start seeking out better employees because it s obvious that they can t be trusted with your business to do ppl right!!

It's funny how my steering wheel didn't start shaking till about an 8th of a mile after driving it away from there. Interesting . Turns out my passenger rear tire was extremely low. Huh. I filled it up and it hasn't lost any air from days ago. Fine going in, almost flat going out. Been going there for years too. Caught attitude from the beginning - eg. Me, "Have a good one!" Male employee, mmmhuh." Judging by the reviews, something has changed for the worse very recently. Won't be back - not the only game in town that's for sure. And no one has even reached out to me since I first posted this review.Service: Oil change

Saw the hours were updated 4 weeks ago by the business owner. So thought that them never answering the phone meant they were busy. Drove all the way on a tire going flat from a screw only to discover the sign posted on the door about "until further notice they are closed on Sundays due to staffing". Come on guys get your business together. This is the "new normal". You've had nearly 3 years to figure it out.

Booked online for an alignment, when I got there I found out I was the third inline for a 10am appointment. Been waiting an hour and my car hasn t even been looked at. Why let somebody schedule for a time that s already booked? Will update upon completion. After the inspection they were not able to do the alignment and didn t charge. They did point out a more serious issue that I m grateful to have been informed about. So in short the service is great but bring your patience because it s a wait.

My OIL CHANGE was scheduled at 2pm its not 240pm and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Why schedule something if you don't have the time to do it. When asked about it, I got an attitude. Wonderful customer service

Went in for a trip check before my upcoming trip to Florida and back. They found several things wrong (cupped rear tires, rear brake pads and rotors needed work, etc.) They made a list for me so I could work out finances and get it all fixed up before my trip. They got me in the very next day for every subsequent appointment I made. They're very busy, so do prepare to wait a couple hours, but they do great work. There is a T.V. in the waiting area, along with magazines if you choose to wait on-site. They adhered to the social distancing recommendations and chairs were seated an appropriate distance apart. The employees remembered my name and my face when I went in the second time, and the third. They made it a pretty personal experience, which is great because when you're worrying about your car and safety, the last thing you want is to be a number on a piece of paper. They took great care of me and my car, and I'll definitely be returning again for future automotive needs.

I can't understand how there are any bad reviews. They get you in as fast as they can. They are fair on pricing and listen to what you have to say. I take all my vehicles and their prices for diagnostics and repair are very fair. Very friendly and easy to deal with everytime.

This was our first trip to this facility. It is clean and large however, the waiting area could be larger. The only concern I have is the lack of urgency. The lady next to us had an app that at noon for new tires. We had a 1:00 apps for tires, alignment, and oil change. When my vehicle sat outside for 20 minutes past the app to time, I asked if we would be done in the allotted 2 hours. The lady didn't speak up and didn't leave much sooner than us.

Dropped by here this past friday to inquire about brake work on my dodge dakota sport truck. Truck is very old and rusting apart, and it was in a accident on 4/20 and the impact disengaged the operations of the brake system completely. He kinda guessed as to what it maybe would cost to repair it, but never put anything in writing. So I have been trying to reach back to them for a written estimate on the work and now I can't speak directly with the representative that I spoke with at the time of my visit.

Westside Auto in Niles quoted my daughter $1,650 to fix her car. I took the car to Firestone and told them what was "needed." They had 3 different mechanics verify that 90% of that work was NOT needed. My bill went from $1,650 to $500. There is nothing better than an auto shop you know you can trust.Thank you Firestone!!!

Have gone here for quite a few years. Routine services, like oil changes are done well. They take the time to go over the whole car so if repairs are needed you have a heads up and may be able to plan and schedule. Ten minute oil changes aren't necessarily a bargain. Tire advise has been good also.

Over priced did not fix the problem hope everyone knows this garage is just getting over on people left and right $450 job tried to charge me $800 wouldn't let them fix my vehicle for free they couldn't even put my phone number in the computer right was suppose to call me but I had to call them after not hearing anything for 3 days not to Profesional

This Warren facility is by far one of the better facilities around. Facility is an old gas station converted into repair shop. Neighborhood is good. Parking is good but on a very busy day it can get very crowded. The mechanic know their stuff and have been around for awhile. Justin great job keep up the good work.
