The folks were super personable and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were extremely transparent. They managed to repair and completely restore my Toyota quicker and with higher quality parts than what was available at other repair shops. Will definitely be using them in the future should anything happen to any of my vehicles. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great people! Really helped me out when I was in a bind! Anytime I need any body work done on my car this is where I always take it! They even went above and beyond for me when I accidentally locked my keys in the rental car in the parking lot.

I brought my CTS here for accident repair. They made arrangements for my rental and they had my car done on time. Absolutely great staff. Everyone was very kind and willing to explain any questions I had. They did a great job and they detailed my car for me! Thank you to all the staff who worked on my car! Great work!

They said it would take a week to fix my car. Took 3 days and it looks showroom new. Great job and I would recommend this place to anybody that needs body work done on thier car. Great job guys and thank you.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went to Cole Valley to get my door handle on the inside of my car replaced. The assistant manager took the car in the back and in minutes he showed me the part that was bad. He ordered the part I came in the next day and the part was installed in under a hour. Great service I ll be back for sure the next time that i need work done on my car.

Vehicle looks good. Management and parts procurement are lacking to say the least. If you're in a hurry go elsewhere because they certainly are not.

I had two cars a 2006 Chevy cobalt and a 2017 Toyota RAV4 brought here for accident repair. They called and said cobalt was ready to be picked up upon inspection of vehicle the headlight did not fit properly nor did the fender in which they fixed. They did fix it correctly on the second try but it was so bad the first time it should have never left the body shop. They took two weeks to repair my RAV4 and upon inspection the rear quarter panel they repaired had two chips in the body filler they just painted over they scratched the hood and driver side fender of my vehicle and said it came to them that way. I am very unhappy with the way the staff handled my vehicles and would never recommend them to anyone

Still having problems with my rails but I am giving it a couple of days like they ask me too so the system can reload itself

Was disappointed by assistant manager. Promised a damage estimate by end of business day. Three days later I was called to see if they were going to do job. Still no estimate. Customer service??
