Dan is so very nice and explained everything to a T. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for several days. Very friendly staff and prices are not bad!

Just had my BMW serviced for the first time since I bought it. I was referred to Carr Auto Repair. The customer service was great! From Stephanie the owner to Frank the mechanic, took the time to make sure I was happy with the service. To top it off they were $100 less than what the dealership would have charged for the service. I would highly recommend them!

Just picked up my BMW from Carrs and everything was done perfect! Stephanie (New Owner) was a Sweetheart and very accommodating with my busy schedule. They have the BEST TRAINED, HONEST and EXPERIENCED MECHANICS in the business! Excellent Customer Service from start to finish, which is almost impossible to find anywhere nowadays, and their pricing is the best around! Do Not go to the Dealerships! Come to Carrs for ALL your BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus & Domestic Car needs & services!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

Excellent service on my BMW every time I bring it there..Stephanie got me in short notice without an appointment today and Frank took care of the problem in no time..slso got an inside tip on hopefully will be our next puppy. This is the first time I had my car serviced at this garage. About a month ago my car broke down, and It wouldn t start. Which is everyone s worst fear. I called cars and they got me in immediately. They checked it out and figured out the issue in no time, and by the next day my car was fixed! They have always been helpful, honest, loyal to their customers. I know this, because my mom has taken her vehicle their for years. I could not appreciate them enough. Special thanks especially to Frank and Stephanie. I HIGHLY recommend anyone having their car fixed here.

Carr' Automotive is back in business and Frank is back! I had my Mercedes serviced on their first day open this week. Great service and great pricing! Lester finally transferred ownership to new owners. The new owners reached out to me to let me know they were back in business1 I have had 6 different Mercedes serviced at Carr's over the last 15 years. There's nobody better!!!

Frank is a fantastic german car expert. He handles every thing with care. He helped me a great deal and gave a competitive price. He even went out of his way to fix my car at an inconvenient time. Will always come here to get stuff taken care of.

If you own a Mercedes, BMW, Mini Cooper, Audi, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley or any other luxury automobile and not getting work done here you're having the wrong people working on you're car. With 50 yrs experience on these cars you won't find a better mechanic or person handling your vehicle. Lester has been servicing my cars for many years when I lived in Warren..... when I came back memorial day weekend from Raleigh to visit family and had a issue with my Mercedes I just left the car with a note and first thing in the morning Lester and his staff where on top of the issue getting the parts ordered and getting me back on the road asap.... Lester has the best service and is a friend indeed and would highly recommend his professional service to anyone in the surrounding area....
