We were very happy with how Gabe, Jim, and the others at Car Culture treated us. They were friendly, honest, and worked hard to answer all of our questions. They made sure the car we bought was complete and in good working order before we completed the transaction. We drove over an hour to work with the Car Culture team and are very glad we did.

If you're debating whether or not to give car culture a visit, DO IT. Not only are they very polite, but they also genuinely want the best for you. They were very patient with me and answered all the questions I had. After agreeing to pay "x" amount of money and signing the contract, they reached out to me the very next day to tell me they were able to lower the PRICE! Not only that but they also offered me FREE credit counseling. They don't FEEL like a dealership, I highly recommend them and will purchase another vehicle from them down the road.

Car culture has been the only place I trust with my vehicles since I started using them 4 years ago. Jason and Tyler on their service department are very helpful and don't over charge you and charge you for ridiculous things like other dealerships do. Dom was very helpful and is always very nice and professional especially when we recently purchased my new truck. And Jimmy is an amazing owner who truly cares about people and not just trying to make a buck!!! Car culture is the best dealership in town. Thank you guys for all you do for me and my family!!!

I am personally not one to give reviews, but I must say I wish there was more than just 5 stars to choose!! WOW! I am blown away with how professionally everything was handled. I ask A LOT of questions and every question and concern I had Jason was respectfully straight forward and VERY helpful in every aspect he could be! The energy was overflowing with charisma and I can not say enough positive things about the staff. Especially the service tech with the mullet, definitely a nice touch The owner, Jimmy I believe, he surely knows how to run a business. Highly recommend!!

Dom was/is amazing! Such a pleasure to work with and patient. Definitely coming back to him for all our car needs! Loving my new truck and how easy it was to work with him, and everyone else there! Jimmy is so wonderful to work with also! Thanks guys for being awesome!

I want to leave another review but am unable to. I have now purchased a second vehicle from Car Culture and I am truly thankful for the service they provide. I do not enjoy the car buying experience. Dom and Jimmy make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. They are truly customer first. I will always recommend them fo not only purchasing a vehicle but also for repairs and maintenance. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my family.

Dominick and the rest of the staff at this store were extremely helpful. They know their stuff and are straight shooters. The loan process was quick and easy. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced vehicle.

I just recently purchased a second vehicle from here, as I have enough the amazing service that I received here at Car Culture. Jimmy has always been there to listen and explain any questions I have had and looked into things to get me an answer. Jason in the service department is always great about explaining things in terms i understand and the pricing to fix things is affordable! My sales rep for my new purchase Dominic was awesome, he worked with me to get an affordable deal within my budget and for what I was looking for in a vehicle. Dominic answered all my questions and text drove vehicles so I could pick the one that suited me best. Even after the my purchase Dominic has been helpful and even answers my question on the weekend!I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Car Culture.

Car Culture is the only car shop I trust for my Kia Forte GT. Jason is great in the shop & always woks with my schedule. Plus, the oil changes are 1/3rd the cost in my hometown (Cleveland). I will continue to go here as long as they keep up doing honest & thorough work at reasonable prices.

Dom & Jimmy helped my daughter with financing and were fantastic! I would definitely shop there for a used vehicle again! Very honest and upfront. NOT YOUR TYPICAL ISED CAR DEALERSHIP!!

5 star rating and if i could give more i honestly would! Annie and Jason were so helpful during my experience with car culture , Jason found every solution possible that would be more affordable to me and was very nice and Annie was there through the payment process the whole way. and they were more helpful to me than the dealership i actually got the car from after listening to my whole situation! my next car will indeed be coming from car culture!

Jimmy was very rude and unprofessional. No one was in his dealership and I m a cash buyer yet he questioned if I wanted to spend the money on the car I was interested in and didn t want to let me test drive the car. What car salesperson won t let an interested customer test drive a car? A woman should not be treated that way so I walked out. He called and did not take accountability but instead he apologized for his assistant Gabriel and threw him under the bus. No Jimmy, it was you! You were wrong and not Gabriel. I only called you back to let you know you need to keep Gabriel. He is kind, humble, and knows how to talk to a woman and her daughter. Women and families beware ! You won t be treated well by Jimmy at this dealership. Wish I could not even give one star but that isn t an option

The auto shop of car culture is miracle workers. I had my 2011 chrysler at Rick's lifetime and they could not figure out what was wrong with the van. Would not crank or even turn over. They told me it was a pcm issue and needed a new pcm. I wanted a second opinion an thought Rick's had no idea what they was talking about. Took it to car culture and they are some straight miracle workers, amazing communication an explaining. They go above and beyond to help you. They had my van fixed in just a couple hours compared to ricks lifetime having it for 3 days.They don't over charge you, they don't upsell you stuff you don't need. They are reasonable and understanding. Will definitely take all my cars to car culture for future work an send anyone else to them also.

Went to several places from Akron to Warren and none compare to Car Culture! The atmosphere for a first time car buyer was amazing! They were very informative and made the car buying process painless. 10/10 would recommend Car Culture to anyone looking into a pre owned vehicle!

Was my first time ever buying a car for myself. Jimmy and Dominic were very helpful and not at all pushy. There were no lies or added hidden fees like I know some places do. I love my car and would purchase from here again! :)

Bought my wife Tucson here and had an issue a few hundred miles outside of dealer warranty and our purchased warranty (offered by another company) declined some of the parts the owner still made the decision to help us out. Small things like that really help to keep me coming. Also the chairs while you wait for service are really comfortable!

It was my first large purchase, honestly the whole experience was great, they were really patient and gave me every single piece of information you could imagine, Both Jimmy and Dominic were incredibly kind, informative, honest, and overall great people. They weren t sharky like we know most salespeople and dealerships to be. They got me into my dream car and I couldn t be any happier with my vehicle and supporting a business with this much integrity, genuine honesty , and understanding. I highly recommend them. (Also they have Leo, a golden retriever which really takes some stress out of a large purchase and commitment).

Everyone there was amazing. They did everything possible that they could to help me out. They are super honest and make you feel so at ease. The mechanics we amazing, didn't try to lie about things on my car. They gained a new client, just on customer service alone. 100% would recommend, not just for a new car but also if you need work done on your car. Thank you guys so much. Had a previous issue however the owner made sure everything was checked out and doubled checked to make sure something wasn t off and I greatly appreciate that about this place. I recommend coming here absolutely
