My family has been going here for decades and I will always try to go here first! Every car gets fixed for a better price than anywhere else. Amy and Paul are very kind and communicative, it s a consistent saving grace when car problems arise!

I've been up at Brian's a couple times for winter tire swaps. Today I had one tire that needed dismounted and then re mounted and balanced. I called in and was told to bring it up to the shop, dropped it off and picked it up all inside an hour or so. Would recommend.

While traveling from Florida to Ohio to visit family our. Splash guard on the underneath the car came off and was Dragging on the ground period Brian fixed it and had us on our way. In less than an hour. We are so thankful for his service, he did a great job. AT NO CHARGE. THANKS BRIAN!

Brian likes to do insurance claims first. Took my car there for fuel tank repair and they had it 6 months and they fixed it which was great but they didn't tell me the tank was leaking and the sending unit wasn't working and my gas gauge worked before but when I brought it home it wasn't working. Took another car there for AC repair. Brian worked on it also and went and picked it up and it was still blowing hot air. Instead of fixing it right away, it took a couple weeks to get it right because Paul worked on it. If Paul ran to show that would be a great place. Brian gets in a hurry and he wants insurance work first and I spent a lot of money There will not go there again unless Paul takes over to show Paul does it right the 1st time

Was a good shop when Brian owned and ran it! Not so much today miss quoted me then told me to pound rocks on their screw up but I will not pay 45$ for an apology smh! Way to go Paul you lost this customer I will never do business with your shop EVER! Also I did call the BBB Paul like I told you I would Service: TiresService: Tires

From the moment I scheduled services though the end result, I was treated fairly and was informed on what my cars issues were and given examples abs references along the way to further explain all issues. The quaint was second to none and the value was also exceptional. I felt secure in knowing my vehicle was in good hands and I ve finally found a mechanic I can trust fully! My wife and I have been using Brian's for our automotive service for more than 15 years. If you want mechanical service with honesty and integrity, look no further. On our autos they have done major and minor repairs as well as body work and tires. I've always found them to be quick and efficient, fair in their pricing, and exceptional in results. Brian, Andy and Paul provide great service and results. Seems like Andy and Paul have been there forever. That speaks volumes about leadership and the work environment. I value that continuity. You know who you are dealing with. Keep up the great work!

I use to do all my car repairs myself 20 yrs ago. Then I finally found a quality repair shop I can trust to all my cars repairs and at prices that can't be beat. Now at 68 yrs old I won't go anywhere else. The personal friendly treatment I get every time I call or go in for service is over the top. Thank you guys..

Had a radiator changed here in early 2016 and the entire transaction was above and beyond what I was expecting. This was the first time I've been to Brian's and I'll absolutely be returning for my next project. Ask for Paul.

Honest and reasonably priced. I usually fix my own stuff. But if it's something I don't have the equipment to do, Brian's is the only place I trust in the area.

Always something with them, every time they have my vehicle shortly after getting it back something else simultaneously breaks/goes wrong with it. Had my vehicle for over a week, called said it was fixed and ready to be picked up, picked it up wasn't even a half a mile down the road and it started acting up the problem was never fixed, had it again for another 2 days and charged me again to fix the problem.

Brians Automotive was able to schedule me into their busy schedule last minute. They detected a problem quickly, repaired it, and got me back on the road to travel home (out of state) right away. I highly recommend Brians Automotive!

Very bad place had a car there for 2 weeka n fuel pump was never xhanged let alone touched took it to another place and had it done in about a hr brians said they would not touch it fir fulse reasons
