Extremely nice sales people & office staff. They know how to match you to the type of car you want and get the paperwork done in a snap! Within 2 1/2 hrs, we were; greeted, listened to, test drove 3 SUVs, financed, insured & driving off the lot in an awesome, perfect SUV fitting all our family needs! They were awesome interacting with our disabled daughter. Really made her feel included & an important part of the decision making. We highly recommend Agree Auto!

PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR PROTECTION!!!! I m still learning my lesson and they won t helpI don t recommend you doing any business with that being said if there is any possible way for you getting a vehicle avoid this place! Read the Comments recent comments. This guy sold my brother a lemon that had allll sort of gasket troubles and his Mechanic father and so don t know how how to put on a bike chain. I m sure of it. Talk about being low it doesn t get any lower then this place.

I purchased a car here about a year ago and have had nothing but issues with it from the start! They lied to me to get this car off the back of the lot because it had been sitting forever. They had it originally listed for almost $7k with cosmetic damage, engine issues, and a bunch of other little quirks! I talked him down but still paid way too much because I m just finding out that after ALL the work I put into it, the camshaft is bad which involves an entire engine rebuild. I don t know what I m going to do because I can t afford to finance another car or even find someone who wants to rebuild an engine! I bought this with a credit card and still owe just as much as I did a year ago because I ve had to turn around and use it to buy parts. I ve even given it regular oil changes every 3000 miles which is often because this is my daily driver for multiple gigs. I m thankful it s still running but I worry about how much longer it will be until it breaks down on me or causes further damage to the rest of the car.

Highly do not recommend getting a vehicle from here, sold me a complete junk truck, and won t do anything to even help me with getting the parts fixed that they knew was wrong with it. Nor allow me to do a trade in for a different vehicle on it. $18,000 and 4 grand into fixing parts on it already and had it for 6 months. Definitely beat me for my buck, and won t ever purchase from here again. If you get a vehicle from here watch, all it s about is money to them not pleasing their customers. Also if you get a vehicle your check engine light will be on within 2 days of driving it off the lot, and you ll have to pay to fix whatever code they cleared just to sell it.

Fantastic Job couldn't be happier Stacy really worked with my budget and Rob Halstead and the mechanics did such a great job my Jeep was about ready for the scrap yard it is 18 years old now it runs like new Thank You Agree

I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them...I've only had the car for 3 mins n have had nothing but problems with it it needs alot more work done to even pass P.A inspection( that where I live) and I've already spend 1,000 on fixing some of the stuff....

Can't complain. I had very poor credit and was self-employed, couldn't get financed anywhere else and they came through for me. Got two cars from them and both were in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. The first one had an oil leak a few months after getting it, but it wasn't their fault and they gave me a fair price to fix it, and the second one had a few very minor issues that they fixed for free in a timely manner without a second thought.Stacy was very nice, their mechanic seems knowledgeable and fair, the ladies in billing were always nice, willing to help and understandable, and their senior sales guy seemed like a decent guy, although I honestly didn't care for the employees that actually sold me the cars. Think they were new maybe, idk, they just weren't very knowledgeable about what they had. Like saying that having AWD doesn't affect your mpg if you're not using it or literally skipping over inventory that fits my criteria to show me vehicles that don't. Luckily I am relatively knowledgeable myself though, and the senior guys seem to be as well.Their rates were actually very competitive for what my credit was, blew other places out of the water, especially after I was a repeat customer. They really gave me a chance and helped me to build my credit.I recently bought a new car from a different dealership as they just didn't have anything as new or low mileage as I wanted, but would definitely recommend to someone with poor credit.Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Agree, and like I said, if you have less than perfect credit and need a car stop in, I'm sure they can help you like they did me!

My husband and I just bought a car from here. They re wonderful! The process was easy and quick! We dealt with Dave and he was very respectful and easy to talk to! He worked to get me into the vehicle I wanted and in the price range I wanted

Has anyone taking them to court for misrepresention of products yet. Because that is something you can do. when they sell you something and say it has working this or that. You can sue them for it. I am recommending to my friend who just got a vehicle from them to do just that. I feel deals should stand behind what they sell or be held accountable and it seems that is exactly what they need to learn thought a law suet.

Wish I could give negative stars. Sold me a car with tons of problems, only had the thing for a year and had it in the shop every single month, sometimes for the same thing over and over. The car was destroying itself and they couldn t seem to care. The one time they fixed it, they put used parts on it and didn t tell me and then blamed me when those parts went bad in a few short months. They ve given me nothing but problems and people who have worked there in the past even said they quit because they weren t okay with pretending to fix people s cars just to get more money out of them in the future. Total scam artists. Save yourself some time and money and go to a real car dealer

Very rude will sell cars with mechanical problems and make you pay for the repairs. Engine trouble and all the are alot ot claims against this company. Not satisfied with their service at all. Purchased vehicle in March spent a 1000 in repairs alone by August car caught fire. On top of my payments also was told I pay interest after my car was paid for looked at receipt and interest was being paid. They also went in my account and took money without my permission. Bad managementPS I NORMALLY DON'T LEAVE REVIEWS IF IM SATISFIED

I'm not sure yet how this will turn out. I just bought a car from this place because a friend reccomended it.. a heard good things, but my personal experience has not been good.. I have bad credit (illnesses and divorce) and I felt like I was treated that way..I called and talk to a gentleman a day or so before I went in.. He said that he had a couple things he could get me into.. We get there..1st test drive, start the car, start checking it all out pull the e- brake, the brake line for the emergency brake is no good and we can't get out of the lot. 2nd test drive (different car). Get in, start it, start checking it out, then head down the road..My daughter opens up the middle console and there is clearly marijuana remains in the car. She opens up another compartment and white powder is all through it! Ummm?! The car itself is making noise in the tires and steering..So, of course we immediately turn the car around and go back to the lot..Once we finally get through all of that, go to purchase the car, that I have, which I like, (has a few little problems that they said they will fix) he says that the price he told me was wrong and tacked on a whopping $2,000! My family was and still is furious, but like I said, I have bad credit for now and I was in kind of a bind. The gentleman who took car of us, was not at all informative said he knew nothing about cars. We were there for 5 hrs and not so much as an apology or drink offer.. AND I have to take my car in tomorrow to get worked on, it will take about 5 hrs but I don't get a loaner car. I have to pay for my ride back, and to pick it up again..Like I said, I bought the car, but if I wouldn't have brought my mechanic with me, I would have been taken advantage of so much more.The car I'm buying would still have the problem it has and at this point, I'm sure he would have sold it to me like that.Be careful buying from here! If my credit score was normal again, the drug car would have sent me running from this place!Take a mechanic with you and don't let them jack up the price right before you buy it.

I absolutely love agree..friendly ..willing to work with a customer.. always greeted by name..I recommend anyone looking for a car to check out agree.. and any of you ladies out their needing fluids checked in your car.. check out the service center ..quick and friendly ..and they will show u how to check your levels :)

I'm a first time buyer of my own vehicle, I didn't have much money to work with and I was sold junk twice!!! A Durango with endless issues and a terzza with a bad slipping transmission! You were warned!

Bought a 2004 Buick Rendezvous there in August 2016. Torque Converter Clutch solenoid needed to be replaced and sat in lobby for 8 long hours knowing my vehicle was up in the air jacked up the whole time thinking it was being worked on and then when done had a diagnostic test done the next day with the same problem. The mechanics didn't do any work at all. As I'm writing this, I'm actually in a shop elsewhere getting the problem fixed.I will never recommend anyone to purchase any vehicles or have any auto work done there. #TooShady #Dishonest

Not a bad place, but not great either. Their service department is second rate, go to the dealer or anywhere else. I've actually notice touch up paint on large areas of my vehicle.

This place is the worst place I've ever been through there cars all bad and over priced, they say there's nothing wrong with them but there's is I was buying a car through them the oil leaked, transmission was bad the wipers stopped working as was told my 4x4 was brand new which it wasn't it didn't work at all... They lie to you and just when a vehicle is almost paid off and life comes at you they won't work with you they take your car... I will never recommend this place to anyone and I hope it's investigated and shut down... Oh and to top it all off the owner of this place talks to females like where dogs as curses at you like you are one... No respect at all or class and they hang up on you when your asking questions

They are playing "cat & mouse with my title that I never got. They are really unpleasant and unprofessional when coming down to business. Their cars are junk. Had to replace multiple things in the vehicle. If you go there you are swimming at your own risk !!

im currently finnancing a chevy 2500 HD 4x4 crew cab through these people and little did i know ever since i left the lot with the truck it had a huge problem a bad transmission and also when i left the lot i checked my transmission fluid and it was as black as my tires along with other various of problems and for the price im paying on this particular truck there are other dealerships online that ive checked out with the same truck or a few years newer than mine (2003) thats within the same range or cheaper and in better condition than mine the truck overall has rotted out rocker pannels and cab corners and the bottom of the doors are rusted and starting to rot and the bed and tailgate is junk very unsatisfied

They sold me a van that i started to have problems with it as soon as i drove it off the lot and they don't help to fix the problem just all bad there ... DON'T GO TO Agree
