Asked them to change a headlight bulb on a Kia soul. They went over prices for the bulb, labor and an oil change. I go and get my car and pay. I thought it was a little low. I go and look at the sheet and it said they declined the bulb change. I go back in and ask and they said basically it was too hard to do. Ticked me off because I needed the bulb changed more then the oil change. I would have went somewhere else.

I went for an oil change. I had no wait and it only took them maybe 15-20 minutes. Will definatly be returning when needed!

Took my CRV for new tires, where I was promptly checked in by Aidan, and the team started working on my car. It took barely any time to get the tires installed. Ran into an issue with one of the new tires going flat, and it turns out there was just a mistake made with installing the new valve stem (we re human, it happens). My issue was promptly addressed by Aidan upon taking the tire back, and now everything is ship-shape. I will recommend the Wapak Walmart Auto Center to those needing tires in the future.Service: Tires

I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed to get and they said " yeah we've got seven of them" ok great. So i drive about twenty minutes to get thee only for them to say that they didn't actually check how many they really had, just telling me what the computer said. They only actually had two tires that I needed. I'd recommend go to an actual tire shop before coming here. This center is ran by college kids who have the attitude of not wanting to actually work. As soon as I walked up the one kid rolled his head back and walked away. Go somewhere else for service.

Have had mixed service at this location. Staff is friendly, and i have had good tire and oil change service most of the time. Now the bad, had tires replaced and 2 days later half the tire sensors quit working, left oil filter loose.

Went in to have my tires balanced. While I waited, another customer showed up and they took care of them before servicing my vehicle.

Terrible place I personally will never go here again people are rude it was 4:30 and they close at 6:00 and said they couldn t change my oil because they are to busy and to say they are severely understaffed which is surprising since they just had a hiring event maybe they could go to electronics and get some new technicians But with only 2 cars in the shop come on seriously and let me stand outside for 5 minutes before they said closed I used to work here and none of the associates are certified in any automotive most of the people used to stock Fruit only thing these people are good at is maybe stocking the oil might as well just change it yourself because this place is just so busy Walmart is supposed to be all about Customer Service apparently these people didn t get the Memo

They really don't want buisness refused to do tires on my dually truck because they said couldn't take my lug nuts off this was after I tried calling at one and they was on lunch so I took my own wheels off and brought them in at 2 and it said they was on lunch again until 3 so I sat waited an hour the tech took one guy ahead of me said it'd take him an hour and a half to put tires on his car then told me he couldn't even try to put my factory size tires on my dually rims because the balance machine can't hand wheels that big I said wow brand new cars have 20s my truck only has 16 inch rims and the tires are smaller than any SUV today but whatever if you need tires don't come here this place is terrible

Too understaffed to even open on time. To be clear, this post is about the location, but not the staff. Staff is great and friendly, they are the only reasons for giving this location any stars.
