Beware of scams with this store...they intentionally sell you wrong parts which are none return able. Asked for brake pads and rotors for a 14 jetta, gave me the correct rotors but gave me the wrong pads which the pads were none returnable. Despite their mistake, the refused to give credit for their mistake

They were very helpful. They helped me choose the right battery for my vehicle, and installed it for free. Very friendly workers.

Usually have what I need in stock if not within 2 days they will have it . Also unlike O'Reilly when I get a part here I don't have to return it 3 time to get what I came in the first time for .

Great service, the guy installed a new batter in minutes without a complaint about the frigid temp. Saved money ordering online and they still install free.

300 miles from home. Needed headlight as most of trip was at night. Lent me the tools Free of charge to put in replacement. Friendly and helpful.

It's hard to give a review of the staff that works there because they come and go more than the customers. The person that "helped" me took "customer service" to a new low.

In any other city they provide the services of installing lights not in wapak they don't even know how to do it rude customer service if you need an auto part store in wapak drive to Lima worst experience ever only gave them one star because I had to
