Great service and very knowledgeable drivers. Our car was stuck in a culvert really bad and the driver was able safely pull it out with no damage to the car at all not to mention he happened to just be driving by after we had been waiting for AAA for over 2 hours to send someone which they never did. Wadsworth Towing will always be the 1st call from now on!

My son and I had been driving for over 10 hours and were exhausted. We were excited because were driving from Louisville, KY, and coming to see my Dad.Driving on 21 we heard a loud pop and discovered the back tire blew out. After looking up a towing company, we came across Wadworth Towing.After a quick phone call, we had a driver on the way!Our driver was so polite and courteous. We got out and he asked us to get in the tow truck for our safety. He hooked up the car and we were on our way!I felt completely safe and comfortable. He suggested where we should take the car for repairs. We drove the speed limit and talked about current events.I highly recommend Wadsworth Towing. Very professional, timely and courteous!!!!

Owner Edgar was very rude to my grandma and denied service. Highly unprofessional and based off reviews this is not uncommon for Wadsworth Towing. Would not recommend.

i got stranded on the side of the highway two nights ago with a blown out tire, and called wadsworth towing. i believe the gentleman i dealt with was named edgar. he was extremely pleasant and kind; i was from out of town and he recommended me a repair shop, and made sure to flash his lights at us to let us know he saw us when he was coming from the opposite side of the highway.i saw the review about a driver speeding, and i did not experience that at all. edgar was a very responsible driver and a very kind soul, and not only towed us to safety, but helped brighten the mood after a really long night. i almost never write reviews, but this business deserved a good one.thanks for everything, edgar!Service: Car towing

Waiting for geese to get out of the road and your driver carrying a jeep wants to drive reckless in Chapel Hill mall area. He needs a stern talking too Makin you look bad.

These guys are awesome, We use Wadsworth Towing on a regular basis and they are always very polite and professional. All the drivers we have experienced are always helpful and courteous. Did a great job of moving my car with a broken ball joint. Had to put it in with the wheel off but they got it in quickly and effectively. Price is extremely reasonable for the quality they provide. I would not go anywhere else if I needed a tow.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Worst place. Ever. Dude smacked my hand like I'm a kid cause my dad who has surgery couldn't come show his ID when they've done it on warmer days no questions asked. Short chubby guy puts his hands on people. I highly recommend walking before calling them to tow your car. Even when it's -10 degrees out and they leave you stranded. Look at all reviews of this place. It's absolute crap.

This was a tow thru AAA. When they called the said they were on there way ,2 hours later they showed up. He came with a flat bed with a car on the bed. He wanted to tow my 4x4 from the rear of the truck. I wouldn't let him.He had a very unprofessional attitude in person and on the phone. It was like I was putting him out of his way. I feel they should not be a part of AAA. Very disappointed.

Never use this towing company, They towed my Nieces car yesterday which we bought for her 17th birthday present after an accident and told us it would be cheap if we had it towed to their yard which was 2 miles from the site of the accident... when we got there they total was over $250 and they wouldn't even let her get her things from the car because she couldn't afford it... So in my opinion Valley View or Wadsworth Towing are a bunch of lying thieves...

Extremely rude. Just hung up on while asking for a tow and then continues to ignore calls. Just use words and say "sorry can't help you out today"
