Robert and crew were very nice and fixed my problem very quickly. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency.Update 11/10/23: Super happy with Robert and all of his crew. My oil filter adapter housing gasket and O-ring was leaking on my truck and they fixed me right up. The work is top notch, the price is reasonable and he's a lifelong Wadsworth resident. Need I say more? I'll be taking my vehicles there and letting others know it's the place to go. If you need someone you can TRUST this is the place. Thanks for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I highly recommend this business they will help you out with everything you need done or repaired on your vehicle and they are all very professional respectful towards each of there customers and they know how to satisfy their customers my truck needed new rear brakes and they did everything to get my truck fixed and back on the road I greatly appreciate what this place has done for me and my truck I highly recommend this business for all your car needs and repairs thanks again Wadsworth auto care .

I had been taking my car to another local mechanic in Medina for years. I had an appointment to get my brakes and rotors done but then started grinding metal on metal on a Saturday, 2 weeks before the other place had scheduled me. I am a single mom and have use my car for work and to take my son to/from school and couldn t risk driving him without brakes. My brother told me about Wadsworth Auto car, raved about them, and told me to go up there Monday morning. They were booked solid and had one mechanic off for PTO, and they still repaired my car the same day FOR LESS MONEY FOR THE SAME REPAIRS compared to the other shop I had been going to!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Rob and Cory for what they did to help me and it s reassuring to know that there are still such amazing people out there!! My car is driving awesome and I will be a Wadsworth Auto Care customer going forward. THANK YOU!!!!!Service: Brake service & repair

Took my car there for the first time yesterday for brakes. GREAT service/GREAT price!!! AAAAND they seemed very trustworthy. Took it to dealership today for oil and filter change. Asked to change air and cabin filters also .they did not! But gave me a list of all the things they want me to come back for INCLUDING cabin and air filter change!!!! I think I found myself a NEW service garage at WAC!!!

Took my jeep wrangler there for an oil leak out of the rear main seal. They fixed it the price was great and they stand behind what they do. If you re having a repair done take it to honest people like Wadsworth auto care.

First time customer (because my former mechanic recently retired) and was very pleased with the service. I was quoted $2000 for repairs at a different shop and was able to get the same repairs here for about $600 less. Great customer service and the work was completed in a timely manner. Will be coming back next time we need repairs!

Robert and Misty addressed my concern with my front rotors and asked if there was any other issues. Robert was able to take care of my warped rotors that was done somewhere else. Took my vehicle there a few weeks ago. After getting it back it was still feeling a little weird. Called and spoke with Robert and he looked at it the next day very throughly even drove it which is when he found the caliber was sticking a little. I will be going here from now on as he is the only honest mechanic around!!

My elderly mother was concerned about dropping her car off for service due to Covid. Robert Dorner kindly offered to pick it up for her and drop it back off when it was finished. He even parked it in the garage for her. Wadsworth Auto Care is reliable, honest and professional.
