Professional, quick, accommodating. Jerry took good care of us and had great customer service skills and friendliness. We got 4 tires replaced for a fair price and done right. Highly recommend this shop for the quality work, prices, and service, don t go to Walmart if you want taken care of. Will be back.

I am from out of town and here for work and last week I went to leave for work, and my car wouldn't start. I ended up having my car towed to NTB, and they were great! They were quick to diagnose the issue (battery was dead dead after super cold temps) and quick to fix the problem and get me out the door! Super nice guys. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Jerry and his team really baled me out on Sunday. My girlfriend's car had an odd tire size. We needed a replacement right away. They didn't have the tire in stuck, but were able to install the tire we found from another store that could sell me a tire, but was not able to install it. These guys were great on a Sunday.

Ed at the Wadsworth location was exceptional to work with! I highly recommend going to this NTB. He worked with me on getting a price for four tires that I could comfortably afford.

Had a flat on New Years Eve and needed to get in ASAP to get new tires. Not only did they have the tires in stock, they were able to put four new tires on my car, on a Sunday, on a day before a holiday. I didn't have to take any time off work and was on the road same day. AWESOME JOB!

This place is great! Went for an oil change and walked out 30 minutes later! The waiting room is also nice and clean. It has some comfortable chairs, and the TV isn't at max volume like almost every other place

I got a flat tire, I came in and they were very patient and nice and helped steer me in the right direction I got 2 tires and they knocked it out quick 12/10

Had an unexpected flat tire 2.5 hours away from home and found myself at NTB, hoping for a quick fix to get back on the road. Despite it being a busy day, Jerry at NTB went above and beyond to assist us. He managed to get our tire fixed in a very timely manner, showcasing not only his professionalism but also a genuine willingness to help out. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer service, reminding us that there are still people out there who go the extra mile for others. Huge thanks to Jerry and the NTB team for their exceptional service and for getting me and my family home safe!

AVOID! They are either incompetent or con artists working here. Telling my son he needs rear rotors and pads. I replaced them 3 months ago , still shiny and smooth! You lost a customer and I hope future ones also.

Sent my daughter to buy 4 new tires. I had researched well and selected tires with help of staff member therein. Was told the cost. When she arrived home the cost was over $200 more than what I had been orally told it was to be. Why? Add-on charges for literally every installation process including balancing and totally unnecessary replacement of valve stems. They charged extra for warranty. This was clearly because it was a young female customer.

Went in because I had a slow leak in my back passenger tire. I was immediately greeted by the manager Jerry. , explained to him my problem. He immediately assigned Tj the job of fixing my car. Within 25 minutes tj came back in and handed me the sc6he removed from my tire and went back out to finish repairing the tire. About 10 minutes and he was done. He topped all my fluids off, checked the tire pressure in all the tires. This was my first time ever going to this location and I will definitely be back. These guys are very helpful, kind, fast, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. I know I'll be back to see them next time one of my vehicles need something. Keep up the great service guys!

Bought Bfg's couple of years ago there... Great service.. Today had a low tire but no holes. Turns out the bead got loose do to corrosion... They took care of it no problem and no charge ... Good bunch of guys...Thank you much....

We took our son's car in for new tires before he headed back to the Navy base in Virginia and they got 4 new tires on super quick, and they gave him the Military discount on top of the instant promotions going on with the tires. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Ntb in Wadsworth did a fantastic job on replacing 4 tires and an alignment on my Jeep. They were able to get us in same day and got the job done quickly and efficiently! The staff was pleasant and the business was very clean. Would recommend and will be returning for future services.

I was on a quest to smack off my trailer hitch on my wife s car to get it washed at the local car wash, hammerless, I thought to stop over at the ole NTB see what I would have to pay for these folks to give the hitch a talkin to. When I had asked the compensation for a tech to do such things, a wager was presented. Ed the store manager asked in a cool manner you know what I ll charge you for something like that? A Google review, a 5star review with a statement like that, the only thing left to do was to make it a deal by the shaking of hands. The hitch is off, task completed with a few strikes from chris(the techs) hammer. The day came to a calm sense of completion. Thank you.

Tires were pretty bald I was putting off buying new ones, until I got a screw in one. So I came here to get 4 new ones. The same day I got my car back I got a nail in one of the new ones and Jason was able to warranty it and get a new one put on pretty quickly.

Just had my breaks and tires replaced at NTB, Jason made the best decisions for my cars tires to give them the best tire life. Ed was also very informative and helpful with giving me tips on my cars overall health and how to maintain it.
