North High Auto services is Number 1 in my book! Every time I need something done to my car, no matter how small, they fix it. Yesterday I was driving and my right front tire started shaking. I had to get off the highway quickly. Called North High to see what towing company they recommended. I called Wadsworth Towing, got the car to North High, and it's fixed and picked it up today. They are so professional and friendly. So thankful we have a great auto service close by.

These guys are very fair and knowledgeable.I had an alternator replaced by them, and then part went bad a couple months later. They replaced it and didn't charge any labor for the fix when they easily could have.Highly Recommend

Way too pricy they had the nerve to charge me 50$ to put my car on the diagnostics test the same one auto zone did for free the day before so for a simple oil change was over 100$ ridiculous and all my fluids were not checked

I was driving from Cincinnati to New York in my 2007 Honda and the brake pads wore out. I went to five different auto repair shops in the area and no one was able to take a look at the car since it was 4pm on Veterans Day.When we got to North High auto, Greg (who has worked there for 33 years) said he could look at the car in the morning which we were happy to do because tomorrow morning was better than nothing.We were going to rent a car and after Greg heard our situation, he agreed to look at the car and figure out what the problem was. He was able to determine that the car needed new brake pads and rotors which he generously offered to complete that night even though they were closing and he was alone in the shop. He had the parts delivered and got to work. He did not nickel and dime us one bit, we could pay with cash or credit card, and he gave us a very organized and clearly written out receipt that I can show to my mechanic. He truly went over and above as we were traveling out of state and would have had to find another way to get to NY. But he agreed to stay late and fix our car so that we could get on the road.I have truly never had a better experience with a mechanic, Greg was professional and kind and I highly recommend you visit this auto repair shop for all your needs.

Couldn't figure out what the problem was on a '04 cavalier. Brought it in on last Thursday night, and picked it up last Saturday at closing time. Extremely knowledgeable serviceman, Jeff, who I suspect might be the owner. Very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced service. I would not hesitate to return if I have car problems in the future!

Amazing service! I first went to Walmart Auto to take a nail out of a tire and plug it, the Walmart rep. said it would take three hours before someone could look at it... But at North High Auto, they handled the repair instantly (and they were able to do the work in less than ten minutes!!!), With any future auto problem, I'm going here!

Tldr: i got screwed out of about $600 in repairs that the shop should have taken care of.I initially brought my car in for a failed fuel pump. Service was done quickly and my car was running again. Would have been 4/5 stars, but then another customer there backed into my car causing some damage to the tail light and rear left corner above the bumper on January 9th, 2018. The guy was nice enough to tell the owner and when he looked at the damage, he only noticed the tail light. He settled up with the customer to pay for the tail light damage and didnt call me until a while after it happened, not when it occurred. When I arrived, I noticed the additional damage and pointed it out. He recommended a body shop to go get the damage assessed, which I did and was told would cost between 500 and 650 dollars to repair. I brought the estimate back to him and the owner said he would contact the other customer to figure out the repair. As days passed i called to ask if he had heard anything and either was told the owner wasn't there or that he expected the customer to be in for additional service later that week. A week later I called again..and again..and again. Every time the owner was either not present or unavailable. I now assume he didnt have the contact info for the other customer and when the other customer never showed up, didnt want to pay for the damage done while the car was in his possession. I never heard back from him and have no intentions of going back or ever recommending this place to anyone.

They provided fast service and was extremely reasonable with pricing. Very friendly and excellent customer service. If anything else goes wrong with my vehicle, I definitely will be bringing my car back to them. They repaired my window regulator in no time at all. Thank you so much!

These are my "go to" mechanics. Have been a customer for years and never disappointed. Good quality work at a decent cost. Never tries to upsell stuff you don't need. Very honest. Very reliable.

I heard a whirring noise nr engine Sat night. Couldn't determine. Maybe power steering pump? Vacuum leak?Odd smell too. (I missed that clue.)On Sunday night, the battery warning light on dash went lit. I know now: Alternator.I had enough juice left in the battery to drive to North High on Monday morning.Convenient, skilled, prompt.A few hours later, I gave the shop my card, my attitude was "it is what it is". I thgt he told me $398. That seemed "in range" so I didn't study the bill. A slight twinge, but no complaints.I HEARD WRONG.The total was only $300.98 not $398.Only $75 Labor. Great!(Glad I didn't try to do the repair myself "to save money". Old bolts have broken on me. THAT hurts!)Thanks, guys!

Helpful staff and professional technicians make this auto shop top notch. They have Saturday hours, oil changes on demand, and a drop box for keys that is helpful for after hours. Highly recommended. Jeff the owner is very honest and will explain things in a way that anyone can understand. He also gave me a ride home a couple of times when my car was in the shop.

Needed an oil change and it was performed promptly, the mechanic spotted some oil leaks and suggested I have them repaired, which I had scheduled as he needed to order parts. The job was completed several days later at minimal cost and repair time. Good prices and expert repair center...Jim

[I will update this should the end result differ from my experience so far.]After spending nearly $2000 on body work and parts, the clutch on my Honda deteriorated from a bit "funny" to non-functional over the course of 6 days. I literally Google searched local shops that do major repair, and North High Auto was one of the only one and thankfully they came highly rated. I can see why. The staff has been incredibly friendly and completely transparent. My quoted cost is slightly below some online resources' average cost for the repair and I'm getting some extras that add even more value. They were apologetic that my repairs couldn't be started sooner, but I had AAA tow it there on a whim, and waiting a week for a major job like a clutch/pressure plate/throw out bearing/flywheel and a slave cylinder seems perfectly reasonable considering a front wheel drive car isn't the easiest thing to replace a clutch on in the grand scheme of things.I expect great results and have been giving no reason to believe otherwise. Thanks guys!

We were traveling to drop our son off at West Point and we were having car trouble. We had made 4 stops before we went to them. We walked in and they immediately came out and looked at our car, within 15 min they had us fixed and back up and going. We are so thankful that they dropped everything to get us fixed. They were amazing and quick. We will forever be grateful for our them saving our trip!!!!!!

North High Auto Services located in Wadsworth, Ohio provided a five star worthy customer experience. Setting up an appointment was convenient, the service was outstanding, and the staff was complimentary. I am new to the Wadsworth area and I was hesitant at first where exactly to take my truck in for some repair, but I was informed that North Ohio was a reputable repair center so I decided to take a look. Marc, was an overall great guy, he took interest in who I was and was happy to have a conversation about what I did for a living. The exemplary customer service was exactly what I was looking forward and I left feeling fully satisfied. . My truck runs terrific and was happy to have my vehicle back the same day I had my appointment. Overall, great service, excellent staff, and affordable prices. Five Stars!

These guys are the best.With all the construction in the area, I have had multiple problems with tires.Even if I arrived 5 minutes before closing they took the time to fix my tires.Keep up the great work!

These guys are great. Stopped in on a Thursday and was able to talk to someone immediately about some concerns I had with my car. They were pretty booked up leading into the weekend so I had scheduled to drop my car off that Monday morning and have them take a look at it while I was at work.((Some back story on my car issues: I actually had stopped into North High Auto due to a reccomendation from someone I knew. I was frustrated with [insert Wadsworth's other leading tire and service company here]. They had changed my oil, diagnosed what they thought the issues were, rotated my tires, drove it around after and sent me home with a quote of over $700. After leaving there my steering wheel was shaking so bad (This was new and happened as a result of the rotation). They told me I needed two new wheel bearings and two new serpentine belts (>$700). I was upset that my car felt even more unsafe after leaving that tire shop.))So back to North High Auto who called and let me know exactly what they found out with my car and what they could do for me. Turns out they just needed to tighten my belt, they were up to par, I didnt need to replace them. Then they let me know that my tires were broken, the bands in them and what not. I didn't even know this was a thing and the other place I went to first never even mentioned this as a possibility. So I was able to get two new tires put on, they ordered them and they arrived within a few hours and by the time I was done with work they had them on and I could pick up my car. My total bill was under $300. I drove my car home and the ride was extremely smooth and no pulling or shaking at all. I'm a very happy customer. Thank goodness I didn't just give up and pay $700 to the other shop. Keep up the good work guys!

Having an older car that's recently needed a lot of work, I've used North High Auto quite frequently in the past few months. They are always kind and professional and their prices can't be beat. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I feel they're always honest about what needs done. I have never been so impressed with a business to write a review before. I have been dealing with them for probably 6 years now and have always walked away from my experience feeling great. Knowledgeable, talented and friendly mechanics as well as extremely fair pricing does that to me.If you think this sounds over the top, give them a try once and see for yourself. You will keep going back.

This shop is an absolute dream to work with! They are extremely helpful and always keep you up to date on the status of your car. Prices are very cheap, I have taken a Bmw 328i, a 335i, and even a 07 M5 to them and they did a great job. They even give you your old parts back to show they replaced them. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2015 Subaru in a while ago for what I thought was a wheel bearing and they told me it was the tires. So I said okay i can deal with that noise since it s just the tires. So then I get brand new tires all the way around and the noise is still there. So I bring it to a dealership and they tell me I need 3 wheel bearings .. I mean I even told you what the problem is and you still couldn t get it right lol. I don t know what else to say. wouldn t recommend bring Jung your vehicle here for diagnosing an issue.Service: Auto maintenance

Fantastic group that doesn't try to pressure you into repairs or services you don't need. Really reasonable prices (WAY better than any dealership) and expert repairs. Highly recommended!
