They had a vehicle advertised on Market Place as being in excellent condition. No, leaks, no issues. Get there and take the vehicle on a short test drive. I got back and popped the hood, and the inside passenger fenderwell was soaked in power steering fluid. Looked undeneath of the vehicle, and it was soaked in engine oil and dripping. You could tell the engine was recently powered washed to clean it off.

Had a great experience working with John, was attentive and courteous. listened to my needs and helped put me in a vehicle that i absolutely love. This is my second purchase from them and have never had an issue out of this dealership. Great Cars, Great people and great experience!

The only thing I can say is don't buy here and read every review it's worth the 10 minutes. I'll save you from hearing my $13,000 horror story. 6 shops later, and my problems are still not solved. The truck has left me broke down more than a dozen times, and I've owned it for about 6 months now. Reviews are everything these days, and your name is all you have. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Bought 2009 Silverado 1500 4x4. Less than two weeks of having it the frame broke. Stuck with the truck and payments. Was driving home from work when the frame snapped. Insurance don't want to deal with it since it didn't cause an accident. Frame had metal tape and rubber undercoating that was covering the rotted spots. Wish I would've taken a little better look at the frame.

Had a very good experience the guys at the lot got me in and out on my lunch break and were up front truthful about everything! Broke I ll the paper work down so I could understand exactly what I was signing up for! Great place and great people!

Complete scammers. Bought a truck in October of 2022, brought it back same day due to large oil leak at rear main seal. Claimed that they somehow didn t know about it. I had to pay to get that fixed despite bringing it back two hours later. Then the mechanic noticed a large fuel leak due to a bad fuel pump. One week into ownership and I spend almost 2 grand in repairs after being told the truck was perfectly fine . The mechanic who fixed the fuel pump then noticed that the frame was rotted to bits, completely unsafe to drive. On top of all of that, one week later it throws a check engine light that can t be scanned because the OBD port is blown. The truck is essentially totaled at this point. Stay away from this place, the owners snarky responses to peoples negative reviews should tell you all you need to know about the place. Good luck staying in business once some attorneys get their hands on you.

Absolutely worst experience ever I was looking at $10,000 truck with four different tires all bald as hell the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree in all the wrong ways the truck smelled like four 500lb guys who smoked cigars and a wet dog it had a backyard paint job. The salesman never got up from his desk just sat there on his phone and from reading some of the other reviews this place is scam central please for the love of God don't waste your money here

Purchased truck from here online a few weeks ago. Truck was shipped and arrived and would not pass safety inspection. Frame rotted in multiple places. Reached out multiple times. No response. Transaction referred to the Attorney General's Office. Run away. Update: After more than three months Mike Duty lied to the Attorney General of Ohio. Stated that he would enter mediation, only to break his promise. Don't buy here,

Definitely recommend this dealer. Got me into my dream car at a great price and offered to sort out the small things it needed. They'll treat you fairly.Update April 18,2021. Just purchased a truck from these guys (Alex handled this transaction). As always, it was flawless. Third purchase from this place. They re great!

This review is coming 10 months late. Back in August I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Accent from Medina Wholesale. I forgot the salesperson's name but he was very professional, reasonable and friendly. I traveled from Rhode Island to purchase the Accent. The salesperson was very upfront about everything. The vehicle is wholesale, no warranty, sold as-is, etc..I showed up with cash in hand and was on my way within an hour. The Vehicle had just over 75k miles on it when purchased. It made it back to Rhode Island without issues.The staff I dealt with was great.The vehicle I purchased is great.I would recommend Medina Wholesale LLC to anyone interested in purchasing a WHOLESALE vehicle.I work on my own vehicles so Medina was an easy choice and the right choice. Glad I made the trip to Ohio, thanks for everything. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bought a car there not even a month ago and it needs over 10 grand worth of work. They unplug the battery to turn off their check England lights. Very poor service and a rip off

Person who run this car dealership is a liar and he stalls around the last minute on your title you got to go up there and get your title he says he mail it out he doesn't mail it out and he says he's going to take care of somebody work on the car and he lies about that I'm looking at it the paint jobs done on it and you go up there and it's not done car dealership is not good place by car stay waving if you can
