So it's been a while. But my Altima had a control arm break on I76. This was June of 21. It was towed in I called to confirm what was going on. now I am highly experienced in automotive with 10+ years in the field. I live in Cincinnati and need this car fixed. They gave me options. They said we can do it for about 650 or save your money get it fixed under recall (I was un aware of) Now maybe some people don't think that's a huge deal but trust me it is. I ran a shop for years. This is the level of honesty and transparency I cannot compare to anything else. Many places want to take your money and be done. Since they were honest I had them do the work. Make their money that they deserved because of the honesty. I don't know many places anymore who do business on this level. This is a level in which all places should be held up to. It's rare to find anything like this anymore. These guys were quick, honest, and cheap. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need and didn't try to scare me. I was expecting around $1000 and they said $650. These guys are the answer in a field filled with dishonesty and deception. Treat your customers right and they will always be your customer. This is one of the few places left that still does this. Thank you and give them a chance you won't be disappointed.
