Fast service and a fair price! I really like that they drive your car up to the bay and you wait in the lobby (free water and free wifi). I used a coupon from their website and got a good deal at the Wadsworth location.

I got a nail in my tire and needed it patched. I pulled up 20 minutes before closing time hoping they could get me in still. They took care of my tire and were very kind and fast doing it! Very happy with the service I received!

Craig and the team are phenomenal to do business with. Had an emergency flat driving down the highway, and they got me right in and fixed up and even had them do a oil change while I was there.Thanks for the upmost exceptional service and professionalism Craig and crew.

I had a great experience here! I did not make an appointment, so I was expecting a long wait time, but they had me in and out in well under 45 minutes! I went in for an oild change, got it for a great price, and the guys working there were extremely nice! This place use to be great but the need store manager is rude and they don't run a very good company anymore. Had questions about a service and got nothing but attitude from her and her staff.

Always polite. First time told brakes were between yellow and red. Then when done car. I asked agsin about brakes. I was told other tech looked and said they were between green dnd yellow. Very helpful. Great customer service. They checked my vehicle for free since I was going to be traveling very far. They let me know I needed some oil and topped me off. Very Satisfied, will return!!!

Nice place. Technician came out to my car to see what service I wanted. Waiting area is new and nicely furnished with complimentary coffee and water. Services are a little expensive but they did honor $25 off coupon which is nice. I would definitely recommend. They had me out in a Jiffy!

Walking into the waiting room was like walking into a hotel lobby. So clean and fresh. They were all so welcoming and provided me with the normal info about the filters. The added bonus of being able to get a tire rotation along with it in such a quick amount of time. I will never choose my dealership for another oil change ever again. Did not do what they said told me my air filter was fine but lost a sale because I didn't even have a air filter in my truck I took it out. Then they were trying to teach someone to drive manual shift in my truck. Bad business...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very misleading "recommended services" I took the print out and went to an actual dealership that usually services my car, that assured me that my brake pads were not in need of replacing yet. Very frustrating.

I had over 188,889 miles on my 2008 Mazda I brought it in for a transmission flush . And I brought a bottle of Lucas additive that I asked them to add as well it took Longer than 15 mins but they did a great job.. When there for the customer appreciation oil change. All of these guys worked hard and fast kept the line moving. Very impressed with all of there hard work. Very pleasant experience... they vacuumed my car, washed my windows, checked my tires air pressure. Changed my oil and showed me a very dirty cabin air filter that needed to be replaced. They accepted my $28 coupon all in about 10 minutes. Don't waste your time at any other Fast Oil Change. Wadsworth Jiffy Lube is terrific!Billy BrancaService: Oil change

This was the best experience I ve had with a quick auto shop. As soon as we pulled in, someone was waiting for us to take my car in. They were extremely honest, helpful and they didn t make us feel pressured to purchase anything, which is huge!! They were completely finished in an hour. I showed up for customer appreciation day for a free oil change. I thought it was great they did this for the community. The service was great. Very fast and everyone was extremely nice. However, the price was highly out of range compared to other facilities.I probaly will not go back unless I don't have an alternative. Not a grand experience at first, but they made up for it with the quick response to correct it.Stopped in for an oil change and they did not put the oil filter on correctly or it was defective. Now I had a headache, and a leak. Manager was apologetic when I called and agreed to fix it anytime I can get it in.Just got the car in and they handled the cost for the tow and fixed the problem.
