This used to be a 5-star review I've changed it to a 1. I'm a previous customer and their salesperson Mike Lister is no longer they're I dealt with him primarily I do not know why he is gone but I am sad to see that he's no longer there.Anyway I was there over 2 weeks ago today's date is September 25th 2023.I sat with the owner for probably a half hour to 45 minutes and she said she would call me and never did she's had ample time to do that over two weeks since Saturday that I sat with her and basically I feel snubbed.I did have a 30-day late which rolled for a couple of months but she never brought you mentioned since I do a a gig economy which I have done for three-and-a-half years he was worried about the mileage when I explained to her that the car that I bought from them has 230,000 miles on it in the runs like a top because it is a Corolla she just kept saying she was worried about me putting miles on a car when I explained to her that I really wanted the car for a family car and for my wife.I brought in this whole years statements of the money that I've made and haven't heard back.What's sad is I advertised for these people by word of mouth to hundreds of people in a 5-year span when somebody ignores me and acts like I'm lying to them I have to change this to 1 star.I have no way of knowing if anybody ever bought a car by my recommendation into my review that was on here but I would have to think at least a couple people did.Lastly if you've gotten this far on the review I have to say their car prices are far more expensive then they should be for the years in the miles that they have in their selection was not good.This is not a sour grapes review but an honest assessment of my situation and experience.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Found my daughter a great car at a fair price . Owner met after hours which saved our day ! Very nice shopping experience:)

For someone who works hard and does their best to pay their debts but has poor credit from previous hardship they have been amazing and got me in a great used car. And any issues they help to fix as quickly as possible!

Michelle, Bill, Alara, & their entire staff treat you like family & walk you through every step of the way with a smile!!They have a very nice selection of good, reliable vehicles!! My husband and I really liked Jays Auto Sales. They were very flexible when it came to finances and credit. The whole staff was very honest and genuine. I appreciated that they left us alone to choose what we wanted rather than follow us around and try to pressure us into buying any car off the lot. They treated us like we were more than a commission to them and they made sure we clearly understood everything and had our ducks in a row before we left. The whole process didnt take more than two hours! I would recommend them to anyone!

Michelle was very helpful in her knowledge of cars and what would fit my budget and lifestyle best! I didn t feel like she was just trying to sell me a car, she actually cared about my needs and wants.

Great selection of cars, truck and minivans. Wonderful, warm customer service. They give very caring advice and guidance on which vehicle is the best fit for you. They proudly carry on their father's tradition of great service and treating customers like family. HIghly recommend Jay's!

I purchased (paid cash) a vehical from this lot and people were very friendly. I had to take it back 4 times and still wasn't taken care of properly. Handed me a check to replace radio just because the junk they ordered out of junk yard wouldn't work then it cost me extra money for it to be installed to find clips ect were broke inside dash. They said bring it back they'll fix it NOPE don't need anymore damage done. The clear coat and paint is coming off haven't had it 2 months. Oh but it's 10 years old no it's 9 and for what I paid it shouldn't be. Can't take to car wash because more damage. Not knowing what yellow paint under hood meant is bad because it's full of junk yard parts! Lesson learned and shame on them for not being honest. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this car lot unless you check vehical, car fax, book value ect... Got me don't let them get you.

Lots of selection, safety checked vehicles and convenient location. Michelle the manager was quite nice. She took over when her dad passed away.

The entire staff is very helpful and nice. A friendly environment and enjoyable buying experience. They don't make you feel bad for having credit issues and work to help you repair it

Highly recommend this dealership.It's small but kind and gives you second chances. Works with slow credit or not so perfect credit.No high down payments easy payments and buy here pay here

This dealership has MAD INTERGERTY. They do what they say.. And say what they do.. No hard credit pulls.. Our credit has gone up..They honor their warrentee plus some.. It's a simple daily loan which is great.. They have worked with up on payments during a job change.. My fabulous truck was just hit and it looks like it may be totaled..They have been understanding and help full during this negotiation process.. Of my truck is totaled we are happy to say we will go back to Jays.. I don't dont back a business I dont believe in.. ..These folks go above and beyond..

Great Place To Get A Vehicle I Went One Night After Work To Look At This Toyota Solara Bill Helped Me Walk Out That Same Night Work The Car Between Bill Mike And George This Place & Workers Are Wonderful I'm Glad I Went In That Night

Said clean title and there is no way, damage all around the vehicle door handles missing said clean interior it was also torn up. Don't come here
