I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the second time that I've taken my car there and they have been nothing but good to meThey have Great prices and all of the staff is knowledgeable about my car. I don't believe that they would lead me in the wrong direction when it comes to repairs on my vehicle. I do highly recommend.

Not what I expected.Vehicle was beyond their patience or expertise.I informed them of 2 issues and received a call 2 or 3 days later telling me I had an issue with what I informed them about. "Thanks, that's what I need fixed"So after declining the first issue because "we don't really do it here" and forgetting about issue 2 I was told I could pick it up and they would cut me a break on labor.Needless to say but they never even put the vehicle on the lift to look, had a guy on a creeper in the parking lot scooting around to check it out.So basically I parked my car there for a few days and they charged me $100 for an hour of labor and the vehicle didn't even move!Not exactly what I expected.Desk Worker also kinda trash talked the vehicle I brought in. Definitely not the best approach to service on the initial drop-off.With no resolution and patiently waiting for a few days to get a circular answer to my problems and then when asked about fixing all the issues they said they had another transmission they were working on but maybe they could get around and fix the secondary issues????I wish it went better but it wasn't a good first attempt. There's soo many places that do auto work but I wanted this place to be great and it was local but the employees and overall experience was not good at all.

Okay it was my first time going to them (Lodi shop) and I could not be more satisfied I called to get a price he got me right in super friendly and down to earth he got my car in and out in no time. Called in to make an appointment to have my car looked at for a squealing noise. Took it in right then and they replaced the serpentine belt. Only had to wait for advance to deliver the belt, he had it on within minutes. They were super nice and friendly. Price wasn't that bad either! Definitely will be taking my car their in the future.

If ever a business deserved a 5-star rating, it's this one! I had a nail in my tire and it went flat. I didn't realize it, and drove on it just a mile or so before getting to a place I could put air in it.The next morning, I was trying to find a place that could come tow it or put air in so I could drive it to be fixed, since that service was covered by our insurance.I called McCall's, and the call was sent to voicemail. While I was talking with my brother about the tire over the phone, I got a call back from Bill McCall. I returned the call, and he said they could come put air in it. When Jeff arrived less than 15 minutes later, he surprised me by saying HE would take the car to the shop, leave his truck at my house, and then bring my car back when they were finished. I thought that was pretty awesome, but they topped themselves by bringing it back and saying "no charge"!They also turned the tire around, because it had a noticeable mark on the tire from where I drove it flat. I was blown away!! Where on earth do you get that kind of service these days?So glad I went with a local company. They've been in the same spot for so long, they have to be doing things right or the business wouldn't have lasted. I've already told a few people about the experience, and everyone has said they were impressed and would not hesitate to go there for service in the future. THANK YOU, McCall's Auto Service! i had to have my truck towed here because it wouldnt start. they called me 4-5 days later and said it was starting/running fine with no problem.so i get there close to the end of day and tried starting it and it would not even hesitate to start. he gets in his car to leave for the day and i start walking toward him to talk about it and he peels off. rude,unprofessional, and BAD BUSINESS.Edit: I cannot believe I received a phone call where the owner said I should not have left this review since he didn't charge me (for putting the key in the ignition). I did offer to pay for the time and effort that the staff took to put the key in my ignition and add air to my tire. The truck was towed off his lot and taken straight to a superior mechanic which then fixed the issue no problem. Mccall's- please do not contact me again. I am giving my honest review. If you expect good reviews treat people with respect.

I brought my car to have an axle replaced and was told it was a 2 hour job. I brought my car in at 830, and did not get a call until 5 the same day. I didn't get an apology or any explanation for why it took WAY longer than I was told. Go to Jordan's. Way faster and more professional.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a nail in both of my back tires. I called and asked when they had an appointment and they said they could get me in now. I pulled up and they took care of my car right away. They were professional and fast! Thank you for fixing my car!Service: TiresService: Tires

First of all, they ve completely changed my attitude about small town mechanics. Our family was stranded with brake issues a mile down the street and were time constrained. They picked us up, dropped us off where we needed to go in time, picked us up when we were done and brought us back to the shop until they were done. They even fixed the problem in a very reasonable time with a reasonable price, considering the cost of living these days. I m sure they probably don t want me to say all of this publicly because of other people s expectations, but this was probably the most convenient inconvenience I ve ever experienced.

My family has used McCall's for many years now and we as always find the service to be reliable! The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person! I recently got my oil changed here as I was looking for a more cost effective place and I was not disappointed.

Good service. I broke the mirror off my car and gave em a call to see if they had the right parts. They found the exact mirror for my car quick and easy. I came down, and they gave a good fair price, 20 bucks cheaper than the cheapest option I found anywhere else. Overall it's just a good, and honest auto-repair shop.Thanks Jim

They saved me from buying a new car!! Another place said my car had an internal engine failure & quoted $7827 to fix. Instead, I came to McCall s for second opinion. Bill found that it was only a flooded engine! Runs great now thanks to these guys. They do honest work & charge fair prices

Honestly, the Best Service Center Around!We have been going to McCall's for years! Why? Their HONESTY above all else. We take our cars for their regular checkups ( oil changes, tire rotations, etc.). If something else needs to be done, they tell us, but if all else is otherwise fine, they do NOT make up reasons for us to have further servicing done. Just like other places may claim, so does McCall's have 1) quick service when setting up an appointment, 2) knowledgeable mechanics, 3) courteous employees, 4) call us when the car is ready should we not sit and wait for it to be done, and 5) have their coupons in the Wadsworth Town Money Saver but because of their honesty, they outshine their competitors.

They have done great work in the past for me but the latest job they did for me was pretty unacceptable. They were supposed to replace the cover/hose to a secondary air pump on my car and months later I'm under the car and find that they zip tied it on. Pretty ridiculous but that's the only bad experience I have had so maybe the guy who did it was new or something idk

Bill & Jimmy have been honest and beyond helpful with my car over the last month. On one occasion I was told, "just take my truck" and on another, they had their mechanic take me home so I could get my other car. Did I mention the mechanic was probably gone for 2 hours. I don't live in Wadsworth. If you don't have a mechanic, I would give McCall's a try.

McCall's was excellent! These awesome gentleman fixed my wife's tire in less than 20 minutes and got her back on the road! Most importantly, they didn't try to "gouge" me with uncessary, costly recommendations! True, honest businessmen and we are forever grateful!

I won't be back. My bill notes that a full synthetic oil change (which I purchased) includes a free brake check, but I was also charged for the brake check. The owner had no problem cracking a joke about my ignorance of a technical system of my vehicle in front of other customers. I chose to enter another profession - that shouldn't make me a target. A totally miserable experience from the start to finish.

i had a flat tire and got the car towed here. Guys here are nice and told me that there is problem with the valve and fixed it. Best of all, they dint even charge me and said its free this time. Really appreciate their service.

On my trip from KY to PA, my car engine almost died. I had to make an emergency exit off the highway and just barely made it into the parking lot of McCall's! Jim was very concerned about getting me to my destination. They did an oil change with heavy weight oil. Not only did it get me to my destination, but I was able to drive it for a few more months before having to get a new engine (ouch!). Jim even followed up with me to make sure I made it safely. So grateful for these guys helping me out in a stressful situation!

They treated me very badly cause I am a women over charged me and didn't even fix it. Toke it back and call me stupid and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. And my dad made us work on our cars so yes I did know what I was talking about. Don't go to these people they r good for changing tire's

Any time I've taken a car into any shop the problem has been fixed. I took my car in bease the wheel shook when going over a bump. 700$ later I got it back in same condition with what was apparently the wrong parts replaced. Only time I've ever had a problem with a shop was here.

Pulled in with almost flat tire and they plugged it and topped it off with air and I was on my way. I can't remember the last time I received such good service.
