Definitely recommend! My car was returned within a week, before their estimated time frame. The staff was very polite and informative. They called me multiple times to give me detailed information about the progress and process on my car. My car was returned clean and looking brand-new again.

I took my 2013 Ram there in result of a rear end collision. Nothing bad just needed a new bumper, hitch receiver and some bedside work done. They were very nice and very fast! I dropped my truck off and it was done just a couple days later. Fantastic job it looks amazing! Couldn t be happier. My truck came back clean and very shiny. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend anyone to them!

Had to get my car repaired from a deer strike, the most friendliest staff they have in Wadsworth!! Repairs were done sooner than expected and were done perfectly!! I highly recommend this place for your repair needs. Shaun was super informative along the time my car was with them. Great service and customer experience!!

I had the best tech working on my car and completely fixed my front bumper without having to replace it completely! Everyone is so friendly and kept the communication going. I will always go to Caliber for all my repair needs!

If everything is fine with your insurance going into getting a repair, you will have a great experience. Called in for the first time and was able to get an estimate the next week. Easy paperwork, very easy estimate process. They were able to work with your insurance to make sure nothing is out of budget. I received weekly updates through the whole process of my car and was able to have it finished a week before the estimated due date. Would go back if ever in an accident again. Thank you

First impressions! We were directed by an insurance company to acquire an estimate for the damage done to our car in an Auto Fender Bender during a recent snow storm. My husband could not have been more pleased than he was with the customer care he received. Very helpful with armloads of information and assurances. What a great group of people that work at the Caliber in Wadsworth. I went in looking to get new headlights installed and Shaun actually went out and buffed them for free. Ended up not even needing new ones. Tony was extremely informational and told me that most of the time thats all they need. I can't recommend them highly enough and I will be using them for any future work I need.

For some reason my insurance recommended this place for an estimate and I had it towed there but they apparently can t do complicated repairs or even estimates. Kind of a rude collection of folks as well. Wouldn t recommend in any way.

Fantastic experience at Caliber! I had work done 3 years ago from an accident right when everything went into lockdown. They did an amazing job for me then and went above and beyond yesterday.My front fog lamp shattered due to a rock in the freeway that needed repaired. I also noticed my front headlight was extremely foggy. I remembered the headlight was replaced 3 years ago and I called to learn if there was a warranty. Guess what there was! Caliber covered the entire cost of the new headlight (cost was near $500 since they are LED) and did the work at no charge including my fog lamp install, I just had to buy that part and bring it in! Thankfully that part was only $85!Caliber had my car for about 5 hours, they cleaned it inside and out and I am over the moon with the service and their amazing staff, especially Tony!Thank you folks for turning another bad experience into a great one!!Highly recommend!!

I used Caliber Collision for some body repair, and I could not be happier with the results of work that was done. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The work on my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and looks as if there was nothing wrong at all. Caliber might do great work but I took my car to a competitor.Caliber did as Ohio insurance regulations require (to be fair about my review) and maximized every slightly damaged item and all steps. Estimate was near-totaled price before removing fender to look for damage, so Caliber opted to not remove fender and insurer pronounced my car TOTALLED.(I waited 2 weeks as Caliber and insurer traded phone calls and documents. I feel there was foot-dragging.)I like this car so I took it across the street for sensible repairs by smaller competitor. (I didn't want to "profit" on insurance claim, but I did.)Photos shows how *competitor* (not Caliber) saved my car from junkyard.Now I will get a Repaired Salvage Title, after OH Hwy Patrol inspects.

Thank goodness for this shop! They got my car in 2 days after estimate was completed and repairs took 1 week. My car was hit from the side so the job was pretty big. Repairs were complete way ahead of schedule (estimate was 3 weeks) and with great quality work. They called twice a week with updates. They were so friendly and took extra care to ensure nothing was missed and my car looked new again. I would highly recommend them! It s certainly not a pleasant event when you re involved in a collision but it s a big relief to have the right team to take care of the repairs. Our insurance adjuster suggested Caliber and we are very pleased with the service offered by the Caliber team. Every step of the process to repairing our car was handled with courtesy and professionalism. They even went the extra mile to make regular reports on the repairs. An added benefit was the convenience of their communication with the rental company so that our rental vehicle was waiting for us when we dropped off our car.

Do not go to them. If you need any type of mechanical work done they are a body shop and they blew my car engine up and gave it back to me because they didn t know what they were doing. DO NOT GO FOR ANY TYPE OF ENGINE WORK

Working with Caliber Collision in Wadsworth removed all the stress of dealing with the aftermath of my car accident. They were so professional and reassuring - excellent customer service. I was able to drive my car, but since the lead time on parts was more than 4 weeks, Tony went above and beyond to check my car to be sure I could drive it safely. I really appreciated his extra effort.They did a great job on the repairs and coordinated with the insurance company and rental car agency to make the whole experience smooth.I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not pleased with my experience, I have a direct comparison to prove my point. I was involved in a front end accident and naturally went for the 5 star review collision center. At first things went well until I received a call that my vehicle had been totaled due to frame damage. I ended up buying it back seeing that the claim was ridiculous. They artificially racked the repair estimate so far up that the insurance company decided it wasn t worth fixing. I took my vehicle to MEDINA COLLISION CENTER and they fixed it right up for half the price caliber had put down on paper. I m convinced they just didn t care to work on it and took the easy way by simply making the vehicle seem totaled by quoting excessive amounts of repair parts that did not need to be replaced.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My poor little Subaru had to see the doctor after sustaining some pretty bad injuries. They fixed him right up and kept me in the know the entire time! They did a great job and car was fixed in a jiffy! They also worked with my insurance company so well that I was pretty basically hands off the entire time! This is where all should go when needing repairs! Super pleased with the quality of the repairs and the lovely customer service!Services: Body & Trim, Welding
