Mixed review this time at the Wadsworth Store... Look I don't usually have any issues at the auto zone... tried to tell the guy that I needed a metric threaded brake line after I proved him wrong with what I had in hand... I was still told that doesn't exist... no argument... I left went across the street got what I needed... just figured I would share this with him and help him grow in knowledge... Metric/ Standard... Dumb#*@...

Ryan and Adam saved the day! I had a dead battery, went to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), was sold a battery, but told they would not be able to install the new battery for me (that it would take them 45 min) and I would need to find another place to do it for an additional fee. I drove across the street to AutoZone and Ryan and Adam not only were happy to help me, but they were able to install the battery in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. I will most definitely be coming to AutoZone for any future car needs and would recommend them to anyone!

I won't be going there no more there's always a wait there even before COVID me and my husband. Went there and there was one person working they must have been training somebody so the other person can't do anything to help anybody they were outside for 10 to 15 minutes helping somebody

They have some young people that have poor manners working there and don't know much about Cars which is ironic to me

Stopped by to get new wiper blades and new battery for my key fob. The associate helped us put on the wipers, and he replaced the battery for us. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!!

I came in with an issue caused by Walmart auto center and I didn t know how to fix it. Jason came out and looked over my car looking for a solution and we finally found the issue. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He made a bad situation, a positive experience for me. He went above and beyond to get me back up and running again, and I appreciate all that he has done for me. He provided amazing customer service!!!!

I highly recommend this location for all your car care needs. Not only was I greeted the minute I walked in the door, but Jason helped my find exactly what I needed for my Armada and even gave me an assist. I so appreciate the consistency of their great customer service, and their willingness to help.

They are very helpful to someone like me who doesn't know much about cars. I appreciate that they show me the different versions of the same part so I can decide how much I want to pay. Plus, they are great at putting in some of the parts. They just spent over 10 minutes putting in my new headlights.

Jason went above and beyond expectations in my mind I went there for a squeaking issue in my car as well as the check engine light and an hour and a half to two hours later Jason was continuing to help me he had to assist with some parts that were just sitting in the trunk he then spent another half hour trying to figure out where I certain noise was coming from when I had an order the parts for me the next day I went there he installed the part and a new problem arose and he fixed it this man is the definition of customer service at a very high level high-quality the man deserves extra kudos he went out of his way or maybe that s just who he is but he is a great man and an even better AutoZone employee

My headlight went out and Michael helped me find the correct bulbs and was kind enough to replace them for me - I didn't even have to get my hands dirty! Made this a very quick and easy experience, thank-you so much!!!

Not my greatest experience. 7:30AM Sat. Went in to buy a battery jumper. 1 customer waiting at the check out, no employees in sight, found what I wanted on my own (10 min) and then waited in the check out line with the same original customer for 15 min. ( now 3 other customers are waiting behind me). Tried to exit the store and Alarms start Blaring ! The guy scanned it ...and again Alarms Blaring !?!? 30 minutes at one of the slowest hours of the store seems a bit sloppy and unconcerned to me.

I went this evening all stressed out and worried about my car. I was worried about turning my car off and not be able to turn it on again. Jason told me he won't leave me stranded that made me feel calm and cared for. He checked my battery and replaced it He and the other guy worked there around 8pm on 8/11 was great. Very kind and helpful. They eased my mind. I appreciate the great customer service which is so rare these days.

These guys and girls always rock. I have never had a problem with AutoZone and I've never used this particular AutoZone here in Wadsworth because I just moved here. So this was my first trip but I love the one that is in Medina where I usually go. So now that I'm here in Wadsworth I'm hoping that the great service continues over here. So far so good :)

David helped my granddaughter when her check engine light came on. He not only retrieved the information we needed, but he gave us a copy of the readout and explained in detail the steps she needed to follow if she ends up needing a repair. He was awesome. Ask for David when you visit the store in Wadsworth. He WILL help you.

Had a last minute emergency when my van battery was dead at 5pm and a severe thunderstorm was approaching. Auto Zone Wadsworth was the only place open and who had my correct battery in stock. KC S. Was so helpful with selecting a battery and then installed it at record speed as a severe thunderstorm was coming. I appreciated his help and knowledge.

Used to come here a lot. Great, helpful employees. I went in there months ago however and dealt with a very rude gentleman that wasn't very helpful at all.My past few visits have been great though. All helpful and really kind people. It was like the atmosphere I remember it being from a year ago or so. I am definitely their customer again.Would recommend.

I live about 15 minutes from 3 different autozone stores. This is by far the best one.Ben and David the manager Took a bunch of time to help me track down the correct part for an old Mercury. It was something that rock auto didn't even carry.I originally ordered what turned out to be the incorrect piece online from Autozone. They took a lot of time to help find the order and get a return for it. Then helped me locate the correct part and get it on order.

I purchased a replacement head light bulb and asked for assistance with replacing it like I have done previously. The female clerk was great but stated she had never replaced that type before and asked a male coworker if he could assist me. He stated to her there was a first time for everything and walked away. He was not busy with another customer just seemed to be rude. I advised the lady clerk I thought he was rude and told her I would do it myself. I went into the parking lot and changed it myself.

Fantastic employees! Felt bad for them while I was there as there were only two and everyone coming in had issues that needed someone to actually look at their car, myself included. Many thanks to them for pulling and replacing a dead battery in little to no light!

Stopped to find out why my truck engine light is on now. Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady hooked up their gizmo and checked the store computer and I have the code for the fix. Thankfully nothing that I need to fix immediately. It also will be inexpensive to fix. She even printed out the sheet with the code and part I need. Awesome! I gave 4 stars as I didn't check pricing on anything and did not buy anything.

I m from Out of Town and I Stopped in to AutoZone to Purchase a Replacement Headlight Bulb. Mike Helped Me Find the Correct Bulb & He installed it for Free. I Appreciate All the Help I Got. Mike Solved My Problem Quickly & Had Me on My Way Speedily. I m Headed Back Home Confident That I m Going to See Better in the Dark While Traveling. Thank You Autozone, and Mike, I m Very Satisfied w/ Your Service! I Also Noticed They are Hiring So Stop in and Fill Out an Application.

Come to this AutoZone if you'd like to wait at the register for 15 minutes while you listen to managers in the back having a non work related conversation and choosing not to assist customers while other employees are busy installing wipers and batteries.
