Zero stars!! My daughter bought a car from here in December and didn't get her title until May!! We repeatedly called from February, when her temporary tags expired, until the end of April and was told that they mailed it and it got returned. 3 times. I spoke to the owner and he said he would hand deliver the title and then never showed up. But low and behold, the title showed up the next day, post marked for the day I spoke to him. Rude people and bad customer service. They told me 5 other people were mad about not getting their titles also. I said sounds like there is an issue and he hung up on me.

You sold my friend a lemon car and she still hasn't received her title and now the temp tags are dead and trying to get new ones is a pain. No one will answer the phone when called. Workers are to busy playing the play station on the 60" TV then helping customers. Do Not Recommend anyone buying a car here.

Bought a used Ford Ranger from them. After 30 days, I still don t have the title, no one answers the phone and their focus seems to be on opening a new lot vs taking care of current customers.

I had stopped out to look at the vehicles that are in this establishment's inventory. I looked at all the ones that were ready, and then I looked at one that still needed some work done to it. I like the one that still needed some work done to it, so I agreed that I would wait several days for the work to be finished and that I would receive a call at the end of the week when the work was done. I did not receive any call at the end of the week, and when I called a few days later, the vehicle was still not ready and I was told he was going to the store to get the parts and he would call me back in half an hour. 2 hours later, I stop by to take a look at the vehicle and I'm informed that he isn't there and he's supposedly still out getting parts from it. That was five or six days ago and I still have yet to hear any response whatsoever. although I've never actually had any sales experience with this company, I can tell you for a fact that he has never followed up on one single thing that he promised me.

not inpressed with the customer service of the sales man when i have called several times today trying to figure out a problem with our vehicle. I have stayed inside today waiting on a call back that hasnt happened. Just very poor customer service

Only giving 1 star because it's the least I can do. Bought a car from this guy in October of last year, Still have not received a title for it. My wife called him on it several times, But she stopped trying after He threatened her.
