Purchased 2 go karts from them.. one was garbage from the beginning.. the other one already stopped working as well. $3,700 down the toilet. Now i have to drive and take them to a shop over 3 hours away.. to an authorized dealer.. lets see what they say!!!! Never again would I purchase from here.... WILL UPDATE WHEN AND IF WE GET A RESOLUTION.

UPS lost our package, called BMI up they located it in 15 minutes. Great customer service. Will definitely be using again to purchase a bigger motor for my son's go kart.

Be careful buying with them. I only recommend buying if you have their dealer next to you. We purchased 2 go carts .. each 1850... one is good... the other is garbage.. apperently one is a 2024 and the other a 2023.. which is not what we where buying. We baught the 1st one.. we liked it.. so went ahead and got the 2nd one.. which came in and is nothing like the 1st. Speed does not go as fast as advertised and so forth. Now they claim they cannot do anything about it. I have to travel thru states to get it to an "authorised dealer". But the fact themat the same item was not sent to us is none of their concern. BE AWARE.

Great place for concerts. Best seats are very front or balcony. If you get the floor, the front row stands the whole time and you can't see anything. They have a sign saying not to stand, but they fail to enforce.

I spoke with a woman by the name of Paige, who was amazing. She took the time and patience to confirm that the substantial amount of Go-Kart parts I was ordering online were correct and would fit for my particular application. Very knowledgable and polite. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchases and the customer service was impeccable, Not to mention there prices are great and really hard to beat. Found out about BMI's vintage motorcycle offerings and ordered 2 (two) Delco Remy style mechanical voltage regulators for my 1977 Ironheads.I understood they were aftermarket brands.However,although they were made in Taiwan,they are of alot better quality of what we see today coming from China!And I suspect,if I had purchased the above referenced name brand,they wouldve been made in China!So,for the money,I couldnt justify paying exponentialy for a "name brand" when a quality product is available at 1/10 the cost!The staff was informative,courteous,and human!Additionally,when I opened the box,there was a million dollar smile inserted into the package!No other online provider has EVER did such!BMIKarts is awesome!

I mean the parts were correct but to send religious propaganda in a package is absolutely the most insane thing I've ever experienced. Super weird guys! Super weird!

ordered parts for kt196. right and left front spindles with ball joints. received parts and left side was used and had been installed and used and then been refurbished. ball joint was loose. was contacted by bmi but they said it was a new part. so I guess I'm a liar. do yourself a favor and order parts from china.

The team at BMI Karts was amazing. Needed a large quantity of components rushed including custom axles. They were able to make it happen in only two days. This team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Michele worked really hard to help get us the pieces we needed going back and forth with machining. Chad was very helpful when making sure components would work together for the application we needed. Will absolutely buy from BMI with great confidence in the future!

i have had 2 different meets with this company. once over email and once over the phone . both times i was given great info and advice. I was never sold anything i didnt need but was given extra options to better my kart. thank you and i will be returning in the future.

Great service, and great prices. they have alot of parts that are no longer on the market and they sell you them for a fair and affordable price. Only dislike is the cost of shipping usually is at least 25% the value of the item and it can get pricey but other then that they deliver the parts i need to keep my bikes working.

I ordered the jackshaft plate with hub n bolts. I ordered on Friday came following Friday. As for the jackshaft and hub, very nice machine work looks really good. I can't wait to put it on. I'll definitely be ordering again from BMI karts n Parts.

Ordered few things from them and have fast shipping, respectful staff, they actually called me about a part being out stock and asked if I want a refund or a similar part. Most company s would have just canceled the order. So far so good with this company!

I ordered a motorcycle kick start pedal that was an exact replacement for a well worn one on an old Triumph. The box it came in reminds me of the old shops I bought various motorcycle parts 35 years ago. It's great to know there are still shops like the family at BMI Karts & Parts out there since many have gone by the wayside over the years. They were very prompt in their shipping and their product was as advertised.I would also like to thank them for the "Million Dollar" booklet of the Gospel of John they included with my order.May the Lord bless and keep you all.

Terrible service. Terrible shipping. As a racer we need our parts weekly. I shouldn't be waiting more then a week for orders. I will stick with jc specialty moving forward my parts always show up in a day or two.
