Randy is one of most knowledgeable RV technician I have ever known. He fixes A-Z. Great communication skills. He is very upfront with his fees and working ethics is phenomenal. I have used his services many times and any problem I have with my Providence he always come to mind naturally. He is honest, fast and reliable. No job is too small or too big. He handles all.

From the moment I I talked to Mary @ Randy's Mobile RV repair it was nothing short of an incredible experience. I was able to schedule same day and Randy and his partner arrived on time and they were professional, courteous and went above and beyond all expectations. Randys mobile RV repairs did a great Job on my Damon Challenger 32 foot RV today. They showed up at my location and got to work right away. i was very impressed with there knowledge and expertise. they did a job that i would have never expected someone to do on sight. they saved me the expense of having to call a heavy wrecker tow service and still having to pay for the repairs. it was a big job. There diagnostics led to a fuel pump issue. gas tank had to be dropped, they did all this on site, parked at a storage unit in the gravel!! Job well done!! and money well spent!!. Thank you again!!.

I have to admit I was skeptical about a $300 deposit in addition to the standard hourly labor fee. BUT I am MORE than pleased with the service I received.I received an appointment within 36 hours of my phone call. Randy arrived to the appointment early and within 20 min had the issue with my AquaHot 450D diagnosed and fixed. He even cleaned up some things the factory left undid (I own a new class A coach). He and his assistant were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy!So much of customer service, excellence and business ethics have been lost, especially since 2020. But Randy was prepared, knowledgable and ready. It is wonderful to see a family-owned business really crush it. And the $300 appt feee was well worth it - after all they did come all the way to Columbus from Northern Ohio.Randy's is my NEW "go-to for Motorcoach/ RV repair.I am massively pleased.

Randy came out immediately and fixed what freightliner couldn t. He completely troubleshot my air leveling system on my diesel pusher and had me up and running within two hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident in his ability when many others were not. Randy has eyes like an eagle and the agility of a cat and pretty sure he's part squirrel to. Lol He is the rv whisperer. He is considerate and very knowledgeable. He not only found out what is wrong with my refrigerator but he found problems that I thought I had already paid to have fixed and other issues I didn't know I had. I will be recommending him to anyone I hear about that needs work done on their rv. Thank you bunches Randy!! You are the best house call I've ever made.

We had an issue with our slide on the first day of our annual vacation. Called Randy and he returned my call immediately. He came a few hours later and repaired the issue in less than an hour. We went to open up our trailer to start the season and found a lot of problems with it. I googled RV repair and came up on Randy. I called him and he came right out and diagnosed the problems that we had and found a few others. Due to the magnitude of the issues it took two weeks to get fully repaired but he got all the parts, kept us in the loop, and coordinated his visits so that we could get back to doing what we love. Randy did great work and it was affordable. I highly recommend him and will use him again whenever we need repairs. Thanks Randy!

Randy did an inspection on an RV for us - best money I ve ever spent on recreation! He was very thorough and offered solutions to problems he saw. Not only was communication excellent, but Randy travelled to the RV and made this whole experience easy for us. We will absolutely use him for our repair and inspection needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Randy came out and fixed an issue with our RV and he was Johnny on the spot. He came out in the evening and got it fixed and was just heck of a nice person and got the fridge working. My generator would not crank, it was really hot and I was having to run my Camper engine to keep somewhat cool. I was parked in a Walmart parking lot. I called and it took Randy almost 3 hours to get to me but he came at about 8:30PM. He diagnosed the problem and had it running again in about a hour and a half. He didn't stop there, It was a shorted wire so he went through all the wiring to insure there was no more problems. He stayed until about 11:00 PM to make sure it kept running and didn't have any more problems,Randy was very nice, very knowledgeable and had all the parts he needed to do the job,I would highly recommend Randy to anyone having problems anywhere near his area.Service: Electrical

Our family has been planning a vacation for over a year finally got on the road however do due to unforeseen circumstances the RV had a total of 3 breakdowns between western Ohio and Portage Indiana - bless his heart Randy came to the rescue each time for a different issue. He has traveled a great distance 2x and is very Knowledgeable and Helpful! He even went so far as to follow us home to make sure that we were OK as well as texted while on the road checking to make sure everything was running properly can't say enough would definitely use him or recommend him to anyone thank you so much you rock!Service: Electrical

Randy determined the control circuit board for my Atwood refrigerator required replacement after an exhaustive search found that parts for Atwood products are not available. A replacement refrigerator was found and promptly installed. Randy's response time was excellent, he does quality work.

The repair was done but pricing was outrageous! Charged a diagnostic fee of $350 when I had diagnosed and ordered the replacement part myself. Then charged $195 an hour for them to put the part on I understand being paid for travel but to charge me a diagnostic fee and then only replace the part I diagnosed!

Older RV refrigerator not running on propane, but ok on electric. Found Randy on line, major find! Randy came to my home within a few days, fixed one of two problems then had to order a part. Came back the same week to install. Nice guy, knows his business, will call him for services again! Highly recommend!

Randy is the GREATEST !!! We have had a vacation planned for over a year now and finally got to go. We left alliance ohio early with our bounder and headed west but an hour out the Bounder quit running. Son came and fixed us and on our way again. Got to almost the Indiana border and bounder decided to quit again. We called Randy and he came to our rescue and off again. Got all the way to border of Illinois and bounder quit again!! Randy drove 5 1/2 hours to get to us. He fixed the bounder to get us turned around to head home. Randy followed us back to ohio and texted us to make sure we were doing ok. My husband who is disabled was very happy and grateful that Randy took such good care of us. Randy is our guardian angel thanks again Randy! We would highly recommend him!!

He bounced all over trying to find out what was wrong with my RV starting and slide. He found it to be a $30 relay switch, charged 3.15 hrs of labor!! Which included 45 min to remove my awning and broke his finger, tried to blame me and wanted my home owners insurance! Slide not fixed, ignition issue not fixed, switches put back in upside down and charged $997.10! He did not call Good Sam prior to working on my RV and refused to fill out the paperwork correctly for me to process a claim. Oh and he does not have a real email address for insurance communications. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I am going to fight my charges. He is a liar, I did not make a claim with Good Sam and He did not fix my main issue. I did have it fixed at home for $58. It was a corroded battery cable, that he could not see!Service: Electrical

Call six or seven places locally he was the only person to charge $350 an hour for the first hour had another person come out and charge me $75 and got it fixed so is services were not required

Randy responded to a call from Coachnet to repair my mom's travel trailer. Long story short, Randy:- did a terrible job "fixing" things (example - when her brakes were repaired by a different shop last week, the mechanic noted the pads on the wheels Randy worked on were still brand new with no scarring, since Randy didn't properly reconnect the wiring to those wheels)- avoided her calls for months regarding payment he received from Coachnet, and- lied about receiving that payment & other things during this ordeal (even claiming he had to wait for his "boss" to return from Spain before he could send her a revised invoice)

Service call started fine but went downhill from there when he accused me of being rude to a gentleman at the parts store. The parts store was as confused as I was because it never happened. He canceled after an insulting text message from him. We agreed as we didn't want him back. I wouldn't have him back even if he was the only repair service around.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My daughter and our dogs were stuck on the fairgrounds in canfield with a slide issue. They came quick fast and in a hurry! I cannot thank them enough for their knowledge and help! What a wonderful experience for such a bad night! Thanks!!!

As of yet, no service has happened. I have made multiple attempts to reach by phone, voicemail box full. Camping season means repair season, I understand the overwhelming need as truly good help is hard to find. I will reserve judgement for the time being, will post later if no satisfaction
