Had my car repaired after an accident with Firelands Chevy collision center in Vermilion. Great communication while they had my car with updates. They were all very helpful, and did an amazing job on the body work as well as other issues that needed fixed from the accident. My Chevy Trax looks great!!! The employees were very professional and helpful. The car was ready when promised. The car looks and drives like it is brand new. They also detailed my car which they did not have to do because it was in an accident which was a wonderful surprise. They went above and beyond my expectations when working with my insurance company and me. Way to respect people in a time of need.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very well satisfied,good quick and quilty work!!they did an excellent job on getting my car back with me not having to ask any questions!! Looked like a brand new car outside an inside. Most definitely would refer everyone to them!

I recently took my car in to fix a dent. When I showed up to get my car, not only did the service I requested turn out great, but Allen showed me that he also went around and buffed out other slightly marks. I was very appreciative that the team went above and beyond what I asked for!

Tom and staff were extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions. My truck was immediately able to get in the shop to be fixed and was completed ahead of schedule! Highly recommend Pat O'Brien Collison Center for your vehicle's autobody repairs. Completely satisfied with my entire experience!!!

I ve had three vehicles worked on here and I have always been treated fairly. Great staff, quick service, quality work! Highly recommended! (I was off roading and damaged two of my trucks, and a family member was in an accident. I m not a terrible driver, haha.)
