The alternator in our Jeep went out while my husband and I were on vacation with friends. We took our car to Conrad's and they had it diagnosed and fixed in a few hours. We are so thankful and appreciative of them for getting us back on the road!

Came in for an Oil Change, alignment, and tire rotation. Was told the alignment machine is not big enough for my truck, no problem. I did ask to check my rear passenger tire when the tire rotation is done because there is a slow leak. When I picked up my truck I was told that the technician did not see anything wrong with the tire and it may be the valve. After getting back home I walked around my truck and realized that the same rear passenger rim with curb scrapes on it was in the same spot. After that I check my tire pressure monitoring system in the truck and sure enough, not only were the tires not rotated, THE SAME TIRE WAS STILL LOW ON AIR. I'm not sure what kind of reputable TIRE shop wouldn't even send out a vehicle and not check tire pressure.

Went to get some tires because one had a a big white nail in the sidewall, very obvious. I only replaced 2 this check and planned to do other 2 next pay. Pick my SUV up and had take it back because they left the tire with a nail in it on my vehicle!! The manager Wayne, I dealt with was very kind, unlike the sales rep I dealt with previously and fixed it and gave me deal on new tires but just having that happens sadly makes you question everything else, like if you missed the huge white nail, how do I trust the rest of the work was done correctly! Again they were apologetic and resolved the issue but my point is this shouldnt have been an issue, it was a HUGE safety hazard.

Friendly good service with a nice waiting room with free drinks and with a TV to watch why your car is getting worked on. Avg price on tires and work. Open at 7:30am that's a plus also. After I got new tires for my car there was still a loud noise coming from the car when driving the guy said it was wheel bearing going out. I told the guy I wanted to take the car on vacation and I was going to be driving 12 hours one way. The mechanic said oh it'll be okay and I thought really!! Never drive a car on vacation anywhere if you know there's a problem like that and it should be fixed right away is what he should say.

0 stars. Called 20 minutes before close and would have been there 10 minutes before close and they couldn't stay an extra 5 minutes to put a new valve in for me in an emergency. He said they were working on something that would take them right up to close and couldn't spare 5 minutes for someone who needed help.

I used to work at a dealership. I know when a place is honest and fair. I take my personal vehicle here as well as the state car I am assigned. They give an exact estimate or even tell you work isn't needed. They take appointments which helps manage time.

The manager Ryan is great! He was able to help take care of my issue quickly to get me back on the road. I have to drive as part of my job so not being down for long and back on the road was highly important. I recommend Conrad s as a go to for my auto repair needs. Thank you

We had a major problem with one of our tires. They addressed us and our issue quickly. The staff not only solved our problem but went above and beyond to help us. They were courteous and professional and we recommend them highly if anyone needs work on their vehicle.

I have been taking my cars to Conrad's in Vermilion for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and keeps you posted on their progress. I haven't really shopped around, but if their prices are higher than other garages, it's worth it to me because I don't have to worry about a shoddy job or having my car held hostage for weeks or even months (I've known people who have had that happen at other places). Their turnaround time is usually same day, maybe a couple of days for a really big job.During my most recent visit, their employee, John, provided a level of service that was well above and beyond the call of duty. I was already very happy with my experience, and that was before I went to pick up the car and their mechanic, Jeff, casually showed me something he had found while moving the seat to replace the struts. It was my ENGAGEMENT RING that I lost THREE YEARS AGO. I never thought I would see it again, and I am so grateful to the staff for their honesty in reuniting me with this irreplaceable item.

Your shop quoted me a certain price, but then you charged an extra "Shop Supply Fee" (plus tax) after completing the work. It would be better if your company gave honest quotes upfront. If you're untrustworthy in this, it seems more likely that you'll be dishonest with other aspects of your service.

Excellent and Professional Service! It never fails, if I have a problem with my car and I call Conrad's, they always manage to squeeze me into the schedule and take care of the issue. John was knowledgeable and very courteous and took care of everything promptly and efficiently.

I needed tires and an oil change for my daughters car. She lives in Pittsburgh and was visiting for Christmas. I did it on line , but selected a different product once I came into the shop. The guys at the Vermilion store always have done a great job for me, and I have bought many many sets of tires from them. Your waiting area is clean and comfortable and your staff is informative, courteous and do a nice job. Thanks

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly! They had all the work done really quickly and even fixed what was causing the battery issue- a jammed back hatch door! Would highly recommend them to anyone! Nobody tried to upsell me and Carly who initially waited on me even looked for discounts and found one! Great experience!

Was traveling in a rental car and got a nail in a tire causing a slow leek. Conrad's was able to get me in quickly and get it fixed in about an hour. And to top it off they were able to bill the rental car company directly. With friendly fast service I'll certainly return if I'm ever in need in the area again.

I got four new tires. The experience was great. Ron, the manager at the Vermilion store, went above and beyond any expectations to help me out. He deserves a raise or something. That video inspection they sent me while I was waiting was a nice touch. I usually get tires at Conrad's. They never disappoint.

I feel that getting a car fixed is always so unnecessarily expensive- when it comes to the actual price of wholesale parts and the large charge for the labor...it never feels good to get a call saying your charge will be over $700 (brake pads, rotor, calipers) BUT their customer service is so above and beyond excellent I was surprised. You just don t get that kind of service from anyone anymore. They even sent a video showing what was wrong with the car which was really cool. They had the car fixed in a couple hours! So convenient and professional and pleasant- it made the bill sting just a little less. Adam was great and the head guy is always great from my experience.

We visited the Conrad's in vermilion, Ohio in an emergency car situation. Our van was shuddering and trying to stall out. We brought it in and I was already in years. Finances were right, we were trying to save for our wedding and we would be missing work that day because of the van not working. It ended up being a cylinder not firing and the spark plugs needed replaced. The amount was way outside what we could afford. I asked them to just replace the one trouble spark plug, feeling like I was putting a bandage on an artery but seeing no other choice. After a few hours, they called us saying they had replaced all of the spark plugs for us at a way, way, way lower price. They had heard us saying we had to use wedding money for the repair and wanted to help us as much as possible. Of course, I cried again. I was so relieved and in shock over a company being willing to help us like this.Thank you Conrad's in Vermilion. You have no idea how much your kindness and understanding has meant to our family. Not only will we be back for our car needs but I will be telling everyone about our wonderful experience with your amazing staff!!

I had a flat tire when I woke up in the morning they were busy but I was going to be late to work if they couldn't help me. Not only did they help me in a timely manner they were able to patch it and save me more money.!!!!!

This was my first visit to the Vermilion Conrad s. I had recently had a wheel alignment done at another Conrad s location, but noticed my vehicle was pulling to the right. I called this morning and even though they were booked they said they would take a look at it today. They performed a second wheel alignment and that fixed the issue. Johnathan Varney and Erica Camera were courteous and professional. I am completely satisfied with my experience at the Vermilion location. Thanks guys!

Took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and tire repair, took them over an hour to even pull the car in from the scheduled appointment time, then completely deleted the oil chain he off the service order. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and the tech was covered head to toe in grease. Not too professional if you ask me.

I had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change set up 2 days prior to the day of my appointment. My husband went to drop off my car before work and said he was off at 5pm but to call him when it was ready and he would come and get it. my husband called me to call and find out if the car was ready because he was able to get there on his lunch break. I called conrads around 11:30am and they told me my car wasn't ready and would be ready by 5pm. With a 9:30 appointment for a simple oil change my car wasn't ready until 1 pm.

Completely satisfied with my new tires. Service manager was polite and knowledgeable and got my car right in, 4 new tires, mounted and balanced with alignment and out the door in just over a hour. Would recommend for your car service.

I have always have good experiences with Vermilion Conrads. Today they found out the problem, made the necessary repairs, showed me the bad parts. I am now home. Happy with my experience and would recommend them for good service. Price was not bad either.

Wow! Conrad s took incredibly good care of me and my children when we were on a recent road trip. We were about an hour and a half from home when the indicator on the car I had just purchased two days before showed that one of the tires was well below the recommended PSI, and falling fast. OnStar gave me directions to the nearest tire store that was open on a Saturday afternoon, and we made our way to Conrad s in Vermillion, Ohio.Ron was slammed, but assured me we would be back on the road in a couple of hours. We went to look at the car, and he showed me the hunk of metal sticking out of the tire. The good news, he said, was that he could fix it and have us on our way, without having to replace the whole tire. But, you know, it would be awhile because they had so many appointments lined up.We went inside, where he made sure we knew there were complimentary beverages and popcorn. That popcorn, by the way, was darn tasty. My two kids and I watched some TV while we waited, and before I knew it, Ron was telling me my car was done! He d squeezed us in, made the repair, and charged me less than $25. We were out the door in about 45 minutes altogether. He told us to take drinks for the road, and was as kind and pleasant a guy as you could meet.Thanks, Ron! We so appreciate your service!

Always good service from manager Ron and staff in vermilion. Took girlfriends car in for oil change and squeak in front end. Front steering needed greased nothing else. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Made some recommendations for down the road preventative maintainence. Will definitely be back. Took my truck in 2/5 for an oil change, tire rotation and they were able to do a repair on my exhaust. Shout out to Will for that. Sent me a text with a video inspection that helped me make a decision to get my wheel bearing replaced. Good quality to video text. Again great friendly service from Ron, Adam and all the staff.

Been here multiple times with my Jetta TDI always synthetic change, $53. This time I was told my car wasn t in the system and that it would be $178 for the oil change! VW dealership doesn t even charge that much! Either they ve been doing it wrong this whole time and I m going to have engine issues, or they re just attempting to suddenly justify charging my over 3X the normal amount. Either way not right, and terrible way or running a business. I wouldn t recommend going here, spend your money elsewhere.

We have been taking our cars to this Conrads location for 20+ years and receiving great customer service. Within the past 2 years or so cust service has been horrible. In the past, the front desk has been proactive in applying coupons and Conrads rewards but now I even when I drop off coupons, come to find out they don't apply them to my bill. I have to ask, and wait for the credit to be applied. The old manager, Ron, knew us, knew our preferences (night drop), and knew our vehicles. Lately we have to explain everything to the guys at the front desk each time we come in. The work seems to be fine, but the customer sercice is seriously lacking. I will now try another conrads location and hope they are better.

Great place. Very professional and polite. They do great work in a timely manner. They have tires to fit any car and any budget. They also have the cheapest oil changes anywhere. Nice waiting room with fresh popcorn water, pop and coffee. Highly recommended.

Today I had the best experience from a difficult day. Ron Mendak and Adam Tressler treated me with the greatest respect, the most honesty that I have ever experienced. There proficiency and knowledge and kindness cannot sufficiently be rewarded or acknowledged.The " tech view" is an amazing and brilliant idea and service. It took any anxiety or questions completely out of the equation. I will be sharing my experience today with everyone I can.Thank you so much for these men and your company's forward thinking as well as the superior service and honesty.
