My daughters boyfriend bought a car there it was easy friendly n fast very respectful people that work there .nice car good payments good deals..but the car in photo not it lol Santa was there

Overall experience was great. My Service Advisor Trey explained everything that was performed on my car, and what I would need to have replaced eventually on the vehicle, and the costs. He was very nice and courteous!

The guys at the parts counter are always very helpful when I need to find a difficult part. Of course that means I'm going to have to pay the dealership cost, but I guess that's what you must do when you can't find it anywhere else.

My technician Jeff King was very kind, considerate and professional. The lady at the checkout window was very thoughtful when I brought up a coupon she found one for me for the oil change. It was a very pleasant experience and the wait was not too long.

We went to find out about their services and they wouldn t talk with us. They wanted us to set up an appt 3 weeks out for an estimate. And then proceeded to argue with me about what my insurance company said. Worst customer service ever. We decided it was not the place for us, We are headed to Trimbach s to see if they are better.

The warranty is no good GWC don't let the salesman talk you into buying it. Covers nothing I have to pay 608.00 for diagnosis test. And the warranty was 2,700 for nothing. Bad BusinessNever again its not worth it to me.

I had an incredible experience at Smedleys. I purchased a 2014 Cruze from their pre-owned vehicle department knowing there was a problem with the speakers. The salesman made a verbal promise (nothing in writing) that they would replace the speaker that was causing the problem. They replaced the speaker, but the problem remained. They replaced more speakers, replaced the wiring, and then the stereo harness, still didn't solve the problem. I had to bring it back a third time, this time they ran all sorts of test and wound up replacing the radio itself - problem solved!! Throughout the entire experience I was impressed with their professionalism, dedication to solving the issue, and the lengths they went to based on a verbal agreement. All of that work was done without charging me a penny. Even though this is a dealership, it has all the good qualities of a hometown family owned business. Highly recommend!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

They repaired our third brake light on our 2016 Chevy Malibu that was leaking. Customer service was awesome and they had our car back within five hours.

All of these reviews are fulse made up whatever. If you need a repair oil change do not go to this Dealership they will not do what they are supposed to do and if you doubt what I'm saying please be my guest and get ripped off lol. Side note I have lived in this area my whole life and have been going to this dealership for a long time so it's very disappointing to write this.

Bunch of lying crooks! My SUV got totaled and I needed a vehicle bad. They sold me a 2014 gmc terrain for 11,000 when I'm done paying for it,it will be 22,000 .They took advantage of my situation.

Bought a truck from there and within 3 day the check engine like came on and they refused to fix the problem and hung up on me looking at the reviews looks like they do this kinda thing alot

Car was repaired but took 5 days no offer of a service car. Gas was below empty as indicated on dash, luckily a gas station was nearby, radio station changed, seat position changed, mirrors changed.
