I want to Thank Manager Nathan for the quick response and professionalism of the situation I spoke of below. Not many businesses would go above and beyond the call of duty to make things right. Truly appreciate the hospitality you showed in taken care of the issue. (Had a free oil change here at this facility because we purchased a car at Beau Townsend Ford. The service was good, bad part is they are a 40 minute drive for us. My oil change is due now and took it to have service and they can't get the filter off because Quick Lane put it on tight. Therefore I am screwed. Called them today for pricing and I am not driving that far to have an oil change for $95. That is crazy. Needless to say not a happy customer. Now to try and find someone that can remove this safely without damage.)

I arrived late in the afternoon to investigate why my truck was pulling to the right when braking.A 2012 Ford F150 that I bought from a well repected garage in my hometown that has been around for decades, a year ago. I had been told that it had been fitted with 4 all new disk brakes.Long story short, Quick lane quickly found that my calipers were seizing, and the only reason it was pulling to the right is that the left caliper was seizing more than the right.They busted tail to replace the front brakes calipers, rotors and all right then, before closing, and the mechanic even stayed almost an hour late to finish. I drove away and the brakes that were always choppy were smooth as silk. The value was clear and I was amazed how reasonable.I'm sold, going back tomorrow for a complete engine tune-up.Service: Auto brake repair

Have been there on numerous occasions, this time for a "Check Engine" light that came on in my wife's car. They ran the diagnostics and found I had an issue with the catalytic converter. They ordered it, and I am going back in a few days to have it installed. I have always had great service there.

I was very impressed with this establishment! I will definitely be back when my oil is due for another change. 4.5 ! The only thing I didn't like was they didn't put the oil in I specifically asked for. Fair on price as well!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
