I was driving home on 75 north from a prenatal appointment (I am 17 weeks but measuring bigger) and my tire lights went off. I was just over an hour away from home and pulled in to Muffler Brothers to have them help me. The gentleman was VERY rude. I told him I had my kids in the van and was trying to find out what was wrong so we could get home because I had no one I could call to assist me - as my husband was 3 hours away. He looked at me, who was clearly anxious and upset, and said I can t help you, you ll have to leave. He didn t give me suggestions on who to go to next - I had ask him where can I go. He directed me elsewhere. I would not recommend them at all.

These guys are awesome! 250k miles on my Infiniti and the exhaust was rotting in 3 spots. These guys got me all patched up running and sounding like brand new for just $300. A whole new system would have been thousands that I couldn't justify with this many miles. Thank you guys!

Sorry can't recommend a place that gives you a general price over the phone and then you call back to setup a date and they completely change their story and said they would never do that! Be upfront the first time! Don't change it up after we call back!

Been his staff are always Fair priced if you need any car repair or truck repair of any sort they just don't do mufflers they go out of their way to make you understand what you need and it's at a fair price

The first time I went to them with my personal vehicle, they could've took me to the cleaners regarding my exhaust. All it was was a clamp. Cost me.$.75. Take my auto there all the time and recommended my employer to utilize them for the company Van's in which they were also happy with the work and prices. I simply walked in the men greeted me and got me in right away. The price was very reasonable. I was just so appreciative on how fast they fixed my cars exhaust. Everyone were so nice and helpful to my issue.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went to get muffler deleted, denied my service for some reason saying I needed a kit to delete the mufflers. I googled and there is no such thing lol. Went to a shop 10 mins away and they were done in an hour.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had my Volvo V70 SE sent up there because of a radiator that was damaged on my car. They replaced it, and what I was most satisfied with is how fast they did it. I expected it to be like 6-7 days, but instead it was ready within 3 days. Price might be high, but it was worth the short wait and excellent customer service. They are not like other repair shops who try and get you to pay for things that don t need repaired just to suck some money out of you. They are very honest and I would recommend coming here if you need your car repaired fast. Thank you Muffler Brothers!

The owner was honest with routine oil changes, but that behavior pattern changed after my vehicle's exhaust system needed some repair. I had to return there several times for my vehicle's issues to be seemingly fixed-which was fabricated by using methods to deceive its computer system. My car's dealership reported the full extant of the damages from Muffler Bros. and it was more efficient to buy another car than pay thousands of dollars to rectify their damages..I'd never recommend this particular Muffler Bros to anyone...

I had dual exhaust installed on my Ranger. The staff was professional and courteous. The install was completed in a timely manner, looks great, and sounds great. I will definitely come to them for my next exhaust job.

Muffler Brothers is good top 5 stars, they inspected my car brakes pad and rotors to be prepared out. If check any left pads . They said pads left plenty pads on my car wheelsThey did tell me honestly complete. They're amazing! Thanks, kathy

We needed a radiator replaced and they charged half of what the dealer wanted. They did a good job and had it done inn one day. They will always be my first call for service.

Had an exhaust problem. Took my car to Grismer and they quoted me $1500. Took it to Muffler Bros. in Vandalia and they quoted me $180. Ben and his family are great. Now I take my car there for all of my normal maintenance.

Mom n Pop store who can fix most anything. Took me a while to find him, went to lesser mechanics before I did, but now he's my guy for my two 100k+ mile cars. He'll take good care of you too.

At Last!! A car repair shop that you can trust! My daughter brought in her Impala with grinding noise under the hood. They quickly discovered it was the water pump, and changed it for only $135.00! Thank You!

Ben got my truck diagnosed and fixed quickly two separate times at a reasonable price. Depending on the truck to haul materials and equipment it helped me out a lot.

Very nice people to talk too,very cordial and understanding,they don't talk down at you and listen to you about your car's problem and recommend ways to fix the situation and also let you know of future mantainence that will need done. I would highly recommend them for any mechanical needs that you have.
