Was going to buy a car while they worked on mine, but never had a service department with such poor manners or social skills.So now I'm enjoying my 2024 KIA K5.Poor guy who asked me to never return really didn't understand anything he could possibly have had fult in.

My son came home on Saturday from college and told me he had an issue with his car. I called Joseph Hyundai on Monday morning, dropped off my car Monday afternoon. I was told they would try to get it in and looked at. No more than 2 hrs later I received a call, and they had it in and diagnosed already.After being told what was wrong, I told them to do the work, which was somewhat extensive. By Wednesday, I was called and told they had already fixed my son's car. Later on Wednesday afternoon I received a call to let me know after the road test, they found another issue... which I understood to be related to the other issues I described. I was told they had to order the part and it would hopefully be in by Friday. Later that day, I was called yet again and told the car was already finished.I later found out that the Service Person I was talking to, Ryan, called another Hyundai dealership who had the part. They immediately went and picked up the part and completed the necessary work.I had their pickup service come get me at my house, so I could pick up my son's car so he could drive it back to college the following weekend.Considering all that needed to be done, I am completely thankful to Ryan and the entire team at Joseph Airport Hyundai for their quick and responsive work to achieve fixing my son's car in a very short time frame!I am truly grateful and thankful!!!

Bought my car here today. Sales person Arvin Ridley was awesome. The dealership staff BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs with a nice variety of side items. It was a good day to buy a car today

The people here are quite friendly helpful honest im having issues with my car and they are doing everything they can but they have to follow Hyundai protocol so they are apologetic and letting me know what will happen step by step

Absolutely love this dealership! Very low pressure sales. They were able to work with us way above and beyond our expectations. Abby and Seth were amazing. This will be our place to come from here on out!! We love our Hyundai Tuscon.

I worked with Abby and she was absolutely amazing! I cannot even put into words how helpful and assertive she was. She did so much work getting me approved which was a huge task considering I do not have the most flattering credit. If you want someone who will do everything they possibly can to take care of you ease go see Abby. You will not leave disappointed.

I personally wasn't there for one of my vehicles but just tagging along with a family member. Fresh popped popcorn to snack on, drinks, tv, and a free arcade game to distract you and the kids during your wait. Staff was very nice. I only rated 4 because I can't rate on auto work or purchasing a vehicle, but I've heard good things :)

I walked in thinking I was going to walk out empty handed but the staff stayed with me well past closing and got me into a 2015 Dodge Dart Kevin Carter is awesome no pressure and he did everything he could to ensure I walked out with a great car. Top notch service!

I cant say enough about the Joseph family. Purchased from 3 of their dealerships & we have nothing bad to say about any of them. Buying cars can be painful because both sides don't want to lose/give away hard earned money but once the deal is done then the Joseph dealerships really start to shine. You truly feel like part of a family & as long as you are honest & respectful, they will be the same & they have no problem with treating everyone like a celebrity.Lets be honest, you can't please everyone in retail & there are some serious dirt-bags in the car business but the Joseph dealers got me hooked. They gotta make some money, that's reality, what business doesn't need to make money but JAG will not nickel & dime you nor will they ever be unethical at any time....their management/executives truly have a open-door policy...Hope you have the same experience. Take good care of you, only I was to get a tire rotation, I marked the tires, the guy didn't do it. They were going to take it back again. I said it's ok I'll take it to tire discounters, I buy all my tires there, so they didn't even cut me.

Left empty handed, even when promised guaranteed help, but was treated with respect and was not made to sit for several hours while employees mean mugged.(as I have dealt with at other dealerships). Would definitely recommend the experience

Very typical car dealership, focused on standard customer service with a business model of PROFIT FIRST! Very disappointed with Toyota claim of quality products and long term dependable vehicles! I own a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road, installed a front and back "Leveling Kit", and shortly afterwards the front CV axle Needle Bearing has gone bad! A KNOWN ISSUE ON TACOMAS since 2005! Replacement is very expensive and is not covered under warranty! Sadly this truck is NOT all the rugged off road hype that is claimed, far from it! Airport Toyota falls short of " Customer Care" in so far as truly putting the focus on "Win/Win", instead the focus is on the Business Model of Profit following Toyotas Attitude of selling the perception of quality and reliability! Too many irritating issues with this truck thus far with only 8550 miles driven!

First of all the car on the internet wasn't the same cars. One car needs to paint dirty inside the other car needs transmission, 3 car over price need brakes in rotor front and back
