Great Service they are on top of things. Called the day before set up 4 new tires. Dropped off in the am had it back after lunch. Might pay a hair more but the service is worth it and quality is always there. Good job.

Great customer service. Car was fixed quickly and I was informed of all upcoming repairs that would be needed in the near future. They also informed me what could wait until next oil change and what needed to be addressed sooner.

I had four new tires put on my vehicle. It was an easy process: I told them what I needed, they made a few suggestions, I picked tires, they put them on within the estimated time frame, I paid. They're good tires. They also fixed my annoying alignment issue.I went in again after my car started making some noises and the engine light came on. They were able to fix everything quickly. Craig is always helpful and respectful.

I went in to Grismer Vandalia for a slow leak in a tire. Was waited on immediately. Very friendly and professional young man. Turns out I picked up a staple in my tire. They got me in and out within 30 minutes I was also impressed with how they treated many other customers as I was waiting. I highly recommend this Grismer location!

Had late eve low pressure situation, able to get to filled and evaluated tire. Returned next afternoon no appointment time worked in and plugged in very short time. Reasonable cost.

Grismer Tire & Auto was very professional and courteous. I had a flat tire, and they explained the options they had avalable. They replaced my tire in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service I received.

No issues, didn't have the tires I needed so they sent someone quickly to get them. Got in and out same day. Couldn't have asked for anything more. A bit pricey but what isn't these days. You pay for what you get and I receive 5 star service.

I guess we have a different definition of an appointment. I scheduled a noon appointment to buy and install new tires and was told it would take no more than a couple hours so I stayed and waited. It took 2 hours just to get it in and around 2 more to complete the job. I could of arranged something if I knew I would have been there 4 hours.

Great quality service. Friendly staff .. had issues with tires installed at tire choice. Tires were not balanced properly, they were able to fix them the right way ..Wish I would of chosen grismer tire would of saved time and money

I went and asked to have the air pressure in my tires checked. They were kind and informative. They didn't act bothered at all like some places do and it was a cold day. They didn't charge but I tipped.

I was able to schedule my oil change same day and it was an easy process.I would recommend Grismer over a lot of mechanic shops because they are not going to overcharge you on work that does not need to get done on your vehicle.

I called because I thought I was having problems with my transmission. I describe the symptoms. They made me an appointment for 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. I dropped my car off the night before. At 3:45 they call me and tell me they close at 4:00 and they can't fix it because they don't do transmission work. Then they say they're open at 7:30 on Monday. When I get there at 7:30 Monday no one's there until 7:45. Then they charge me $175 for the inconvenience. I have bought multiple sets of tires from these clowns never again.

My husband took my car to Grismer yesterday. The issue, a cracked filter, was diagnosed and quickly repaired. Thank you so much for cleaning the oil off the engine and underbody as well. Grismer is consistent with excellent work and customer service!

My tire blew on interstate 75. I called my regular Grismer shop and they did not have the tire but they called other Grismer shops and found me one nearby. Within an hour and a half I was back on the road with a new tire partly paid for by my Grismer warranty on the previous tire. It doesn't get any better than that.

Got my rear shocks replaced after I identified 1 was leaking on my 09 Honda Fit. Called Monday when they opened and they got me in Monday afternoon. Ezy Pezy. Grismer does reputable work, that's why they also get all my oil change business.

Took a vehicle in for routine maintenance and was told that at the previous oil change, at a different shop, the technician replaced the oil pan plug incorrectly resulting in a needed repair of $900. After speaking with the other shop, the issue was quickly resolved. However, the repair cost us $60 not $900. Grismer was professional in handling the situation, but that s not the issue. The frustration we have is immediately recommending expensive repairs without offering other solutions. Why couldn t Grismer do what the other shop did? We put our trust in Grismer to be honest in regards to our cars and needed repairs. Sorry to say they lost ours this time.

Took 2 automobiles in for aliment. After 3hr they called and told me the 1st Vehicle was done. It was worse than when I dropped it off, and I was told it was done! The " 2nd vehicle" I was told it was done and it was not. I was told that they were afraid to break the bolts. Remember I was told that both vehicles were aligned But when I picked them up neither vehicle was aligned. I would not recommend this shop. The 1st vehicle they kept overnight and aligned it the next day, At pick up it was fine. FYI everything on the 1st vehicle was brand new I had just replaced everything No excuses for Quality of work and a $200+ bill to do the work. You only get 1 chances to earn a customer and you just last one-- think about that.

We were on a family vacation and blew a tire on our trailer. They helped us and replaced all of the tires, plus the spare, in a few hours. They were very courteous and understood our need for quick service. We highly recommend them.

I called on a Saturday about 8:30am and they were able to get me an appointment at 1pm. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to use my Grismer coupon and got $15 off by using my Grismer card. Staff was friendly and place was kept nice. I ll be back.

Very good experience. Had tires rotated. I received a call asking to check alignment. I consented thinking that I would walk out of a free tire rotation with a big bill but that was far from the case. They told me everything checked OK. Very pleasant to work with.

The team at this location is friendly and fast. I had my tire patched a couple months back. I came back yesterday with low tire pressure expecting to replace the tire that was initially patched. The team evaluated and located a second leak and patched that instead of replacing the tire. I appreciate Grismer for their honest and quality service. I will return for future repairs.
