While my experience with my dealer was good my experience service and the service manager Rick Weston was not good at all. I was supposed to have rims and tires replaced with new rims and tires( told this per service) however that was not the case I received used chewed up rims and tires that s was four year old tires that had chucks missing out of them and dated 4519, the rims was also chewed up and curbed rashes pretty bad as well (not new) when I came in and told them of this I was asked what I wanted done. My spindle reply was I want what I was told I was getting the service manager then said so one new tire after watching them go around the lot all they did was swap out rims and tires off another vehicle (not new) we will see if there are any issues further with these however I don t believe I will be bringing the car I just purchased 3 weeks ago for 36k back to the dealership for any sort of service or anything further.

I have been purchasing used and new vehicles from Beau Townsend since 2009, 5 cars purchased new and 2 cars used. Between sales and services from then until now, this is the first time I ve had an unpleasant experience with them. I traded in my Rogue for a used Pathfinder, as we needed 3rd row seating. The sales process went well, no complaints there. A couple days after I brought the car home, the new car smell dissipated and I could smell cigarette smoke. It wasn t super strong, but strong enough to notice anytime I got into the car. My salesman was quick to respond, he had me bring it in to, as he said, have their person work their magic . I got the car back, it smelled strongly of some chemical, I m not sure what. But a couple days after the treatment, the smoke smell came back. At this point I washed the entire interior down, going as far as wiping the headliner with fabric cleaner. Once that clean smell went away, the smoke smell reappeared. In my frustration, I tried to contact my salesman, only to find out he left the dealership. No communication from him nor the dealership. So, I called the manager, and I asked what can be done about the smoke smell. He tells me that he personally inspects each used car that s brought in, and something along the lines of if there was a smoke smell, he would have taken care of it . Even when I told him that my kids make comments on the smell, he denied that there was any possible lingering smoke smell. That entire conversation just made me feel like I was being made to look crazy. When I keep the windows open, the smell is barely noticeable. But if I leave the windows up overnight, the next morning the smoke smell is so strong that it s frustrating. I was willing to look past the fact that there was still dog hair interweaved into the back of the seats when I brought the car home. But, the fact that there is clearly a smoke smell, and the only response I get is straight up denial on their end, it s made me realize that all they care about is making a sale. I get that they are a business, but I feel like after being a customer for so many years (5 cars new, 2 cars used), it s kind of awful to be treated the way I was. I hope no one else has to deal with the frustration that I ve been through with them.

They were quick to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation! I was happy with the time it took, the kindness and professionalism of the service team and the comfort and convenience of the waiting room with complimentary snacks that were really appreciated as I had my grandson with me. Also loved the window where we could watch the cars being worked on, which is why I knew my grandson would love this appointment! I love my Nissan but I have been buying them for the last 20 years also because of great service departments every where I've lived, NC, MS, IA and currently Ohio! Always reliable to meet my needs with honest work, professional service staff and comfortable waiting areas. Thank you!

This was by far the smoothest, best car buying experience I have ever had. No high pressure tactics, they listened to what we needed in order to buy a new car and exceeded those expectations. They were friendly and informative. They have also followed up since we purchased to thank us and to make sure we didn't have any questions. I will definitely be going here first the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Beau Townsend Nissan! My sales consultant, Jason Dell'Aria, was great to work with. I needed to get a car quickly, and he ensured that I didn't just get a car - I got the car of my dreams, with everything that I wanted included. We ended up having to get my car transported from a dealership all the way up in Michigan. Honestly, I feel like he went above and beyond not just trying to get me the best deal, but also working around my busy work schedule and traveling. I would definitely buy from this location again!

Brett Micheals and Mathias were super friendly, relatable, funny, caring and accommodating. They stayed late to make sure we got all the papers in order for the sale. I felt comfortable and cared about while we settled the sale and that has not been a common experience with car sales from my past. I'm happy to be with Beau Townsend Nissan and look forward to dealing with them for repairs and maintenance as well as future purchases. Great job and thank you!

Brant and Jason at Beau Townsend Nissan were amazing to work with! I was deciding between a Nissan Rogue and a Tucson and one of the biggest reasons I decided on the Rogue was the service I received from Brant and Jason. I started with Brant on the Lincoln side and he was so helpful and really took his time with me and reviewed all my options. When I finally decided on the Rogue, Jason stepped in and helped Brant and I with all the necessary information. Furthermore, Jason also spent over an hour with me a few days after buying my Rogue showing me all the features of my new car and how everything worked. I cannot express how helpful both of them were. If you re looking for great cars and excellent customer service experience, I highly recommend Beau Townsend dealerships in Vandalia. If you get the chance, ask for Brant if you are at the Lincoln side or Jason if you are at the Nissan side.

I am accustomed to a quick vacuum in the interior and a quick wash of the exterior when I visit other dealership which did not happen at Beau Townsend. That is why I did not give a better rating.

We contacted the sales person we worked with previously and he was able to send us different options. We found the car we wanted, he worked his magic, and were told to come in to sign paperwork and we left with our new leased car in less than an hour. This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from Jason DellAria at BeauTownsend Nissan and on both instances we felt valued and very well taken care of. Jason expertly answered all our questions, he was very thorough in walking us through the features of the various options and models. When we settled on the vehicle that we wanted he worked with us to get the best deal out of our trade in and financing options. He was very professional but was very relatable at the same time. He guided us throughout the whole process consistently asking us if we had questions. When we finalized the sale he was very thorough in making sure to go through all the features of the vehicle again and made sure we had everything we needed. Bought a 2019 Nissan Titan today. I really had a great experience from the time we pulled in the parking lot. Neil was my salesmen. I had inquired online the day before and spoke with used Sales manager Rick on the phone. Neil was amazing, I was undecided on which vehicle I really wanted. Titan truck or Armanda SUV. He brought both to me inside service area so we were not in the cold and drizzly rain. We took our time looking at them both, comparing the two, took test drives with both. Once I decided to buy the truck we went inside to the dreaded financing part! Rick came in and went over my trade and long story short was helpful at getting my payment where I wanted to be. Adam did all the paper work and explained all the papers I was signing. I appreciate their time and professionalism. Highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase!

So in my previous review, I gave this dealer 3 stars and complained about feeling somewhat snowballed. However, I must say, they've done my wife and I right. Not only did they have us bring the vehicle back in to check and fix, but gave my wife a 3 year\36k mile warranty on the car. Chris, the service manager, truly does care about the customers and went beyond our expectations to resolve the matter. He truly is an asset to this dealership. Thank you all, well be back!

I came in knowing what I wanted to buy. My salesperson, Billi, helped me find the best model for me, patiently and competently answered my questions, was not pushy whatsoever, and did not make me feel like I was being sold to, which is very important to me. My new Rogue is exactly what I hoped for. My last car was we also purchased from Beau Townsend (in 2015) and my next car will probably be purchased there, too. I would gladly recommend BT to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.
