After 2 months of looking I found my car. The Lincoln MKX I had been searching for showed up at Beau Townsend's Lincoln dealership and I called to inquire about it. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The car I wanted was affordable with a remaining factory warranty AND a very reasonably priced extended warranty. The sales person attending to me was giving nothing short of VIP treatment to me. My salesperson was Brant Kindred. A hallmark of a great business organization is how they treat people. Brant and Beau get an A from me. I enjoyed the experience and I am enjoying my Lincoln. ---great car.

We had a little issue where I had made a service appointment using the MyLincoln app. and it was not received on their end.They rectified the situation, got my car picked up, and completed the service that same day.Kaitlin, I hope I spelled that correctly, took charge and handled it in a very professional manner.

Had a 830 appointment, got me in earlier next thing I know cars ready. Dealership very nice everyone there is friendly and helpful.

Very efficient. Gene went out of his way to get me back on the road quickly. Parts were ordered and tire and rim as was replaced

Been going here 4 years. Not enough space here 2 describe what is wrong with the service i have had or what it is going to cost me to fix the problems.
