I love working with Beau Townsend. I love working with Mike Myers he has always been so helpful answers any questions I have, and he knows vehicles very well. Even when I come home with the new vehicle and I have questions, I never hesitate to call back and talk to Mike.In my opinion, I would never go to another car dealer except Beau Townsend . Keep up the good work! Well done.

Large Ford dealer with around 10 high bays for working on RVs and other large vehicles. Stopped in with a flashing check engine light on my Ford E450 motor.Called them from the road around 9 AM, got there around 9:50 AM, they took it in, but didn t start working on it until around 1-2 PM. They diagnosed it correctly, replaced the ignition wires which they had in stock, and had us on the way again by 5 PM . Kayla, the service advisor was pleasant, courteous, although a little hard to reach for updates on progress.Prioritizing a traveler and starting on the job a little more promptly, and communicating the status better would have made this a five star experience. Still, a reasonably good dealer with excellent staff.

This is the 3rd car I have leased through Beau Townsend and I have never been disappointed. The professionalism of the staff and their service can t be beat. They re starting to feel like family! I have recommended them to various neighbors and feel comfortable in recommending them to anyone. Love my new Nautilus (even though it will take me awhile to learn all the bells and whistles!).

I recently brought my Nautilus to Beau Townsend Ford-Lincoln to get an oil change and new tires installed. The process was very efficient from beginning to end. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and Ethan Crace was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have used this service department for 27 years and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Beau Townsend service team for your professionalism and skill in keeping my vehicles operating in great condition.

***Update*** The lies continue in their response to this review. They had the wrong side, it was the passenger side that had the pad fall out. They never invited me to come look at it on the lift. Also, unlikely or not, the pad does have roughly 8mm left. See attached picture taken on 3/12/2024I wasn't going to write this review but I just found some new information that makes me so mad. Here's the story...I recently stopped getting my vehicle serviced at BT due to them charging me for a wheel alignment and when I asked if it needed one (i was pretty sure it didn't) they said "oh, my bad. We checked it and it didn't need one but the guy did it anyway." I'm not sure how you align an already aligned wheel but that's what he said. He did remove that charge for me though. I just can't stand the lying. Fast forward a few months to me bringing in my other truck for what I thought was a warranty repair. One of my rear brake pads apparently came completely out of the caliper so my caliper and rotor were ruined. I assumed this would be a warranty repair due to it not being normal wear and tear. They told me it would not be covered because the brakes were just worn down to the metal and then the pad came out. I asked how this could be when the rest of the pads had plenty of life on them. They said "Well actually, the other rear one was down to 3mm." I argued a bit and the service manager got mad that I was accusing her of lying and that was that. I just did the repair myself. Fast forward again to yesterday when I finally got around to doing the other side...the side that was at 3mm. When I removed the caliper I stopped and was thinking "did I just do the wrong side? This pad is practically new?" Sure enough, it was the correct side. The side that was supposed to be 3mm. It was actually over 8mm. They just lied to make their story more believable.Moral of this long story...DON"T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BT FORD!!!

I went to this dealership initially to have repairs done on my F350. We ended up trading it in for a new vehicle and are happy with how they handled everything. Kelly was the service advisor that was working with me. She was upfront the whole time and communication was great. I love that they will text updates so we aren't playing phone tag. Steven was the tech working on our truck and we had the chance to talk to him too. Very informative, friendly and helpful. Tyler was the salesperson that helped us once we decided to trade in. He made the whole sales process fast and easy. We are very happy with our new vehicle. Everyone that we worked with was great. We appreciate the effort and urgency they all put into help us, both service and sales. Thank you!

My husband purchased a new F150 yesterday from Beau Townsend Ford. Our salesman Johnny Gibson went out of his way to make sure we were totally happy with our purchase. Everyone there is always professional and they makes the buying process easy. Beau Townsend is the only place we go for all of our vehicle purchases and service appointments. We highly recommend them.

I don t typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to be transparent with potential buyers.I purchased my certified pre-owned F-150 from Beau Townsend back in February. The buying experience was great and my sales person (Darrell) was awesome! This is my 3rd F-150. The certified warranty was good for 6000 miles and I have to say, they gauged it perfectly. As soon as the 6000 miles was up, problems began arising. I was assured the truck was in amazing condition, but in the past month after relocating back to Texas, I ve put a little over $9000 in repairs to my truck. The upper and lower ball joints snapped on the right drive tire while I was driving. Had to have it towed. Repairs to have the ball joints replaced on both sides, brake lines, etc replaced cost $3000. The ford dealership then found that the ABS module went out which caused loss in power steering. They also found the oil pan was cracked and needed replaced. While performing repairs they found the ECU module was rusted out and a bolt was missing, and also said the transmission cooling line was rusted out. I understand the risks of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, however, when Ford claims the vehicle is certified I expect the condition to be significantly better. I feel as if they slapped a certified label on this truck without performing the proper due diligence and inspections to ensure the certified status.As great as my buying experience was and as great as Darrell was, I will never purchase another vehicle from Beau Townsend.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He also went out of his way to accommodate me, and he made sure that I was happy with my purchase.The buying process was very easy and straightforward. I was able to get a great deal on my truck, and I was very happy with the trade-in value that I received for my old vehicle. My husband and I went into the dealership to look for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus that we were so in-love with. We were greeted by a salesman whose name was Mike Myers. Unfortunately, the customer service that we expected to recieve when in the market for a new vehicle was not met and we were thoroughly disappointed.We were honestly treated like we were not going to purchase anything, when in fact, we were ready and willing to purchase the same day. He did not go out of his way to show us any of the vehicle's features or help us to navigate anything we were looking at.The lack of salesmanpship was terrible. His demeanor was not welcoming and his body language gave off the auora of someone that was bothered.My hope is that this is not everyone's experience when vehicle shopping at this particular location, however, because of this particular saleaman's actions, we decided to go with a different dealership and vehicle all together.

I took my car in for The Works oil change and a recharge on a/c system on 3/27/24 A/C worked great on ride home. But by on 3/29/24 air from system no longer cool.I called service center that day and made appointment to take car back in on 04/03/24 @ 9:30. I took car in and was surprised when service advisor Beth Leach told me I would have to leave car and they would get to it early afternoon. They did provide shutter service back to my house.Beth called me around 1:00 or so to inform me that condenser had missing fins (?) and condenser had to be replaced. Cost would be $797.30 . She would have to order part and I could come back in 04/05/24. I agreed to repair.Approximately 30 minutes later Beth called me back and said she didn't see that it needed 2 other type of valves and would cost $250.00 more than she had quoted and the cost woul be $1,077.19.I had already paid $250.00 on 3/27/24 for recharge on a/c. I stated that I felt that BT should refund me this charge. Beth said she would check with her manager.When she called me back I was told they would only take off $125.00. By this time I felt like BT was trying to milk me out of more money and I was upset. I declined the offer.So rather than trying to be fair with the customer they were okay with loss of a repair that would have generated revenue of $797.30 for BT Ford.

Brandon and his team were incredible during my car-buying process last weekend. Due to some unique circumstances, the car I wanted wasn t on the lot and I had a strict deadline of when I needed to leave. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the car was back on the lot and that we went through the signing process efficiently, while still making his explanations of important details crystal clear. I left that day with the car I wanted and made my commitment on time! Thank you to Beau Townsend for caring so much about the customer!

I was in a pickle needing new tires to travel to Michigan for a funeral and Nathan's team at Beau Townsend Ford - Quick Lane were fantastic! They were able to remove the lug nuts (which had never been done), and put new tires on my Ford Focus Titanium so I could travel safely. They even went to an off-site shop to get the tires that were needed (no charge to me), replaced the tires, gave me new lug nuts and I was on my way. They were amazing. They even took my car through the car wash...I've been recovering from foot surgery and had not been able to get the car washed for months. So many things had challenged me in the last few months (including my bank card was hacked) and they took time to care and provide genuine care and compassion. THANK YOU doesn't say enough. Wouldn t recommend. Came to them, granted with very challenging credit to work with. They were able to get me approved! Great, right? Wrong. I had an appointment set up to come and close on the car with Spencer Sarsgard only to be informed that they had just sold the car the same day and only a few hours before my appointment. This was after they tried to pressure me in before the end of the month so they could Guarantee I get the best deal when in all reality we know it s to meet quota or fetch that end of month bit of commission. They then tried to get me to purchase an alternate vehicle on their lot. I declined, obviously. Would not recommend this dealership. I have screenshots of all of the communications I can share if anyone would like to see how shady they are.Update: By Tried to sell it to you first do you mean set up an appointment for me to come buy it, which I agreed to and then sold it 3 hours before my appointment? That s a strange definition of Try .

Couldn't rate my experience more highly. Josh O. guided me through the full experience from order, through delivery, to extra care - which was probably a year for my Bronco. He's a knowledgeable, easy-going specialist who prioritizes customer interest over peripheral selling/pressure. Even after having my new wheels for a few weeks, he checked in regularly, directly managed some additional needs, and made the whole process a treat. He's a victim of his own success, as now I'll go back to him for all future vehicle purchases/needs. Hell - told my fianc�e we might as well just have him plan our wedding too. He's customer-centric to a fault - so ask for him when you go!Note - I'm sure this is also reflected in the staff there at large... Be confident in Beau Townsend Ford.

He took time to walk me through my newly purchased used vehicle after hours, when it was time for him to go home to be with his family.
