Past three times I ve tried to get my oil changed here they can t do them . From lack of training to be able to work their computer to now a flooded bay . Van wert auto really needs to get their act together . Have a blessed day

Took about an hour total to mount new tire on wheel and then put on my car. They were all very nice and responsive. Amy, and the techs did a great job. They were short-staffed, but I didn't notice. Will go back with other needs. Great group

They shredded my lug nut trying to twist the wrong way and then told me I didn t know what I was talking about! Now I have to pay for a new set of lug nuts and to have a new post placed! Because they employ incompetent people!

Horrible experience. Appointment was at 7:00am tech didn't show up until 7:15. Told me it'd be a 30-35min wait. An hour later they tell me they don't have the tire that I ordered from their website and already paid for. They couldn't give me a refund and wanted me to buy a different, more expensive tire that they had in store. After an hour and a half I left with the bad tire back on my car and a piece of paper with my order on it so I could go fetch my own refund.

I really appreciate these guys at the Van Wert Wal-Mart Auto Care Centre. Tires are expensive, and i feel like you can get a good balance of Quality & Price here.I do have to laugh at the negative reviews, though. The poor people that have to wait for "minutes on end". Competitive businesses today cannot have a bunch of fluff, we've all had to trim corners and slim down our workforces.You have to wait for a technician for 10-15 minutes?Well, they're likely out on the floor helping out the other technicians. They don't have anyone twiddling their thumbs at this desk.Tips to Reduce Wait Time:Try asking for an Auto Care Representative from a passing Wal-Mart employee.Try Calling the Auto Care Phone from your phone.Try Staring into the garage floor. Make eye contact with someone. Waving your hands (nicely) maybe?Stand up! Be noticed!As far as wait time after you've been helped.. Just because you don't see anyone sitting there, DOESN'T mean you're at the top of the list. Any Wal-Mart i have ever been to, you go walking about the store. Rather boring to just sit there, unless they have some good coffee on....but for some, the sun rises and sets ..with them at the galaxy's centre.Service: Tires

Horrible, horrible customer service. Scheduled a tire service online, ordered my tires 3 days before. Came in at 7 am when scheduled to be told they had no techs and come back later, couldn't even give me a good time. Auto service center lady at the desk had a horrible customer service experience and attitude, treated me horrible, Walmart hire someone else! She has a horrible attitude! Never using Walmart auto center again, I'll shop small shop from now on and pay more, Walmart sucks! And it's employees don't care about customer service anymore. Shop elsewhere.

Called to see if they had trailer tires was told to yes they did had 6 of them. So we get there and the dude at the counter couldn't find any. Low and behold they finally found them. Told them was going to the auto parts store and would be back. Was gone for about 20 mins or so when we returned our blown out tires with rim were still on the floor. Needless to say took them over an hour and half before we got our tires. Husband went in to pay for them paid to get them balanced and they didn't even do it so back in they go. Thank goodness that only took a few seconds to do. Would highly not recommend them to anyone.

Showed up at 7 in the morning. Waited for 5 minutes before anybody showed up to help me. Waited another 15 for technician and finally left without being helped. Lady laughed when I asked if the technician is normally late, and said that s a lewd question.

I had to loosen my own lug nuts and go buy new ones because their tool wouldn't fit... My tool fit fine. Also my appointment was at 9am its now 11 and im still waiting.

Excruciatingly slow service. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful, but it was only after I asked if she could check on the service technician that I found out that he couldn't find the oil filter... Was there for over 2 hours, truck was in the bay for over an hour.

Well I called van wert ohio Walmart s to see if they could get me in for a tire rotation. The employee at the desk told he could get me in 45 mins so I drove 30 mins from home to get done. When I arrive turned me away saying they couldn t perform the tire rotation!! I will never get vehicle service again!! Thanks Walmart auto care for wasting my time and gas!!

Would not help me at all with my new battery and there service took 30 minutes to get to me (third customer in line) i dont recommend these guys even if they were the last automotive company to exist!

Can't service a tire how are they gonna give good service to a customer, service took an HR to get quote on a tire. This place is a circus filled with nothing but monkeys!
