Gabe was absolutely amazing! He even followed up a few days later to see how things were going. I have purchased a couple of vehicles from Statewide in years past and have always been very satisfied. They are the best in Northwest Ohio and I will always recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or great quality used vehicle! Thank you so much! I LOVE my Explorer!

Shelby at Statewide Ford was awesome to work with, as was the entire team! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. My previous car had broken down and we needed to find a new car quickly and Shelby was able to get us in a new car perfect for our family in just a couple of days. The negotiating process was honest and fair. I was in my third trimester of pregnancy at the time and the Statewide Ford team even went above and beyond to provide me with a Tums while we signed papers because I had forgotten to bring my own. Such a random request, but they even accommodated that! Highly recommend Statewide Ford and especially Shelby!

I recently purchased a truck from statewide ford and it was the smoothest and quickest experience I have ever had at any dealership. I flew in from South Carolina and was not disappointed. Austin took care of me. He stayed in touch through the weekend, even on his time off, answered all my questions and continued to follow up with me. True professional, highly recommended.

Gabe was great! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process and overall I had a great experience buying my ideal car (2017 Toyota Camry). He made sure to be transparent with the condition/upkeep of the car before I decided to purchase and sent me a 360 video before the appointment. He even dropped the vehicle off at my apartment (+ filled the gas) since I live nearby! I never would have expected such great customer service. I would definitely recommend Statewide Ford to anyone looking to buy a car!

Gabe Recker was very helpful when purchasing my first car from a dealership! I have dealt with dealers in the past and have not had good luck. Gabe was efficient and friendly which made the process go great. The drive to the dealership took awhile and Gabe made sure I had all of the information about the vehicle so I was able to purchase it right away. He also provided me with a 360 video where he opened the doors and showed any marks on the vehicle. Overall, I would recommend Statewide Ford and Gabe Recker when looking to purchase a vehicle. I knew exactly what I was purchasing before I got to the dealership and took a test drive. Their friendly staff will assure you have all of the information you need.

Austin Mitchell at Statewide Ford was a great help with purchasing my ford truck online. He provided prompt, professional service. Purchase process was fast and easy. Truck was as advertised if not better. Austin definitely went the extra mile to help get my purchase done. He Is still providing support and answering questions that have come up after sale. Easiest car purchase ever. Never set foot in the dealership, worked out a great deal by email and vehicle was delivered to my door (a 2.5 hour drive from Statewide Ford's location). Absolutely painless and an extremely refreshing experience. Highly recommended.

We went to State Wide Ford to purchase a new vehicle and had Randy Custer as our sales person. He was absolutely great to work with all the way around. I recently purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-9 from here and the experience was very easy going thanks to Shelby. I was in a bit of bind with no vehicle to use as my other car decided to quit out on me. Shelby was able to get me in quick and have me out before the morning was over. My only complaint isn't in regards to Shelby or their finance team but their service people. I had originally called about the vehicle on Saturday hoping to come and pick it up then even though I wouldn't get there until after service hours, however the vehicle needed a new battery so I couldn't get in till Monday morning, which was no problem. However when I had arrived Monday morning at 9am the vehicle still did not have the new battery installed. Their service team is in at 7:30, thats an hour and a half before I had arrived to be able to get a new battery installed. After I was able to test drive the vehicle (with the faulty battery still in it) I waited for finance to do their thing and they said they would change out the battery while I wait. It took the service team an additional hour to get the battery changed, and in the end their service guys didnt end up replacing it but a shop down the road did instead. Im somewhat handy on vehicles and know that it doesn't take an hour to replace one, maximum 30 minutes, Ive changed a couple within 15 minutes. The process took a bit longer than I had originally hoped for but thankfully Shelby made me feel welcomed and always tried to keep my interests in mind throughout the process. Shelby is a 5 star rep, their service team is a bit lacking with communication and timeliness on vehicle maintenance.

Shelby D. was great, very personable, and was extremely helpful with everything. She even offered to take time out of her day off to allow my old man to test drive the car. However, the manager (Matt?) was not professional and definitely came off as a cheapskate. I asked him about some details that were red flags and was told that he wasn't going to put money into a truck so he could make a proft. Prime example of "stealership" not "dealership"

An absolutely wonderful experience at Statewide Ford. Shelby took very good care of me. I have never in my life experience such great service from any company, let alone a dealership. I had very little time to deal with having to buy a new car, but Shelby made it super easy. The day she received my inquiry, was the day she had a driver deliver the car to my house for a test drive. The next day she received all the financials from my bank, and then continued the awesome service by delivering the car right to me at home. Would definitely hands down recommend this dealership, and Shelby as a salesperson. Thanks so much for such wonderful service.

It is a beautiful truck and we were very impressed with the service we received.Dan Killion worked with us and helped us with our personal selections to build a truck that meets our needs. Randy Custer is a premier salesman. He is always exceeds my expectations on all of my purchases at Statewide. Randy processed my order for the new truck per my requested options and everything went very smooth as usual. The purchase was very smooth and very Quick. While I was signing the Papers Gabe Recker was putting final touches on setting up the new truck in my phone. Less than 15 minutes to trade in my previous F-150 for the New F-150.Entire Staff is VERY friendly!!!I HIGHLY recommend Doing business with Statewide Ford. GREAT BUSINESS!!!

Statewide Ford was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2014 Ram 1500. Isayah did a fantastic job of showing us the vehicle we had seen online the day before. We told it for a test drive and loved it! Matt Dunlap found me an excellent interest rate for financing and made the process of signing the paperwork quick and easy! When I called with a question shortly after I left, people were just as accommodating. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend and go back to Statewide Ford!
