I was on a long journey home and my steering wheel started shaking violently. I found this place on Google and pulled in. When I called them they said were booked up, and short a technician. However I when I told them I was outside they said, well go ahead and come on in, we will take a look at it and make sure you can travel safely they were the most friendly and courteous folks, from the receptionist and technician, up to the owner of the company. They fixed my car, which was a simple fix. They also put air in my tires and when I asked them what I owed them they said not a thing. They ve been in business for almost 40 years and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest business that provides quality customer service.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Great customer service. Honest and professional. I thought I needed an engine replacement which would have cost me upwards of $5,000. Despite the fact that they were already overbooked, not only did they squeeze me In the same day that I called in order to check things out before they ordered the part, but they found that the engine was fine. It was a much simpler fix. They went ahead and fixed the problem and charged me for an hour of their time saving me a ton of money. They have earned my future business and I will be sure to point anyone I know needing any mechanical repairs in their direction because of their honesty, fair pricing and professionalism. Had a breakdown on our way to vacation. We were 2 hours from home and needed it looked at. T&J was booked buy willing to give us a look and let us know before the weekend. We had a call the next morning with a diagnosis. Extremely friendly and professional staff. We were able to get the truck back the following Monday. Highly recommended!

We experienced a potentially very serious problem with our front right tire.. 2 bolts had come off. It was 7:30 am and we were traveling on 75 south ..took exit because we felt shaking in front tire. We are so thankful we were referred to T and J auto service by staff at the Pilot Rest stop. We went just a short drive. to T $ J. They took us in immediately even though they don t usually open until 8 am. They were so nice and helpful and we feel very fortunate they were there for us ! Can t say enough good about them !!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My son has had to have his car fixed twice. Both times we chose to go here. We will continue to go here. We worked directly with Jason. He was completely open to listening to what we had to say and gave us his complete and honest opinion. He also did everything he could to find us the best deals. My son hasn't had any problems with his car since. We will continue to go here and refer family and friends here as well.

Had power issues on I-75 south at the exit and got off. Immediately went to T&J automotive and I m happy I did. Prompt service, they found the issue immediately and gave me an awesome price. I will absolutely recommend this company to any who need their services.

I was headed to South Carolina from Canada when my 2007 Ford Expedition started misfiring bad enough that it had to be dealt with immediately. Found T & J Automotive through google maps. When I arrivedi I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who got me lined up with Keith. Keith immediately looked at car, repaired with issue which was a loose connector, road tested the vehicle and rescanned the diagnostics to ensure the issue was solved. All this and I was out of the door on the road in an hour with no charge from T & J Automotive. I was amazed as I had never been a customer before. While I do not live in the area if I was ever within a reasonable driving distance they would be my goto choice. Not often I see such amazing customer service.

My son and I needed to get some stripped lug nuts off his vehicle and it was past closing time on a Saturday. My neighbor recommended that I still call as they tend to be someone there after hours. I called and Jason answered and said to bring it in. He was very helpful and courteous and I could not have asked for a better first experience. Thanks so much for helping us out.

AMAZING! We were traveling from Columbus to Detroit and broke down on 75 on a Friday afternoon. After being towed to the shop they rushed to get the needed parts and stayed late to get us back on the road. They were so kind and trustworthy. We can't thank them enough!

Missy and the guys here at TJs saved my family and I when we broke down on a road trip. She was willing to take me 20 minutes away to get a rental, and helped us the whole day while we waited, GREAT PEOPLE!

This place RULES! My car broke down on the way home from a convention so I had it towed to this shop. Had it up and running the very next morning. The guy even drove me up to the nearby rest stop so I could get food. Genuine dude, and if I didn't know any better, I'd say he needs to wear a cape.

These people go BEYOND their duty to make you happy. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly staff. Lower cost auto repair. I highly recommend these guys.

I broke down in Ohio on a long trip. They fixed me up and got me back on the road. Very reasonable prices and super nice people! Definitely recommend!
