Boston Road Auto was recommended by a few friends and they were right. Needed a wheel bearing replaced and some basic maintenance. Kevin was great. Dropped it off and they had it ready as promised at a fair price. Glad to have a shop nearby when work is needed. Thanks Kevin and crew at Boston Rd Auto I would highly recommended if you have mechanical repair needs.

Kevin is the BEST! He's very honest about the work that needs to be done and the prices are VERY fair. He's worked on my Chevy Cruz multiple times. I've never had to go back because a job wasn't done correctly. Craig is also awesome! Very friendly and informative. Kevin was a great help in both customer service and making sure I understood what he was doing to my car and after what he did. As well as listening to what was wrong with my car and making sure my concerns were taken care of. After my car was fixed it drove like a dream and it's got 160,000+ miles on it. To sum it up, my experience here far exceeded my expectations and was wonderful...would/will highly reccomend to a friend.

Excellent experience! Just moved to Valley City recently and needed work done on our truck. Kevin there is perhaps the nicest guy you could ever meet! Professional service, quick and fair estimate, truck runs so much better and got it all done in a day. Got a phone call at every step with updates. This is old school face to face, honest, fair and friendly business. So rare these days. This shop is gold star/white glove service in my book! A+++

Dropped my daughter's car off on Friday 8/26/2022; she was having problems with her cars suspension and brakes. Kevin, the owner, got back with me on Monday 8/29/2022 and let me know the problems he found and the cost to repair. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with. The car handles like new again since the repairs. Their pricing was great, quality of their work wonderful and the turn around time could not have been quicker. This is the second time I have used Boston Automotive (1 car and 1 pick-up truck) and I tell all my family and friends about them. I would recommend them to anyone.A big "Thank You" to Kevin and his crew for everything they did to get my daughter's vehicle back on the road as quickly as they did at a very fair price. I couldn't be happier!

I dropped my car off there on Wednesday morning 8/24/2022 with an appointment that Kevin had made for me. Kevin and his team were the best. They had my car in and out with alot of work done. Front and back rotors and pads, plus both stabilizers links. All done within the day. Kevin had great customer service and was genuine about caring for my car and wanted to keep me safe. He made sure my car was running well. From now on, Kevin will be my first choice. My car was a 2009 Nissan Maxima. He did a great job. They were the best. Absolutely wonderful experience with them. I had to get my rear brakes fixed and they were absolutely pleasant to work with. I've never been to a shop that didn't try to swindle people out of more money, but these guys are nothing but honest! They do excellent work and they do it quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back the next time I need work done!

It's always a pleasant experience, friendly, understanding staff. I just want to keep my car safe and running for me and the kiddo! I don't trust anywhere else with my vehicle, but I 100% recommend this place for your car maintenance and troubles.

All the mechanics are very honest and skilled. the pricing is fair and they let you bring in your own parts. We do most of our business with Kevin, he has a lot of integrity and he's always been great to work with.

I found out about these guys through a friend and since then they've done work on all 3 vehicles that I've owned. The pricing for their work is very reasonable and I've had nothing but good customer service from Kevin and Jordan. When I can't get a job done myself, these are the first people I call!

The family that runs this shop are very nice people, honest and hard-working. I have had my car here more times than I'd like to admit but everytime the do a good job and they are fair about labor costs.

I needed an emergency repair done on my car on a Friday before the holiday weekend. The guys got me fixed and back on the road right away at a very reasonable price! They were very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great comments about Boston Road Auto. I have been going to this shop for 8 years now. We tKe all the family. Ars here. They are always friendly, helpful, and fix the issue. They are very reasonable. They also do free checks on vehicle to tell you of upcoming issues so you can schedule an appointment instead of having something break so you can avoid needing an emergency fix. They do some difficult work for reasonable prices. Sometimes hundreds less than a dealer depending on what they are fixing. Oil changes are cheap. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I just switched to Boston Road Automotive after being a long-term customer of Royal Car Care. I needed a wheel bearing replaced in one of my front tires. Not only was the price considerably lower, the warranty was longer than the one offered by the other place. Not only that, but it was an easy enough fix, that they were able to do it while I waited! The other place always wanted me to drop off the car, and pick it up later. I switched at the suggestion of someone where I work, and I've got to say that I am extremely happy that I did.

They blew up our car. Then expected us to pay for the repairs they did. They were given explicit instructions and did not follow them. Then try to act as if it wasn't avoidable. They contradicted themselves when discussing the problem and even got rude and nasty. When I called another mechanic and had them on speaker explaining to me that the issue most certainly could have been checked and avoided as we requested, the employee stated well we didn't do that. It's pretty sad when you have to have a car towed home from the mechanics shop. Even more sad when a few weeks later you hear their employees are bad mouthing you and still claiming they did nothing wrong. They said they would fix the car but we would have to pay for it because the repair wasn't cheap. They have a lot of experience in that building, a good company would've admitted their wrong doing and corrected it. This guy was complaining more that it would come out of his check and the owner was going to be mad. Sorry buddy, we shouldn't pay for your mistakes.

Jordan and Kevin couldn't be better mechanics to work with. They stuck with my problem child Jeep Commander and laid out a number of options to choose from going forward. There wasn't a moment that I felt that had anything but the best interest in helping me make an informed decision and there was never any pressure. Originally came for tires, price was unbeatable and ended up getting brakes rotors and calipers replaced as they needed to be. Could not pass it up, very professional and knowledgeable. Got it done extremely fast could not be happier with the prices and the work. Thank you everyone at Boston road auto!!
