Over 2 hours to change 2 tires for my car and I had an appointment. For my wife's car ordered her tires online but they never came in. They had the tires in store but refused to put them on her car because we ordered them online not in the store. Save yourself time and money just go somewhere else.

I brought my perfectly running car in a few years ago for an oil change and left the parking lot with my car smoking. I barely made it home. I took it to a shop to confirm that Walmart not only did not change my oil out but overfilled it with additional oil causing my sparkplugs to fail and ruining a fuel injector. I filed a claim with the corporate office and they paid for all of the repairs after I faxed over my proof from the repair shop. Fast forward to 3 days ago. I decided I really needed an oil change on my perfectly running even newer car this time so I took it to Walmart to give them another chance. What a mistake that was!! I brought it in running and went to leave with it not running. I pulled into the parking lot. Turned off my car. Handed them my key inside and they came out after they did their checks and started my car up just fine and brought it into the shop. 27 minutes they had my car (which was quick I'll admit) and they finished and brought it back out turned off the car and handed me the key. I get in my car to leave and it wouldn't start. AT ALL. So they brought out their little battery charger and it did nothing so one of the workers went to get his Dodge Ram truck to jump my car. It was just ridiculous. It barely worked but I got home and then it wouldn't turn back on again. I called corporate to file another claim and I haven't even heard back from them. 27 minutes they had my vehicle and messed my battery up. They obviously wasn't paying attention because they marked my windshield as having a chip in it when I have zero chips/cracks. It was something sticky on the windshield. I will never take my car back to Walmart Auto Center. If I could rate a zero I would.

We were in the area and had an issue with a tire. It was late Saturday on a holiday weekend... They answered the phone quickly and although they were booked told us to come in. We arrived about an hour before they closed, but the crew got to work immediately, fixed our tire and got us back on the road. The shop was clean and the team courteous.

Incompetent. The last two times were a nightmare, you ask to get a tire mounted be prepared to sit for 2 hours. Same for a tire plug. But today takes the cake. Was told 235/40r18 would not fit on my 18x8 wheel with a 225/40r18 on it. He held the tire against the car and said "see, the sidewall would be too high." Not taking into account the difference would be half again as much since half of the height would be absorbed by the bottom of the wheel. I pointed this out to him and got hit with "I do this for a living." Unaware that I was a previous employee and a technician for years. I then ask to buy the tires and have them mounted somewhere else and am told "no, I won't sell you tires that won't fit." So you can't even walk in and buy a product anymore, you're not aloud. You better have a good reason for everything in your cart at checkout. Waited for 45 mins and accomplished nothing, then he wanted to argue about how long I waited. Don't waste your time. Manager needs an attitude check and had 2 other people pissed off before I left. How are you still employed when your job is customer service?

This could be the worst excuse for an Auto Care center that I have ever seen.I needed one tire replaced on my vehicle in a pinch- simple enough I thought.After 45 minutes I was told they were unable to get the studs loose on the wheel. I just broke them loose with a lug wrench in under 60 seconds.I was informed that they don t do this, apparently because they are afraid to break something. Sorry guys- welcome to working on vehicles.The lady working the counter seemed more interested in actually telling people what her job entails, than actually caring about how to do it correctly.They were also out of synthetic blend 5W-30. Impressive.Please, do yourself and favor and never go here.

Competitive prices on Douglas tires. I feel that the Lifetime Balance/Rotation is worth the price. The techs were finished in about 45 mins & I waa there on a Saturday.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was told I needed a new car because there was metal shavings in my oil and that there was no oil in the car( there was i just check it) after I explained I just fixed the camshaft and just needed that oil removed they rolled their eyes pretty sure they were just mad I came in an hour before closeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called Friday during the day and asked if i could have a tire replaced. The manager told me that they don't take reservations and they were backed up for the day, but, if I came early Saturday morning i should have no wait. I went at 8am and there were two people behind the counter, they continued on a conversation about their lives even after i asked for a tire. They said that they couldn't get my truck in because of construction in the parking lot. They told me it was impossible to get to that bay i was parked infront of. The manager the previous day had told me about the construction and said that two bays could be reached. They wouldn't even accept the tire off of the truck for the same reason of not being able to drive the truck in. There was no logic in there reason for not performing the work. they were lazy and wanted to have an easy day standing around coloring, yes, one of them was coloring. If these people go to these lengths to get out of work, imagine the corners they cut when they do work on your car.

Just waited an hour and a half and ended up leaving with no oil change. The same 2 young employees that were standing out front smoking were just coming back in and hour and a half later. The reason they gave me for the wait? Employees at lunch. They re only open until 6. It s 5pm.

Ended up costing double what I was told. They also threw away my spare tire and kept the tire that was flat in the trunk, even though we specifically told them which tire was the spare and to be kept. The woman at the desk was very polite very helpful though.

I had some new tires put on my truck in Urbana. I made an appointment and they had it ready in just over an our. Charlie was very courteous and helpful. I would use them again.

Excellent service! The new manager has definitely corrected problems I have seen in the past from this place! If i could give no stars i would. The place is evidently forgotten about evem by the manager they tell everyone open till 7 but never stay open till seven call 2 hrs ahead of time to ask for 2 tires lady on the ohone had me on hold for 20 mins. And was a flat rude asshat the whole time i would rather pay more then to ever go there or call there again rude lazy employees. They need a real manager and real crew.

I just had my car serviced. First I want to put in a great word for Lori she was such a doll! Everything went so smoothly,they did a great job,no wait time.I will be going back!Kudos to you Urbana Walmart automotive!!

Under its current management with its current employees it is awesome! 10 years ago i had issues with specifically this Walmart auto care and said I would never go back. I find my self currently eating those words.

This place is awful. Everytime i go theres always a wait for over 2 hours. My shopping doesnt even take that long. Even if by chance i do get in, their service is awful and they always end up doi g something wrong like not cleaning up the oil or leaving a cap off.

Most unhelpful woman at the counter I ever met. 2nd time I tried and both times she showed me the door by being rude and unhelpful. Never go there again

Friendly staff but doesn't have a strong inventory in tires. Takes way to long to service vehicles.
