I went there to help my mom get a vehicle. I strictly stated what she could afford & I was there to assist her due to her language barrier. Sales person kept pushing a 2016 ford focus & I rejected it multiple times. He eventually talked my mom into coming in & talked her into the ford. Mind you, she has only had this car for about 2 months & the check engine light came on. A lug nut was missing which is dangerous! The battery was measured at 17 percent & the alternator just went out on it. This is beyond disappointing especially because she pays 150 a week for a 2016 ford that s trash & not worth it!!!!!

They charged my card twice for a payment, didn't apologize or make up for the fact that they put a single mother in a bad predicament, because of an employee Ryan Vaughn manually going into my account and charging my card the day before it was due for autopay. Not one person apologized. They didn't care I couldn't pay my cell bill, nor get gas or food for my family. They told me I could walk to a nearby company to utilize their wifi to beg my family and friends for money to drive an hour to work and back the next 3 days while I wait for them to refund it.But if customers are late even one day they come repo it.Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing more than Thieves that sell lemons.

Kim was amazing! Unfortunately she isn t with the company anymore but I have some issues with this company that does bother me. It seems as though this company doesn t seem to care that their customers struggle financially from time to time and want to be quick to take your car away. You miss a payment boom car is gone for example say if you had a emergency or you have to choose between paying your rent or feeding your family vs paying for a car they take your car away not only that but the attitude is more or less well budget your money better kind of a slap in the face if we can t get to work because our car is gone how can we get our car back not to mention we have to pay fee on top of fee on top of fee just to get our car back. I don t mince words. I just find it absolutely disgusting but hilarious that this is okay. Once my car is done I m done with this company. This isn t an attack but they definitely need to get it together. And do better for their customers

I really felt Comfortable at this place. The man Brooks Was very helpful. Any questions I had he had the answer. I appreciate all the time and work he put in to helping me get a car. Brooks even took time out for my grandson which was very appreciated. Very nice business. Made me feel like par of something. Thank you Brooks of Urbana.

The salesman, Brooks, was very helpful. I went in not NEEDING a car so I could be picky. He was great. Stayed late for me and even drove my old car to my house the next day. Thanks Superior Auto!

Chastity at the urbana branch.... Hmmmm...So we called in a day early to make our payment even though were on auto pay just to make sure we had enough for our other bills weve had to do this before. Never had an issue... Well this time they took two payments the one i called in and made and the auto pay! And then she decides to get snippy after sending a screenshot that they had canceled it saying i had forgot i was on auto pay and there was never a need to call n make a payment a day early. Here we are 6 days later still have not received the money back yet! And anytime we call she seems to have a snippy attitude towards us saying theres nothing they can do besides what's already been done. Like if it was your money youd understand and mby be a little more compassionate...

I love this group ...best way to get a car and build up your credit. Sure flexibility is non existent ...pay on time or ahead and you will be fine. Excellent choice on cars and trucks steve helped me pick a car within budget ..will even find what you need. I recommend them without hesitation I messed up and they still took me back that says a lot to me so I am very pleased

I just purchased a suv from the Superior Auto in Urbana, Ohio. We had a very good experience there. Brooks was very nice and patient while we test drove different cars and made our decision on the car we wanted. I would recommend people I know to go there.

They were really nice whenever we got our car from them. However, a couple of days after we got it the engine light was on with some serious motor issues and all the fluids were almost empty. We were way OVERCHARGED for our car 3x the worth to be exact. And they are very rude about payments.

Most outstanding service provided by Brooks with superior auto,, my husband and I are buying our 4th car though superior Auto , the service provided by brooks was outstanding , his over all willing to help ensure I was happy and Comfortable with the car I selected, even offering to look at other SA locations to bring a car to his location , thanks for your Patient with me while I look and decided con a car , your Friendly extra excellent Customer from you and your staff

Making up jobs for people and falsifying legal documents and lying to sell a car, robbed the local repair shop after they did well over 4k of work on a vehicle that a manager blew up on purpose. The attorney general is all over these people now i ve had enough!

Friendly staff, helped us find a vehicle when we needed one, even fixed a problem we found when we test drive the vehicle before we finalized deal.. They try to help anyone no matter your credit..

great place to go to and friendly staff from being nervous about getting a car off of a lot to driving mine away happy as can be if you go in make sure to give brooks a holler so he can get you hooked up as well
