These guys were super flexible with my schedule, very kind, and incredibly professional. They were upfront and honest about good sensors another shop told me were bad and needed replaced. I just got my tires today and do far they are great. I will absolutely be back.

Always have had a great experience here. They helped me out with my first ever car repair by hooking me up with some good but affordable tires and repairing the damaged rim. They e since given me great deals on quality tires and always get any work I need done quickly. I should also mention that they offer free tire rotations if you get your tires from them.

No gimmicks friendly shop for tire repair and replacement. Management and technicians work quickly to get you back on the road or to provide service for upgrades and replacements. Highly recommend for home and farm tire needs.

The guys got my back tires replaced Lickety split. We won t go anywhere else for tires/tire rotation. They always get us in quickly and techs and manager are super professional!

These guys are great! My husband brings the tractor here and now, bc of an unfortunate flat tire, I am here. Clayton, although not the owner Clayton, is who is running this place and extremely friendly, professional and efficient! Love supporting other small businesses when I can. Very honest people; it s hard to trust anyone, especially in the auto world nowadays. Not to mention, they communicated throughout my visit and educated me on the whole tire situation. I ve always been a Discount Tire gal, just for convenience, but now that I ve been to Clayton Tires I will be coming closer to home rather than work to do my tire service and maintenance. Keep up the good work guys! One last thing, don t be frustrated if you call and get a busy signal, it is a small business so be patient, give it some time and try back.

These guys were very helpful. I had to have a tire repaired and they cleaned out the nasty slime that someone told me to try (never try this, by the way) and repaired my tire, aired up the rest of them and it was very quick and inexpensive. I will never go anywhere else in the area for tire service again. They are exceptional. I would suggest making an appointment, as they are busy and there's a reason for that as they are very good at what they do. I was extremely pleased.

I am very impressed with Clayton tires. Went there to get a mower tire fix, they fixed it quickly and at an affordable price. Unfortunately a mistake was made and next day it was brought to their attention and they were very attentive and took responsibility and fixed the mistake that was made. They were very professional, and quick in what they do. I've been to many tire places and none offer the level of customer service that I received at Clayton tires from Clayton. Thank you for your help!! Clayton is the best and a very valuable and hard to come by employee!! Again thanks for everything!

Always have had great service. Very friendly and I have NEVER felt like I was talked down to because I am a woman!! That's a HUGE plus for me.I have bought several sets of tires everything from Cadillac to heavy duty truck tires for pulling a very heavy horse trailer. And I have never been disappointed with the service.Great place!

Just got a set of tires put on here. They always do great work and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Only thing is I wish they would clean that blue foam off the wheels after mounting the tires and also, they got my driver seat dirty. I wouldn t mind them taking a few extra minutes to correct such details. I still have to give them five stars because they are good at what they do and it was cheap too.

Just got coopers put on my vw jetta. They feel great! Tire is balanced very well. Had snow tires on the vehicle informed me I would need two new snow tires. Overall guys do great work, and good and fair price.

I needed a set of tires before winter and stopped here after looking at reviews. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful they were!! I got outstanding customer service with no frills, just great service and very good prices. I waited less than a half hour. I live over a few towns away but will 100% do all my business here from now on......its hard to find people that are reputable these days.....this is a hidden gem!!

I live in Champaign County and have been purchasing tires from Clayton for many years. It's a family-run business and the owners and workers have always been very nice to me. I won't go anywhere else.

Awesome place! Definitely recommend it. I went here for tires because my neighbor recommended them. Was fast, and super friendly and relaxed, the cooper tires I got were a great price and felt great on my drive back home to Springfield. I can already tell a huge difference in the way they grip the road.

I can not say enough good about these people. I make an appointment and they honor it, fair price on tires and entire staff aims to earn you back. They rotate the tires after purchased for free and will always go the extra mile. Kurt and team have earned my business for the last 15 years.

They saved my week by getting me in as soon as I could get there. If they don't have the tire you need they can get it in the afternoon if you're there by 11. Very nice employees.

So trailer tire blew with tractor on . They helped with the tire with the quickness. Made it simple task to handle .helped get batteries juice to re load tractor at the end of all the chaos . Guys did great

The owner is an honest and friendly guy and he has always treated me and my family well. He goes above and beyond for his customers. You cannot get this level of service at the 'big box store'!!
