Looking for tires ask for Dave he knows his stuff. New tires all the way around. My car was in no condition to leave my parking spot so they came to my house to their shop and back. They are balanced and all that for under $500. I'm pleased with their service.

In the middle of December, we bought 2 used tires from Wilson's. Yesterday, I had a flat. I had my car towed to a shop. When the shop came and told me which tire had to be replaced, I was in shock. I asked the guy what happened to the tire, expecting it to be I ran over something. Imagine my surprise when he said that the tire was dry rotted. I paid over $60 per tire and for one to be dry rotted really is irritating.

Went here for a wheel alignment. Tech put the car on the machine, and discovered I had a bent strut that was causing my issues. Received recommendation to replace both front struts, which is standard practice. Wasn't charged for the advice or the alignment that they were unable to complete.

My husband wanted to put new rims on his car and Wilson's worked with us so well, the 1st tires he went in with where about an inch to big and would not fit without rubbing, so they helped us get the proper tire size and get the car back on the road. They did not over charge us for any of there services. I strongly recommend this place for all your tire needs. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work !!

They always do a great job and are honest! They don't try to hustle you into buying new tires, like a lot of other places do. Get there at a good time and they will take care of you fast!

Excellent service and affordable. Had a wobble in front end of RV. They checked all tires had one that was out of balance. They fixed it and checked everything. Very professional and explained everything.

Traveling from MI to SC and get a flat tire. Being from out of state not sure what to do. Wilson Tire saves us. They were able to get us in right away, take the spare off, put a new tire on and even put the spare back up and had us out the door in l was than 30 min. Fast, friendly and good prices.

Great service! I was towing a 5th wheel trailer from Michigan to Ohio and hit a huge bump. They were able to help me get my truck aligned the same day I called and at a super great price. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks so much!

I was on the road when I had a tire blow out. I arrived at Wilson's at 4:50 pm (they close at 5) asked about getting 2 new tires put on the rear of the car, and they stayed and took care of it I was back on the road by 5:10 super people that do a great job

They are extremely knowledgeable. If something doesn't need done then they don't do it. My family has been doing business there ever since I can remember. There is a reason why they have stayed in business and are where a lot of people go. Customer Care, Customer Standards, and Customer Service. They get you in and they get you out as quick as they can. Just bought 2 brand new front tires there today.

My son got a flat tire while making a long distance drive. He found your business online and, knowing it was close to closing time, called to see if he could stop by. The staff got him in and out in less than 20 minutes. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

I took my one ton dually to Upper because they could handle the front end alignment. Mike did a great job and I was very satisfied with the work. My dad dealt with Wilson Tire when we lived in Upper and went back there after we moved away. I deal with the Tiffin Store mostly because it's closer for me. Wilson Tire is a great service company.

Everyone here is helpful, nice, and care about the safety of their customers. I ordered new tires so I could go to FL on vacation when putting them on they found I had severely bent rims, they got them ordered and installed in one day so I didn't have to change any plans. We also use them for our semi tires, best deals anywhere.

Great company they normally are fast and get repairs done in a timely manner 10 to 15 min depending on how busy they are. Tire rotation are quick as well if you need an alingnment you will need an appointment. They can order any tires you need.

This place is an absolute joke. Communication between employees is pitiful. I had a tire on hold. Got there, and the man behind the counter had no idea what was going on and was VERY rude. Once he figured out what was going on thanks to the help of coworker he went to retrieve the tire, got almost all the way to the waiting room, then turns and walks to help someone else in the shop. Then just left us waiting for 15 minutes. Terrible customer service. Take care of your customers first!Pricing was ridiculous as well.

I had a tire blow out on the side of the road with no spare. I called up for emergency roadside service and was on my way with a new tire in less than an hour. Prices for the service were very reasonable considering it was 9pm and I was at least 10 miles from a city.It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend them.

Do not recommend this place. They tried to tell my mother in law she needed all 4 new tires. She did not she already had 2 new ones. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had two flat tires on my semi and called many shops around but no luck. I found Willson tire company phone number and ask for help.In no time guy was next to my truck , replaced my tires and was so polite.I must admit price was good and I am so happy I found them on website.Thank you for your service and wish you all the best!!

It was a very good experience. They were fast and friendly. If you need tires for a tractor trailer. Don't waste you time somewhere else, drive passed them and go straight to Wilson tire company. You will save time and money.

Let me tell you: Top notch and fast service. Scott came to my rescue w on the road service and Ricky hooked me up w a fast quote. What a relief because I had my 72 yr old mom w me when this all happened and that was traumatic in itself

30.00 to dismount 4 car tires, I may be old , but not stupid ,if its double price for everything , beware buh byejust recently called them to find out it is $29.00 to mount and balance one single tire... if they want to go out of business.. well on the way
